    CARBOB

First of all, I used old winning draws.

That means that at one time for some draws such a technique worked, but as seen there, it didn't work all of the time, not even at that time.

Will it keep on working sometimes on "real" future draws? I don't know!

Just go back to the very beginning and start there:

    https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/299779/4487237

Don't look at stuff at the end, start at the very beginning and try to understand the first step first, then go to the second step, Etc.

Don't ask me to explain the end, when you didn't even look at the beginning.

If you don't understand the first step, then ask me to explain the first step, then go to the second step, Etc.

I can't redo the whole thing again, when it is already there, go step by step and if you can't understand a particular step, read it again and yet again, if you can't understand it no matter how many times you read it, then ask me about that particular step, but don't ask me to explain everything, just because you only read the very end and you have no idea how I got there, read from the beginning and then you will see how I got there.

Any-how, this weekend sometime I will show an example step by step, 'cause I won't have time for it, 'till the weekend.

I don't mind explaining not at all, the problem is lack of time and energy on my part, this old body and mind need to get their rest.

So 'till the weekend sometime, with that.

Sorry, but I thought about it and it can't be re-explained without me doing almost all the thread all over again.

So the only way to learn it, is to read everything from the beginning.

I am confused as to how you are selecting the digits to play.

Was this a winner? If so, what was your reasoning for selecting the 9 and 3?

Sun, Jan 24, 2016    9-3-4 Won. Now we use the 9 and the 3 for next draw.

when he said " WE USE 'X" and 'x'  for next draw it means those are KEY DIGITS . Why are key digits ?

b/c  from older draw skip is low (less then 3times avg. ) so good chance to show up next draw.

as advised by Master LANTERN Hurray!is best to read SLOWLY and use logic.

As you know, the more patterns that are used for filtration, the greater the chance that one or more of those filtration-patterns will fail and some or a lot of the filtration patterns don't have a lot of filtration power, for example:

This filter with these past draws, when used by itself will fail sometimes, but not very often, but it doesn't have enough filtration power to be any-good by itself:

Each single (183) has 3 pairs on it, we are still doing any-order filters, so these would be 3 boxed pairs:

          For example:

          5-0-4 = 045 = 04, 05 and 45 any-order pairs.

How much filtration is possible with this? Some, but not very much:

Like before, we have to use past draws (play on paper).

Sat, Jan 16, 2016    9-0-2 Future Draw Yet To Come.
          Fri, Jan 15, 2016    9-8-1 Last Draw

          ---------------------------

          Sat, Jan 16, 2016    9-0-2 Next Draw
          Fri, Jan 15, 2016    9-8-1 = 189 = 18, 19, 89. Box Pairs.

Filter Out those 3 Any-Order Pairs for the very next draw:

Whenever any 2 digits repeat from the last draw to the very next draw then this filter fails.

If we use the 120 Any-Order Singles:

And filter out 18, 19, 89. Box Pairs:

          98 Singles:

          012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028, 029, 034, 035, 036, 037, 038, 039, 045, 046, 047, 048, 049, 056, 057, 058, 059, 067, 068, 069, 078, 079, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 134, 135, 136, 137, 145, 146, 147, 156, 157, 167, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 239, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 256, 257, 258, 259, 267, 268, 269, 278, 279, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349, 356, 357, 358, 359, 367, 368, 369, 378, 379, 456, 457, 458, 459, 467, 468, 469, 478, 479, 567, 568, 569, 578, 579, 678, 679

22 Box Singles were filtered out about 1/6 of the total 120.

Not bad, but not great, maybe a little better than average as filters go.

There might be about 55 pairs when we also count the:

          00 11 22 33 44 55 66 77 88 99 Pairs.

          Other-wise 45 pairs.

I will show the failures on these past draws:

          Tue, Jan 12, 2016    1-1-9
          Mon, Jan 11, 2016    5-3-6

We might be able to filter out more than 3 any-order pairs, but if we do, that might also increase the filters-failures:

          Sun, Jan 17, 2016    8-5-7 = 578 Future draw yet to come.
          Sat, Jan 16, 2016    9-0-2 Filter out 02, 09, 29
          Fri, Jan 15, 2016    9-8-1 Filter out 18, 19, 89

          Result:

          80 Any-Order Pick 3 numbers:

          013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 034, 035, 036, 037, 038, 045, 046, 047, 048, 056, 057, 058, 067, 068, 078, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 134, 135, 136, 137, 145, 146, 147, 156, 157, 167, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 245, 246, 247, 248, 256, 257, 258, 267, 268, 278, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349, 356, 357, 358, 359, 367, 368, 369, 378, 379, 456, 457, 458, 459, 467, 468, 469, 478, 479, 567, 568, 569, 578, 579, 678, 679

But they only pay $80 and what about the failures?

