Lottery rigging mastermind Eddie Tipton is trying to reverse is 25-year prison sentence upon claiming that he was pressured to plead guilty in court four years ago.

Minnesota will allow anonymous lottery prize claims

Minnesota will join the growing list of states that allow players to claim lottery prizes anonymously when a new law goes into effect granting winners of certain big prizes the option to withhold their names from the public record.

New Michigan bill would allow multi-state lottery winners to remain anonymous

On Thursday, a State Representative proposed new legislature that would allow Michigan winners of multi-state games like Mega Millions and Powerball to remain anonymous when claiming a prize.
