New York Scratch Off Prize Possibility Not Lister ($100 Million Payout)
Nobody is cheating you,i've noticed this as well with that ticket. The $500 prize appears on the ticket but is not listed on the website, this happens with NYL from time to time, the person inputting the odds data must mess it up. Anything over $600 in this state cant be cashed at a retailer, needs to be taken to a state facility or a state run casino,so no worries about that.

How many scratch should I buy at one time?
Another thing to keep in mind is that slow moving games may not have all top prizes on retailer shelves and could still be sitting at their distribution warehouses. The lotteries are masters at distribution. In California, they do a pretty good job at distributing prizes at stated odds relative to sales.

Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
This. The retailer that I frequent often says they have already gone through 50+ packs and have yet to have anything over $150 turned in. Sounds like the lottery folks here are gouging everybody for as much as they can for more reasons than we can see. I'm not playing anymore of then until I see the $1000 prizes or more start rolling in.

100X symbol on 100X The Cash ticket...?
I think that if its an instant win it will not exceed $500. I think the key word on the scratch off is INSTANT-you can cash it in at the retailer.

Those areas of town also sell the most tickets. Supposedly the top selling lottery retailer for the northeast Florida region a couple of years ago was a small mom-and-pop store off of Edgewood Avenue on the northwest side of town.

Question
Well I know in florida you can cash a $500 win at any retailer and not be taxed while a $1000 win has to be taken to the district office and they give u a check. Then at the end of the year you have to give the IRS a good part of it.

I still remember my $500 win from a $1 tic-tac-toe scratch-off I bought from a West Chester gas station way back. But I do agree that prizes now come few and far between. Heres a few tips I would like to share from my experience with scratch offs. Based on NJ standard of $300 per set of scratch-offs regardless of denomination. $20 - 15 Tickets per set $10 - 30 $5 - 60 $3 - 100 $2 - 150 $1 - 300 Most sets follow the odds set forth by the Lottery, 60% returned as prizes, t