You might be able to beat random, but to beat random is not going to give you a profit.

Of course, you can also try this:

          Sun, Jan 17, 2016    8-5-7 = 578 Future draw yet to come.
          Sat, Jan 16, 2016    9-0-2 Filter out 02, 09, 29, filter out 9 for the next draw.
          Fri, Jan 15, 2016    9-8-1 Filter out 18, 19, 89

Filtering out the 9 digit worked that time, but it is very risky because sometimes digits do show-up 3 draws in sequence.

No matter what we do or don't everything is very risky because anything at all can happen.

Filtering as a prediction technique is very risky and it is very prone to filters failures.

In the end the only safe thing is not to play, but if you don't play you can't win either.

          70 Singles:

          013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 034, 035, 036, 037, 038, 045, 046, 047, 048, 056, 057, 058, 067, 068, 078, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 134, 135, 136, 137, 145, 146, 147, 156, 157, 167, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 245, 246, 247, 248, 256, 257, 258, 267, 268, 278, 345, 346, 347, 348, 356, 357, 358, 367, 368, 378, 456, 457, 458, 467, 468, 478, 567, 568, 578, 678

A $10 profit, but the failures will eat that up and even put you in the hole.

          ------

Some filters techniques don't go well when added to other filters techniques, a person has to check everything using past and or future draws.

This is all for right now.

          More later.

              Sat, Jan 16, 2016    9-0-2 11 sum 1 LDS 1, 8, 3
              Fri, Jan 15, 2016    9-8-1 18 sum 8 LDS 8, 7, 9
              Thu, Jan 14, 2016    3-7-7 17 sum 7 LDS LDS 7, 2 filter out for next draw.
              Wed, Jan 13, 2016    6-7-9 22 sum 2 LDS
              ----------------------
I didn't keep on going up,cause it is too much work done by hand.

I will try to explain we are getting the sum of the pick 3 number then
we are getting the LDS from the sum then
we are trying to filter out 2 to 3 LDS' from the source pool of pick 3 numbers
              like this:

Fri, Jan 15, 2016    9-8-1 18 sum 8 LDS Won, Draw to come next.
              Thu, Jan 14, 2016    3-7-7 17 sum 7 LDS LDS 7, 2 filter out for next draw.
              Wed, Jan 13, 2016    6-7-9 22 sum 2 LDS
              -------------
              679 = 22 sum
              22 Sum = 2 LDS
              ---
              377 = 17 sum
              17 Sum = 7 LDS
              ------
              981 = 18 sum
              18 Sum = 8 LDS
              ----------
              =

              Fri, Jan 15, 2016    9-8-1 18 sum 8 LDS
              Thu, Jan 14, 2016    3-7-7 17 sum 7 LDS
              Wed, Jan 13, 2016    6-7-9 22 sum 2 LDS
              ----------
              Next:

              Fri, Jan 15, 2016    9-8-1 18 sum 8 LDS Won,Future Draw To Come Next.
              Thu, Jan 14, 2016    3-7-7 17 sum 7 LDS Last Draw.
              Wed, Jan 13, 2016    6-7-9 22 sum 2 LDS First Draw.

              For the next future draw
Filter out the last 2 LDS' = 7 and 2

              Now do this:

              7 to 2 = 5

              7 - 5 = 2
              7 + 5 = 12 = 2

We will just filter out the 7 and the LDS from the pool of numbers for the next draw.
              -----------------
              ---------------
              One more example:

              Sat, Jan 16, 2016    9-0-2 11 sum 1 LDS Next Future Draw.
Fri, Jan 15, 2016    9-8-1 18 sum 8 LDS Last Draw. Filter Out 8, 7, 9 LDS' for the next draw.
              Thu, Jan 14, 2016    3-7-7 17 sum 7 LDS First Daw.
              ----------
Filter Out the Last 2 LDS': 8 and 7 LDS

              8 to 7 = 1 Difference.

