A Nitely 3 observation

Lottery numbers, at times and for unknown reasons, do occur with a higher/lower rate of  frequency.  Below are some of the PA-3 nightly win-digits by position that are occurring with an increasing/decreasing frequency rate.  Digits that were not included are occurring within it expected range of occurrences.

The winning number 7 5 5 has occurred only 4 times in the Florida Cash 3.

Below are some last win statistics for the New Jersey Pick-3 Triple occurrences.

There have been 113  TRIPLES in the New Jersey Pick-3 lottery since it began on Thursday, May 22, 1975.  New Jersey maintained a six day a week lottery that excluded  Sundays and Christmas until Feb. 7, 1989.  The triple 1’s and 5’s are the under performers and the 111 last occurred just 55 days ago but could show up again and soon.  The Triple 7’s and 8’s are the runners. 

 The 6 8 0 has played 10 times in Florida Cash 3. Below are the dates of win and the number of days between win.

A 48 % weight is the highest probability for any # or digit occurring on a predicted date.  No matter how perfect the system has been devised that system will never exceed a 48% rate of accuracy.  A 52% uncertainty will remain (ball sets, drawn at a nonappointed time, or whatever other unknown factors).

A textbook case of what Not to bet on UNTIL it wins a couple of times.

Check it out 21 wins in 12 months and still Only 6 wins in six months.

 Some numbers in each position is going to occur or win with less frequency

Than expected based on the ‘theory of large numbers’.  Right now for the 3^rd Position

It is definitely the # One.

Odds in favor of Front Pair Double in New York Pick 3 in the next three days. 

Although, in the last six months there have been 21 FP wins which lessens  probability of a win.  A total of 41 in last 12 months, 58 in last 18 months. 

This puts it above expected average, but still FP dbl is likely in NY in next 3 days.

BUT then  it could begin that Cold or long period of no-win. 

Caved and wheeled 2nd position 0 thru 9  for a Back Pair with that Frigid 3rd position 

Cold #1. Ten bucks down the drain.  Oh well  No more chasing 3rd Position #1.

 expect A-3 to begin a slow down in the number of wins over the next two months. 

The slow performing 1^st Position 2/A has begun to increase its winning frequency.  Look for this to continue for a while due to its 5-year underperformance. Next likely date of win for this 2A or 1^st position #2 is 18 Feb. 

Second Position 2/B can be considered an under performer but not really Cold.  Looking at its 5 year total number of wins, expect a slight increase in its win frequency.  This middle position #2 is likely to win on 16 Feb.

Unfortunately two previous occurrences is not a trend.

Only twice has this FP-30 gone without reoccurring for longer than 350 days. 

The first FP 30  played on 5/26/1990, after 352 days.

It then replayed or won 38 days later.

The next  FP-30 happened on 10/23/00 after 508 days. 

 FP-30 then replayed or won 27 days later.

Now Last Night after 434 days on 2/10/06….

for those maintaining calendars, charts, or graphs

 lets see if this time the FP 30 will replay again and very soon.

Getting really close to defying the Law of Big Numbers, the third position #1 has won only 6 timesin the last six months.  Granted,  Lotteries do not pay for predicting or betting only one digit, But to be nearly certain of a date of occurrence for a specific digit in a particular position of win could decrease the sets of numbers to be paired and played increases the probability of a win with a greater margin of profit on such a bet.
