Holy smokes! I just saw that Alan had it 5x. I didn't see that until I read your message Kola. ( Alan ... wow! Good for you!) I may need to start playing the same number straight only multiple times too Kola. I'm getting nowhere fast, and I'm starting to worry. I thought by now I would have won something. Tonight I was completely lost. I had no idea what to play. (Not that the information isn't there!) I forgot all about the 11. I even had an 05 and an 06 written down for tonight in my notebook.

Guys This is What I think in Pick3/Pick4: There is No, 1 Winning Combination but Several
But tell me why has NOBODY WON LET S SAY: $4 mILLION on Pick4 on 1 combination....More people have won scratchoffs multiple times than someone win $2 Million dollars on Pick3/Pick4...SCRATCHOFFS DUDE!!! and scratchoffs are harder than powerball...Why is that... IN FACT NOBODY IN THE WORLD HAS DONE IT....THERE MIGHT BE 4 OR 5 PEOPLE IN THE WORLD WHO HAVE DONE BUT THAT S IT WHEN THERE SHOULD BE LIKE: 700....

My dad and the TX lotto
My dad plays the TX lotto once a year on his birthday and gets around 200 QP's from those touch screen machines. He will usually get multiple 3 and 4 of the picked numbers. Last year he even got a 5 of 6 QP. I have never really played the Lotto except for a few times. I was curious to see what everyone here thought on the idea of spending a huge amount (after all financial oblogations have been met) on a relatively small jackpot (after a huge one has just been won) for a drawing people are less

$30 or $50 Instant Tickets... Would you/Do you play them?
I have to say I'm always a sucker for $20 instant tickets because the payouts are good and top prizes are usually life changing, I've won $100-$500 multiple times on $20 tickets... However, I've never tried anything more than $20. I know Florida has a $30 ticket and Texas even has a $50 ticket. Has anyone ever bought a $30-$50 instant? I'm scared that if I did try a high roller scratch off bad things will happen and I'll hate myself for wasting that much money on one ticket.

You Just Won $10,000 or More
Well, I thought maybe the reason we were seeing so many multiple prize winners is because they were increasing their play after they won the first largish amount. But according to the poll, the denizens of this board haven't/wouldn't increase their play. So what gives? Are the peeps who win multiple times just lucky?

Kentucky Cash Ball question.
I looked on the KY Lottery website for the amount of the top prize for Cash Ball. It says $200,000 for matching 4+1, but it doesn't have any type of description for a case where there are multiple winners of the top prize. For example, on the 3 Line Lotto page, it's top prize description states: If there is more than one jackpot winner, the prize is divided among all winners . Also, the Hoosier Lottery also has a description for Mix Match's top prize that states If 3 or more single lines amo

A dollar and a dream true for PB and MM?
It has absolutely happened many times before (winning on one pick), and if you search the News forum for past winners you will uncover some. However, more people win with multiple picks. That is odds at work, plain and simple. It is the same reason why more winners tend to come from states with large populations. Jack Whittaker won with $98 in Powerball tickets. (To use an infamous example.)

If you had a 'system'....
Either I didn't write it well and/or you didn't understand what I was saying. In conjunction to using the system I came up with I would write it into a program and sell it. (multiple times) Not only bringing in the money that I won while using the system, but have money coming in by selling it as well. Now, do you understand? I thought by me being the one that came up with the system it would be understood that I would be using it too. I guess not...

virginia man wins 125,000 on pick 4
First of all, good for him for playing one number instead of $25 worth of different numbers. All or nothing. His story should give us all more hope of winning big in Pick 4 one day. There is another guy in Virginia who puts more than $100 on 5188 boxed. If that's not enough, he even puts more on straight and combo bets. I'm not even sure if he plays day and night. Anyway, he plays this number reguarly (multiple times in a week) since he won a couple thousand last December. It's the only number h

Statistics ?
Actually, there can be an advantage of having the same numbers on multiple tickets. There was a guy, a year or two ago, who always played the same number. He forgot he had bought a ticket, so bought another one. Three tickets won the jackpot. He got two-thirds, because he had two tickets. If he had bought only one ticket, he would only have recived half.Buying one hundred tickets with the same number may not make a lot of sense, but if that number came up, the jackpot would be divided between al
