Orlando area not having the luck some of you are having in other parts of the state. It's time for me to take another long break from scratchers after this morning's losses.
Visited 3 stores to get a good mix of rolls.
4 x $25 Florida Cash - won $25, 3 losers
5 x $20 Gold Rush - won $30, 4 losers
5 x $20 Flamingo Multiplier - all losers
5 x $10 Flamingo Multiplier - all losers
5 x $10 Gold Rush - won $10, won $ 25, 3 losers
Lost $310 this morning. No more of this scam for me. At least I have 940 entries in the next second change Multiplier drawing. I have never one anything in a second chance, but who knows. We will see.

Sorry to hear man.
I've went out gambling today, took out $500. Won $1000, but then got greedy and spent most of my winnings on Florida Cash duds from a couple different convenience stores. I think I lost about $500 from one store buying half the roll with there literally being nothing but duds. Losing 4 in a row, and then winning $25 on the 5th ticket is an absolute insult. I know people say "don't chase winners", and I've had chasing benefit me and wreck my wallet stimultaneously. Earlier today, I chased a winner through 14 Florida Cash duds, and finally found a $500 winner. Anyone who does the math will see I barely profited. I think I won my money back, but basically broke even.
There's only 1 prize of 10m left, and like 12 1m prizes left on Florida Cash. Does anyone think they are still worth playing? Gold Rush only has 2 big jackpots left as well. The new $25 ticket might be worth it, but it seems like the Florida Lottery is trying to sell off their remaining duds for those games. I think Gold Rush pays off much better than Florida Cash in terms of smaller wins. I've seen $100, and $500 won so frequently on Gold Rush. Then again, the elusive dream of getting one of those $1m+ prizes on Florida Cash is what keeps people coming to that game.

When did the latest top prize on Florida Cash hit? I do see that the 10M prize is listed as "1 of 4" now on the remainingPrizes page.. However, I never noticed the news bit (and I check it regularly).

Good question. I didn't see any news update. There were 2 top prizes remaining for a long time, and then I think within the past few days the number dropped down to 1 top prize of $10 million. No news story has been posted about it yet, however.
With only 1 $10 million prize left for Florida Cash, it is possible that the last one has been lost with how long the game has been out. There's still 12 $1 million prizes remaining.
When the new $25 ticket comes out, I don't see too many people continuing to play Florida Cash with the new ticket offering comparable odds. Then again, I'm assuming the odds will be comparable based on the number of top prizes and "cash prizes" advertised on the ticket image. We know very well how bad some new tickets can be. I've seen people say you have a better shot at getting struck by Florida lightning than winning $500 on the $20 Flamingo Multiplier, haha.

Cough * Flamingo Multiplier * cough*
So they probably haven't released the news item yet. It would be nice if the Fla Lottery established some consistency regarding the order in which they release news items and update the /remainingPrizes page. Since we don't really know the order (I haven't noticed any consistency in the order regarding this; sometimes they update the remainingPrizes before they release the news items, and sometimes after; and if after the news item, sometimes they don't update the /remainingPrizes page for weeks), it's difficult to ascertain the actual validity of the number of top prizes listed on the /remainingPrizes page.
This is super frustrating, because this NEED NOT be a manual process, with the vast array of current (I'm being nice here, because this could/should be an automatic update process even with web technology from 10-15 years ago) web technology that should be at their disposal (if they put a few of their profit dollars at work there).
/rant
BTW, anyone have a link to the description of the new $25 ticket? I wasn't able to find any info on the Fla Lotto website.

I agree wholeheartedly.
As far the new $25 ticket, in stores I believe I see it being advertised as "$10,000,000 Jackpot". It has little gold bars on the top where the winning numbers are, and dollar bills where you scratch off the numbers. I remember it saying "Over 620,000,000 in Cash Prizes", "50 Prizes from $1,000,000 to $10,000,000" just like the Florida Cash ticket. To me, it looks like a new "Florida Cash" game being remarketed. I don't think the Florida Lottery has posted the probability of receiving each prize yet (go figure), but I'm hoping the chances mirror Florida Cash. I wouldn't mind if the $500 prize rates were comparable to $20 Gold Rush, either.
When deciding between the $20 Gold Rush, and $25 Florida Cash do you guys focus on a specific one based on big prize payout? The $25 ticket seemed to be the best one offering chances of becoming a millionaire with all those $1m prizes, but the $20 Gold Rush seemed to be the best ticket for making a potential profit or breaking even.
Does anyone play the $25 100x Cash Game? How does it compare to $20 Gold Rush, and $25 Florida Cash? I don't think I've seen that game sold anywhere near where I live.

