I think I have got some of it figured out. Not only does it have to do with the +/- 12, you also need to use filtering and wheeling. I just took a random state, NEBRASKA for crying out loud, found a way to use the numbers to make money in that state.
I don't really have a lot of time to do all states that post Pick-3, but I will be glad to run a drawing for the first 5 of you who ask just to see if this works. If it doesn't then I will let you know and go back to the drawing board. So if there are 5 states you all wanna see, first come first serve and I will do my best.

Where is the logic, in using, +123 or -123, or for that matter, why not use 916 + or 916-.
Or any combination of numbers, positive or negative.
I would surmise, that at a particular time, these numbers added and subtracted, produced results,
affirming the "system" worked.
Let's think outside the overworked "box" and see if we can come up with totally new ways
to forecast the next Pick 3

Well, based on what I have been working on, the 12 doesn't work in Georgia...NJ doesn't work on separate drawings, but so far has tested positive on a combined effort. More to come.
