Tennessee had the billboards, unlike sky high Georgia ones these weren't very high off the ground displaying lottery jackpots. For Mississippi, we went twice this summer to Biloxi and can't remember any billboards for the lottery, but sure was plenty for their casinos. Next visit will be more diligent, however with the heavy tint on the bus windows from the airport it was difficult to make anything out!

I agree... and less discretionary income due to high inflation could be a reason why ticket sales aren't what they once were. Adding to the fact that inflation is high, and that extra large jackpots probably aren't seeming all that out of the ordinary to people might be why lottery officials overestimated ticket sales for the next jackpot.
