Blackie isn't because of my black car . It is part of my middle name.  I don't use it much except here.

Wow! What a great topic Jimhowlett! It's fascinating. Some of the replies have been pretty amusing and surprising to me. Although I have kept my Platinum Membership active for long years, I stay pretty busy here on the outside world and  I haven't posted in a long time. I could say that I consider myself one of  the "founders" of this site and forum. This post really made me do it. I just couldn't resist.

My AmuzingP3s handle started on the now extinct Lottery Forum Maybell's.  I had never played the Pick3 games before I visited that site. As a beginner Pick3 player, I started using BobP's Power Trails system. Because my outcome on paper had been pretty good, I decided to start predicting on the board, but in order to do that, I had to register.  I originally picked the name of AmazingP3s.  The name sounded too boasterous and I requested a change to what is now AmuzingP3s, purposedly misspelled so as to keep a mixture of the two words.

I thought Todd was just "DDOT (Delaware Dept. of Transportation???" spelled backwards.

Anyway it's "Lucky Larry" (sometimes an oxymoron) shortened to conform to MS-DOS specifications, otherwise my name would have looked like "LUCKYL~1.RRY" or something. Note that "Luck" doesn't always have to be from the Lottery!

              You work for Starbucks!

No, I have never worked at Burntbucks! I did at one time own a mobile gourmet coffee business though.

Mine's combination of my first name initial, middle name initial, maiden name initial plus part of my last name - I've used it on line for a long time. Of course it also points out that I do like to laugh :)

Lilspeedy is the name that was given to me from the streets of New Orleans. I was very good with my fists back in the day.

My name says it all..That is what I want to do..I want to brake the Lottery..not Finacially but Numerically,,,20 years ago when I first saw the numbers for Floridas Lottery I had a voice go off in my head and it said .."Terry, you can solve this"...I dont believe in Hocus Pocus..but I have been digging in Random Field Theory for 20 years..and here is the field,....... 0-9....and I know it like the back of my hand...

Well my names pretty obvious. I'm a huge Cowboy fan and hopefully I win a jackpot the same year the Cowboys win their record 6th Super Bowl. And that Super Bowl victory hopefully will come next year and not like 60 years from now.

you have to have a calm mind and body when playing these game. When the odds are that you always lose more time than win. So, you muct stay focus at all times and push on. I studied several martial arts for years that always spoke of being "ZEN LIKE" to finish your goals. Thus the name.
