Pick-3 +/- 1 of coincidences & illusions

One of the Forums may have addressed this.  A search for it found none.

Take a look at these numbers.  In almost every case two of the digits or +/-1 of the digits will win next time around.  That is the problem.  It requires too many sets of digits to win.  Easy to see the after win matches, but not likely to win with them.  There are too many digits to mix and match even as PAIRS.  Try it.
      Minus one  is      8  8  5                         6  3  3
For instance,  that      9  9  6          or            7  4  4
    Plus one is            0  0  7                        8  5   5

Some Pick-3 #s without wins in 50+ days

Florida Cash 3 first position number  6 X X  is growing colder.

The data below shows longest no win periods for #6 in 1st column of Cash3  and the number of days until the next win.

2/17/90    out 69 days     then wins  2 days later

3/5/93            57                           19 days later

7/23/95          59                          25 days

2//18/97          63                            7

6/9/97            53                          13

9/18/97          50                          29

8/30/98          50                            5

5/17/06  (6-6-6) was the last win for 1st Position 6 and while doubtful, 6XX  could remain out or a continued no-win for another 20 or 30 days.

Coldest periods for FL X 8 X

7/11/90                        52                    11

5/22/96                        55                      2

7/14/96                        51                    24

9/19/98                        51                    12

5/22/00                        50                    1

5/6/03                          63                    1  then 1 day later

6/3/06  last win—out 35 days and counting.

Colder periods for the NY nightly  X 2 X.

Looking back from 27 July 1981 and up to  23 Sept. 2005, searching for long periods of no wins of at least 50 days or more, to see how many days before the  X 2 X would reoccur or win.  Yes yes, I know, lotteries do not pay for single digit wins BUT they do pay tiny $$$ for winning Pairs.

The first long no win for the 2nd position # 2 happened in 1985 and lasted 55 days then won again six days later.  In:

1989        out    58 days then win  7 days later

1992            59                        2 days later

1996            50                         3

2000            63                        1  day later(then 1 day, 1 day , & 1 day)

                                                    3/13,14,14,16

2001                 55 days then win    4 days later

2002                 80 days then        15 days later

2005            66 days                10 days later

2005            61 days                11 days later

No winning strategy  for these longer no win periods discovered.  However, if any digit is out or has not won in more than 95 days, then it may be worth the chase to wheel it for a few days.  Or, once it does come in after such a long absence, it would be worth the cost/loss to wheel it for a week or so.  It is unlikely a digit would noot have at least one win in 120 days or less.  A 117-day no win is the longest period ever found.

The ' deepest fear' Speech

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us, it is  in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others

." This speech by Nelson Mandela  was allegedly written by Marianne Williamson, the author of other similar material."

A Trek down to Port Canaveral

Our evening on The Sterling Casino Cruise

 and

Would I go again?  Yes, they have all kinds of slots and I love slots.

Please do not plan an upscale day thinking of ambiance, acceptable casual attire, dancing, and good food. If you do, you will be terribly disappointed.  While the vessel appears great enough to manage and possibly provide such accommodations, they are simply not there.

My first visit was this past Saturday, 1 July, and the launch watch compounded with rainy weather caused slow bumper- to- bumper traffic.  We departed the port at 8:45 p.m.  There were loads of  people onboard at least 900 to 1200.  I’m thinking this may afford more and possibly greater payouts.

The Sterling is not some Love Boat styled excursion nor can you lose yourself in the feeling of the next best thing to Vegas.  However if you board with an open mind and lowered expectation for this little strictly gambling junket into slots/table land and accept edibles to be a low priority then it will be well worth it.

The PLUSes:    Slots, slots and more slots all kinds from .05 cents to $100.

live steel band sounds upon boarding
                      clean and accommodating restrooms,
loads of boiled eggs,  sliced dill pickle spears and baloney sandwiches.
The Country Western entertainers were good.
