Dear LP members, visitors,

 

Can any of you provide me with the complete Pick 3 and Pick 4 winning numbers since their inception.  I think they both began in the early to mid 1980’s. 

 

I contacted the NY Lottery commission, sent the requested money order.  They sent photocopies of all the mid-day and evening results together .

 

I am not comp savvy, but if I could get this as an attachment, or PDF?, or even locate a website that provide such a service for all states winning results that would be great.

The Florida Cash 3 Lottery has been around for more than 6,420 nightly(?) drawings and during this time the 33* front pair has occurred at least 60 times.  This number of occurrence is within an expected range of occurrences or 1/10^th of the time for an average amount of wins for front pairs.  The last appearance of this evading and overdue 3-3-*  occurred on March 3, 2004 or 512 days ago.  This is the longest absence or no-win period for this 3-3-*.

My Fallacy:  I know within the next 60 days that  2nd Position # 2 will somehow win with less frequency, and the 3rd Position # 3's frequency rate of win will increase.
