Thanks for posting the Youtube video.
Can you re-up the Excel files?
Thank you!!
I got the temporary banned removed from my dropbox account. The links for the spreadsheets should work now. (It was the video that created too much traffic that caused the ban).

Question:
You have in the "All" Tab 3089 Virginia Pick 3 draws. Last draw being Midday yesterday 0-6-0
Can I replace my Pennsylvania Pick 3 draws?
Yes. Just paste in your Penn Pick 3 Drawings from 1/1/2012 over the current entries. If you don't have that many, paste in as much as you can and delete the excess rows on EACH SHEET up to the Export sheet. For example : if all you have is 1000 rows, delete from 1001 - 3089 on each sheet. If you mess up you can always down load it again.

Good luck.
I Copied/Pasted Florida draws into the All tab as well. It doesn't look like it's updating anything else, or replacing the current draws, to the Florida draws. Anyway I can get this to work?

the video says to copy rows before the sheet is calculated so that previous values are preserved for the tables and formulas. I am going to try to run Ca. and leave the most current game out. hopefully the sheet corrects itself when the new game is added per the video instructions.

Make sure you paste-special "values" if copying from another spreadsheet.
I just updated it with the FLA Pick 3 results going back to 1/1/2012 and it worked. NOTE: That it will take a long time to calculate when you save the STATS spreadsheet. It is recalculating each cell for the new data you put in. Give it a minute or 3.

Okay. So I pasted it. What do I do after this point? Do I click save, and it will update all the rows and information to the right side? Thanks again.
EDIT: Ahhhh okay. I just never clicked the save button because I didn't want to mess anything up. It updates when I click save. So it works. Cool, thanks again.

This is pretty crazy. But I kind of got stuck here. Midday draw was 284. 284 on the vTrac page shows up as vTrac SUM 12. But vTrac SUM 7 would have been the optimal play as far as the chart goes right? Would have missed it, but still intersting how it is all playing out as you go across the tabs.

Yes, remember the AHP rankings are a decision support "aid", not a decision maker and will NOT always be right.
This example is very close, they are both picked next 4 times, they are both close to being due (-4 and -6 are close), and the picks in the last 60 draws is close (10 versus 7), so a real judgement call here.
I didn't say the model was perfect, and will take time to get used to, and sometimes F.A.R.T. stinks!! But look how close it was, a 50:50 call. Isn't gaming fun?

Remember, bet responsibly.
Yep. I guess one way to help you or us, is to actually track everything individually, on another sheet. See what Roots, SUMs, vTrac SUMs, and everything else is most overdue. Then come back to here, or the FART Program, and choose what has the best chance of hitting. Interesting stuff. Will have to experiment more.

One more question. I noticed you said in the video, and on the PDF File, that the last draw, would be in the Red highlighted Box.
This is on the RootSum Tab, the first page. Should this box update after every draw?
I copied and pasted from the stats page, onto the filters page. Pasted values and ETC.
Here was the last draw, It should be RootSUM 1.
Also, on the RootSUM Page, there's what I assume is the last draw of the Database, it looks like it was from the Virginia, or whatever state you play in.
It's the 060 towards the bottom.
Should that be updating automatically when I add the last draw?

In the bottom image you posted, at the bottom of that spreadsheet are four small rows labeled: Triad, Root, Sum, VT, OELH, W and H/C. In the 2nd row the Triad box is in YELLOW. When you know the results of the drawing you just prepared the sheet for, enter the result in that yellow cell. 060 was the result for the Virginia Pick 3 when I created the spreadsheets to post. Once you enter the winning # the other cells will update, EXCEPT for the H/C cell in the 4th row. Either copy and paste the VALUE ONLY form the orange H/C cell in 2nd row to the H/C cell in the 4th row or just type it in by hand.
The Red highlights in the other sheets use this data to highlight the last result. All the cells will be the same regardless of what you update except for the H/C cell which changes with each drawing. (Notice that the Orange H/C cell show 102 for the H/C value, but when I entered 060 originally the H//C value was 111, so I typed 111 in the 4th row so that it would be highlighted in the H/C sheet). So the Root, Sum, VT, OELH, W will always be the same for 060 regardless of what you update. But the H/C status changes with every drawing. Which is why you need to update the 4th row's H/C cell manually.
So the bottom row is "static" information (until you change the value in the yellow triad cell) that the rest of the sheets use to highlight the last results in red.
I know this sounds a little confusing or convoluted, but click on one of the red cells (such as the Root cell highlighted in red), then choose Format->Conditional Formatting from the Excel menu, then click on Edit Rule... and you will see the formula that links the rule to these cells. Each sheet is like this.
