Anybody else thinking Pumpi definitley had something to do with this?

You know, one of his "you could" lottery ideas!

Scared

Perhaps, I could see someone reading his posts and coming up with the idea while they were trying to describe them.

You can't predict random.

a brilliant way to keep the streets clean of dog poop

however-finding people who litter and giving them fines of thousands of dollars would work much better

the fact is people do all kinds of annoying things

when they know the only punishment if they busted in the act  is a simple slap on the wrist

I'm all for severe punishment to such people

Anyway giving away money for people to clean up the environment by far a good idea

We should give it back to China and let them clean it up.

No, the article failed to mention that most of the problem in Northern Taiwan is an abundance of "wild dogs," not unmanaged pet dogs.
