the little birthday girl

Guess who had a birthday?

Can you believe it?

Monica Lewinsky turned 31 this week.
Seems like only yesterday she was crawling around the
White House on her hands and knees.

They  grow up so fast.

Age of Florida Cash 3:  6,654 days old.  (a few missing Xmas dates, ?? are included.)  While averages mean zilch when it comes to lottery occurrences or randomness, averages over many years in a particular lottery somehow will have adhered to ‘averages’.

The Florida Cash 3 back pair  X 7 5, has had three exceptionally long periods of no-wins that exceeded 400 days.  They’re listed below along with the next dates of win that followed those long no-win periods.

 Maintaining a wheel a 30/60-day wheel for ? 75—30 days @ .50 cents straight plays or $5.00 X 30 = $150.  The next 30 days would have to be @ $1.00 a pop or $10.00 a day and a total of $300.00 for the second 30 days.  oops, not worth it.

BP 75 is a little below average in number of wins.  It has had approximately 58 wins in 6654 days.  While it is highly unlikely that this BPr will show up soon,  it could and possibly on 7/20,21 or 22.

Front Pair 1-0  has at least 78 wins in 6651 Fla. Cash-3 draws.  An expected amount of wins for this period is 67.  FP  10   won tonight after only six days;   last won on 7/8/06 after 16 days; 6/22/06 after 78 days;  4/5/06 after 30 days; 3/6/06 after 65 days; 12/31/05 after 47 days (1-0-X had five winning occurrences in 05).  In 2004  the 1-0-X  had four wins.  No idea how long it will continue to sizzle like this.

Back Pair X-0-9  has at least 77 wins, way above an expected average.  BP  0-9 has had five wins in 2006, five wins in 05,  seven wins in 04 and seven wins in 03 and has never had an exceptional long period of no win.  Almost time.

Outed CIA Officer Sues Cheney, Libby, Rove
By TONI LOCY, AP    07-14-06 00:20 EDT
WASHINGTON (July 14) - The CIA officer whose identity was leaked to reporters sued Vice President Dick Cheney, his former top aide and presidential adviser Karl Rove on Thursday, accusing them and other White House officials of conspiring to destroy her career.

The lawsuit alleges that Cheney, Libby and Rove used Plame to punish Wilson for his public statements about the administration's portrayal of the intelligence on Iraq