              8 - 1 = 7 LDS

              8 + 1 = 9 LDS Filter Out 9 LDS

Filter Out 8, 7, 9 LDS' for the very next draw.
              -----------
              ---------------
If you start with the 120 boxed then: Filter Out 8, 7 and 9 LDS':

              84 Box Pick 3 numbers:

              012, 013, 014, 015, 019, 023, 024, 028, 029, 037, 038, 039, 046, 047, 048, 049, 056, 057, 058, 059, 067, 068, 069, 078, 079, 123, 127, 128, 129, 136, 137, 138, 139, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 156, 157, 158, 159, 167, 168, 169, 178, 235, 236, 237, 238, 239, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 256, 257, 258, 259, 267, 268, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349, 356, 357, 358, 367, 389, 456, 457, 479, 489, 569, 578, 579, 589, 678, 679, 689, 789
              -----------
If you don't understand it, read it and read it again 'till you do, I am tired and can't explain it again, sorry.

Of course to be used with some other good filtration and not by itself.

              --------------

              -------------

Not all pick 3 games are equal or the same, some filter or prediction things work only on some games and not on other games, that is why prediction and or filtering techniques need to be custom made for a particular game and also for a particular time, here there is no "one size fits all".

That is one of the reasons why sometimes or often filter techniques fail too much.

Even on a particular game and state some or all filters techniques might only work for a particular time and then quit working and then something else might work better.

I was going to keep going a little longer with this thread, but I think that now people understand enough about how filtration can be used to reduce the numbers for the next draw, without having to have a program that gives them statistics, the problem will always be the same no matter what.

The more reduction the greater the chance of failure and even with lower reduction there is a chance of failure anyway.

Filters techniques have to be custom made for a particular game at a particular time as nothing might last forever.

Let the pasts draws guide you.

Of course, there are other ways, such as keeping track of patterns-numbers and they might even work better than what I have shown here and elsewhere, probably most people who win often is what they do, they are patterns and numbers trackers and not people who use filtration in the same way what I have shown, but whatever you do, you need to do right if you want to win.

                Good Luck!

                    O.K.

I was without Internet for quite a while 'till just right now, so I am just now seeing this, I think.

If I can, maybe within a week or two I might try to continue this thread, it all depends if I can find something else worthwhile to post about, it is hard to find good enough stuff.

                    Well, later.

During the week I don't have as much time, most of my time I have it during the weekend.

I still want to look at digits a little longer, but I don't have much time for it daily, but will try anyway little by little:

Maybe these are just as good as any others for this and for right now:

Do any digits repeat any-order from last to next draw?

On 16 draws 9 times there were 1 or more digits that repeated from the last to next draw.

That is not quite very good.

Skips stats maybe for all or for most pick 3 games show that most digits repeats are from the last draw to the next draw.

But that is in the very long run.

Even so that is not good enough.

If we want to use the last 3 any-order digits as Key-Digits for the very next draw to come.

This is the filtration advantage that you get by the use of 3 Key-Digits:

                      Start with the 220 boxed = the 10 straights = 210

So we start with 210 boxed pick 3 numbers and use 3 boxed digits as key digits, so we get:

For this example I will use the 0, 4 and 7 digits as Key-Digits:

                      133 Any-Order pick 3 numbers, Singles + Doubles:

                      012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028, 029, 034, 035, 036, 037, 038, 039, 045, 046, 047, 048, 049, 056, 057, 058, 059, 067, 068, 069, 078, 079, 089, 124, 127, 134, 137, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 157, 167, 178, 179, 234, 237, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 257, 267, 278, 279, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349, 357, 367, 378, 379, 456, 457, 458, 459, 467, 468, 469, 478, 479, 489, 567, 578, 579, 678, 679, 789
                      001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 011, 114, 117, 022, 224, 227, 033, 334, 337, 044, 144, 244, 344, 445, 446, 447, 448, 449, 055, 455, 557, 066, 466, 667, 077, 177, 277, 377, 477, 577, 677, 778, 779, 088, 488, 788, 099, 499, 799

That means that we filtered out (210-133 = 77) maybe 77 pick 3 numbers out of the source pool of 210, not great, but not too bad, very good for 3 key digits used.

