reddog & BobP, you use harsh comments for something you haven't seen yet. I'll not reply in the same manner, I'll simply try to explain why I've chosen this price plan as it seems your arguments/comments are solery based on the price of the program.
Well, the program worths a lot of money. I value it to worth up to $250 or more compared to other software available. The reason for this is that it has features that you never had the chance to use anywhere and there are still more to come. So, I don't accept the term "antique" for this program as it is not simply a data gatherer as most programs are.
If I ask $250 for a full licence, no-one will ever buy it. You know the reason; no more trust for lotto programs. I cannot do anything for this except to release Lotto Architect in the market and thus you can see what a real lotto program should look like. Actually, most of these programs humiliate themselves because they are many years in the market, they still don't predict efficiently as a lottery program ought to do and despite all these years being in the market, they didn't really evolve. This is why you can buy such programs now for as low as $20. Lotto Architect does not compare with these programs in terms of efficiency, features and performance; it is far superior. On the other hand, I cannot sell it for as low as $20 because it worths much more than this.
So, I decided this affordable price plan. You have a full year to find out if it suits your needs or not. Probably, you may have win within this year or whatever and you can decide if you want to keep using it or not. If you decide to use it, then the cost will be cumulative and in 5 years I'll have get paid for what this program really worths (and in these years will become more powerful than this initial release version of course). If you don't decide to continue your licence, all you may lose is the initial licence cost, which is much less compared to the $250 this program worths. That way, you help me evolve this product to cover the development costs too.
The program has been tested on several real lotteries and works as expected (don't forget, it is tested for about 4 years now on all previous versions as well). So I can establish a value even if this version of the program is not finished yet (it is finished actually, what is left is to add some side-features).
Of course, I'll let the program run as a trial version so you can decide even if you want to purchase a licence at first place.
