For the heck of it I looked through the Fl Lottery site  - Lotto - Fantasy Five etc to see how many winning tickets expired. I was amazed to see an $18M Lotto prize never claimed. Hard to believe ! I couldn't find a place that shows how many top prize winning scratchers were never claimed/expired.

I am not from PA but I think they should have 2nd chance drawing giving the money away to many.  Give 350 players a grand each.  After all it is the players money.  The state already took their cut to go for whatever programs they are doing.

I don't play the Daily Numbers. I don't have enough money. The money should go into the next Cash 5 Drawing if it expires.

I am just waiting to be the first big Mega Millions winner from PA !!!

If you're going to play the lottery, remember you played the lottery. Also do not lose the ticket!

Well now, that would be a first, wouldn't it?

Government and government agencies are not wont to give away money unless it's for something ridiculously stupid like oil wells for Brazil.