Now if we had used the 120 Singles:

                      85 Pick 3 numbers:

                      012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028, 029, 034, 035, 036, 037, 038, 039, 045, 046, 047, 048, 049, 056, 057, 058, 059, 067, 068, 069, 078, 079, 089, 124, 127, 134, 137, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 157, 167, 178, 179, 234, 237, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 257, 267, 278, 279, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349, 357, 367, 378, 379, 456, 457, 458, 459, 467, 468, 469, 478, 479, 489, 567, 578, 579, 678, 679, 789

So 35 box pick 3 numbers were filtered out, not very good, but not so bad for 3 Key-Digits used.

                      ----------

The problem is that we might get 3 Key-Digits from the last draw only about 1/2 (half) of the time, so we might lose a lot more than what we gain and even worse because they only pay $80 for an any-order single win.

We not only don't make a profit, but we even lose a lot of money.

With that particular technique there might be no way to get 3 Key-Digits from the last draw more often, but if we could reduce the Key-Digits to 2 instead of 3 there might be more filtration way, let us see if we could do that or not:

Sun, Jan 24, 2016    9-3-4 Won. Now we use the 9 and the 3 for next draw.
Sat, Jan 23, 2016    7-4-0 Won. Now we use the 7 and 4 for the next draw.
Fri, Jan 22, 2016    3-0-0 Won. We will use the 0 for the next draw.
Thu, Jan 21, 2016    3-1-4 We will play and use as filters the 3 and the 1 for next draw.
Wed, Jan 20, 2016    4-0-5 Lost. We won't play for the next draw.
Tue, Jan 19, 2016    7-3-8 Won. We will use the 3 and the 8 for the next draw.
Mon, Jan 18, 2016    2-7-0 We will play now and use 7 and 0 Boxed for the next draw.
Sun, Jan 17, 2016    6-2-6 We won't play for the next draw yet.
Sat, Jan 16, 2016    0-8-0 We won't play for the next draw yet.
Fri, Jan 15, 2016    7-5-2 We won't play for the next draw yet.
Thu, Jan 14, 2016    9-9-1 Lost. We won't play for the next draw yet.
Wed, Jan 13, 2016    7-0-0 Won. Now we use the 7 for the next draw.
Tue, Jan 12, 2016    0-1-5 Won. Now we use the 0 and the 5 for the next draw.
Mon, Jan 11, 2016    6-1-4 We will use the 6 and the 1 as box Key-Digits for the next draw.
                      Sun, Jan 10, 2016    7-4-8 Don't play yet.
                      Sat, Jan 09, 2016    2-9-6 Don't play yet
                      Fri, Jan 08, 2016    0-7-1 Don't play yet

This time it is much better, this was a better technique.

Now we will see what reduction we get with the use of 2 Key-Digits.

For this example we will use the 6 and the 1 as Key-Digits:

                      From 210 to 98 box pick 3 numbers = 112 pick 3 numbers reduction.

                      Not bad at all!:

                      012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028, 029, 034, 035, 036, 037, 038, 039, 045, 046, 047, 048, 049, 056, 057, 058, 059, 067, 068, 069, 078, 079, 089, 126, 136, 146, 156, 167, 168, 169, 236, 246, 256, 267, 268, 269, 346, 356, 367, 368, 369, 456, 467, 468, 469, 567, 568, 569, 678, 679, 689
                      001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 011, 116, 022, 226, 033, 336, 044, 446, 055, 556, 066, 166, 266, 366, 466, 566, 667, 668, 669, 077, 677, 088, 688, 099, 699

                      Now from 120 singles:

Down to 64 Singles, not bad:

                      012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028, 029, 034, 035, 036, 037, 038, 039, 045, 046, 047, 048, 049, 056, 057, 058, 059, 067, 068, 069, 078, 079, 089, 126, 136, 146, 156, 167, 168, 169, 236, 246, 256, 267, 268, 269, 346, 356, 367, 368, 369, 456, 467, 468, 469, 567, 568, 569, 678, 679, 689

And the only filtration used was 2 Key Digits and nothing else, not other patterns-filters used.

And this time we didn't play all of the 16 draws, we played 8 draws out of 16 and I think that we lost 2 times out of the 8 times that we played.

And the 1 time that we used 1 Key-Digit we played just 36 boxed pick 3 numbers.

Either we didn't lose money this time or even made a small profit, if we lost money it was much less than on the first try.

That also depends if we played just singles or also doubles.

Even if we just played singles maybe we lost  some money, but not as much as on the first try.

We can try another way yet, to see if it is better or not, but it will have to way until either 1 or 2 days from now.

I am getting a little tired and might have to rest more, so will probably continue with this in about 2 days more or less, we will see, it all depends on how I feel.

