NY Nightly Win 3 analysis

Back Pair # 23 on 2/27/97 showed as the winner after 404 days (3- 23) then re-appeared 57 days later (1- 23). The BP 23’s last occurrence was 12/18/2004 after 320 days (4- 23). Now it has been 410 days since its last win.

Front Pair #29 has yet to encounter a real long absence from a winning occurrence. Its coldest period has lasted only 344 days (7/14/96) and returned just 30 days later (29 –9). There is that old 50/50 ‘probability’ that it could win very soon or hibernate another 300 or 400 days.

Front Pair #82 on 7/20/92 was drawn after 518 days (82- 2) then not winning again for 171 days but then occurred five days later and continued to occur in relative shorter periods for quite a while. FP #82s last occurrence was 3/30/2004.

One of the LP members/employee here use the following signature: “Play what is HOT,what is hot tends to stay HOT, what is COLD tends to stay COLD.” And so it was with my last Florida blog on 14 Jan. 3rd Position # 1.

…and needless to say what was HOT (3^rd Position ZERO) was drawn.
Now it is 44 days and The Florida CASH-3s’ 3^rd Position # 1 has not won and it has been drawn only ‘8’ times in the last six months. Of course all of the digits, in this case this 3^rd Position #1, had an equal likeliness of being drawn in each of the last 44 drawings. Right. But somehow within the next 30 drawings, this 3^rd position # 1 will be drawn. No short- term consolation here. But shortly after it comes in from the COLD, there will be a 75% probability that it will then play again within a few nights. Now 14 days later still No 3rd Position # 1....???...

Florida Cash 3

Can’t help feeling this 3rd position number 1 will win twice in the next four days. In looking at it over its five-year winnings, on average may be just a little below but in the last two years it has under performed.

8 wins in six months vs a +/- 18 wins

23 wins in 12 months vs a +/- 36 wins

40 wins in 18 months vs a +/- 54 wins

60 wins in 24 months vs a +/- 72 wins

Now, if there could be such near certainties in the 1^st & 2^nd Positions...

Worth watching, if only to see how quickly it catches up .

Florida QUADS

Florida PLAY 4 began on July 4, 1991 and since then it appears there have been only seven QUADS. The first occurrence about a year after Play 4 started. On Aug. 9, ’92. The last Quads occurred on March 10 & 19 of 2003.