The third $10M prize in the Florida cash was won over 2 months ago. The Florida Lotto folks just neglected to update website for that game for two months. The number of million dollar prizes also dropped from 18 to 12. I remember the news release several months ago and noting that they didn't update the website.
Since there are 12 million dollar prizes left (or somewhere close to that), I assume the $10M prize is still out there. I am sure it will be won within the next few months.
As far as the 100X, they are basically sold out everywhere except for a few stores in the panhandle (assuming they even have them). When I called the few stores in Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and West Palm Beach on the list, all of the retailers said they didn't have them in stock and they weren't in storage. For all purposes, the game is sold out. At best a few rolls may be lingering in a few small shops in the middle of nowhere.
I've been focused on the $2M Holiday ticket (at least until someone hits one of the two top prizes). It is getting somewhat scarce. My greatest concern is that when Publix and Winn Dixie discontinued the game, they mailed all of their partially sold rolls back to the lotto headquarters and those rolls were deactivated. I don't think the website is updated when a top prize is lost because the roll is deactivated. As a result, there may not be any in circulation. I've ordered an instant liability report for the game. Hopefully i'll get the results soon.

Interesting.
Do you know anything about the Lucky $200,000 A Year For Life game? I haven't seen this $20 game at most places, and apparently there's still 4 jackpots remaining.

Regarding Publix and the tight control from the Fla Lotto re: the tickets that they sell.. Not to start conspiracy talk (I don't like to go there usually), however, I'm beginning to think that part of this tight control is a tool to bring back top prize-winning tickets to be destroyed/warehoused (whatever they do). I would think that Publix, out of any chain/retailer, stocks the most tickets (if taken in total eg all the Publixes in the state) compared to any other chain/retailer, so it would make sense that there may exist ulterior motives/reasoning for the Fla Lotto to maintain that tight control regarding the tickets that Publix has at the counter and as to what Publix is directed to send back (actually from what I understand, Lotto reps visit Publix on a very regular basis and just take whatever tickets they want back, and then say "hey this is what you are selling now"). Why not this tight control with the independents??

Very good point.
That seems very messed up. I know they redistribute some tickets, but I feel destroying tickets just because they are "out of date" is manipulation of the game, and can certainly lead to accusations of them skewing the game odds so they don't have to pay out all of the big jackpot prizes.
I found some "Lucky $200,000 A Year" tickets near where I live, and bought 8 of them since I see they are very old and still have a decent number of "unclaimed Jackpots" (possibly destroyed). So far nothing except for a $20, and $25 winner.

So, I found 3 more $500 winners today. I consider myself to be slightly ahead, and could have been ahead more if I didn't foolish spent $400-500 on "Florida Cash" duds at two different gas stations. I also bought 10 different "Lucky $200,000 A Year For Life" tickets because I saw that it was a very old game with some jackpots left. Has anyone had any luck with the Lucky $200k game?
Also, I'm noticing more $500 winners on Gold Rush between the numbers 6-18, and the "big winners" on Florida cash to be between 17-26. Whenever I buy at the very beginning, or toward the end of a book my wallet gets wrecked. Is anyone else noticing a similar pattern?

The Panhandle is sold out of 100X. I got a list a couple weeks ago of every store in the state that had 100X left. There were less than 20 stores in the entire state that had any. I recently visited each of the listed stores in the Panhandle. In one location (in Pensacola) someone got there not long before me and bought the whole book, the other locations were already out. There might be one or two stores in the Miami or Tampa areas that still have a few tickets, but the game is basically gone.
Unless someone's holding a winning ticket and waiting to cash it in for whatever reason, the remaining winners likely went into the trash long ago. The design of this ticket made it very easy to miss winners if you weren't paying very careful attention, especially since the top prizes were single-number-match wins.
As for those of you having luck with Florida Cash, I'm surprised. The game has given me nothing but crap since day one. Hadn't bought any in months and decided to pick up eight the other day when cashing a couple $100 wins from other games; they returned a whole $25. Going back to one-and-done.

The first ticket was earlier in the day. Then the 5K for life this evening. A few minutes later the FL Cash ticket won $100 followed by another $100. Same roll, one after (or before, since it was Publix) another.

I haven't had as rough a time with the Flamingo ones as others on here seem to. $5's haven't been great but overall not that bad.
Side note: There's a gas station I went by that sells something in the range of 60-65 different tickets. Based on a few comments on here, some of you would really like the place.