It is now my bed time.

                      So, later.

We are just beginning this tutorial, it might take many days or even some weeks, I don't yet know.

Things are very simple and I can't make them easier to understand.

Read and read again as much as you need, to understand the stuff.

                      It is not very hard.

I activated NY NUMBERS on my website / homepage. It has an update button that you can click to update if it wasn't done.

What can you make of it? -> https://emuis.be

Pick 3 "All States" Excel file

                        Instructions:

1> Update Draws to LP Tab (Copy and Paste)

2 > Click tab labeled "AllStatesDraws".  Change the date in cell D16 to the date of the drawings you are updating

3> Click the Toolbar(s) that correspond to what days' drawings you are updating.  For example, today is Saturday, Feb 13, 2016.  I would click the toolbar labeled "Click to Add Monday - Saturday Midday Drawings" 1st (cell range H2:N4)

I would click the toolbar labeled "Click to Add Monday - Saturday Evening Drawings" 2nd (cell range H7:N9)

                        4> Click tab labeled 1000Sets

                        > Click cell C1 > Select "NM" or "D"  "NM" = 6-way sets,  "D" = Doubles, "T" = Triples

Example> I selected "NM" for 6-way "No-Match" sets to filter

I click cell J1 and select the 20 highest values at the bottom of the list.  These are the 6-way sets that have not hit or the longes out.

Note: These sets are based on using the entire draw histories of most Pick 3 Morning, Midday, Evening, Nite games in the order/time of day they are actually draws.  So for example, the longest out 6-way is 128 at 5867 skips.

The 128 was drawn Missouri midday Nov 17 2015 and has not hit since.  Which is approximately 87 days.

These "6-way" straight sets would be to 20 longest out:

                        6-way skip

                        013    4035
                        052    4632
                        127    4936
                        128    5867
                        135    3726
                        157    3469
                        174    3526
                        213    3849
                        291    3450
                        390    4086
                        516    5406
                        582    4061
                        589    3868
                        625    4275
                        627    3767
                        783    3780
                        786    4205
                        816    3443
                        910    5020
                        921    3470

5> After all the Morning/Midday draws are completed you can see what numbers hit.  Copy and paste the draws to the LP tab then re-calculate again using the steps above but only clicking the Midday toolbar for Monday - Saturday.

                        Good Luck!!

                        Thanks steve!

                          O.K.

I was without Internet for quite a while 'till just right now, so I am just now seeing this, I think.

If I can, maybe within a week or two I might try to continue this thread, it all depends if I can find something else worthwhile to post about, it is hard to find good enough stuff.

                          Well, later.

                          MonEl,

Thank you for the thread! I hope you do continue.

                            ------------------------------------
When you "filter out" one of the six singles pattern you filter out 1/6 of the total straight singles.
Filter out two and you filter out 2/6 or 1/3 of the total straight singles.
So it is a very powerful straight filter.
It is a six ways filter for the straight singles
And it is a 3 ways filter for the straight doubles
When you filter out one of the straight doubles pattern you filter out 1/3 of the total straight doubles.
As I said, it is a very powerful filter for straights.
                            -----------
This is also the filter that makes any-order box numbers into straight numbers.
Poderoso Caballero is the "Permutation(s) Filter".
                            ----
                            How is it used?
In the very same way as any other filter.
If you knew how to use filters you would not ask how.
The use of lottery filtration is only for those people who understand lottery filtration and how to use it, for anybody else it is trash and nothing else.
Patterns are not just for filtration, but also for prediction.
You can try to filter out patterns or you can try to predict patterns.
Remember, names of filters are not so important, what is important is function.
So far, at this time, I think that this is the best incarnation of this filter, remember, the right name for this filter now is the "Permutation(s) Filter", there is no longer a "Lowest-Middle-Highest Filter".
                            ----------------

As I said: "it is the main filter that can change box numbers into straight numbers"

                            Sometime later, more to come.

In the fight to win moolah  you need soldiers.

Filters are Lords and the patterns that each filter has are Soldiers.

You need good Lords and Soldiers

And you need to use them just right if you want to win the fight for moolah

But you don't need the Army, you need the Marines you need the few the proud.

You need Spartans, you need Greek soldiers from Sparta, such as Spártakos; in latino Spartacus (Spartaco).

You need the right soldier at the right place at the right time.

Look at the post before this one, at the Permutation(s) Filter.
