Has this new legislation [Bill # 9641] already been enacted and taken effect in NY, or does the NY Legislature still have to vote on it to pass ???

Is there an attorney willing to look into this case/matter NYS lottery Do we have a case?
You know what I like the petition idea. if and IF is a big word., we can get 100,000 people to sign it would force the president of the U.S. to look into the matter which could get the NYS legislation to do something about it.

I wish Oklahoma would get games like that $5 is our highest with a jackpot of $40,000-$50,000 no million dollar or even half/quarter prizes and they wonder why lottery sales are down. I asked the OLC why that is and they said legislation

Counselor, the NYS Lottery commission, which is governed by the NYS legislation and the rules set forth has a different way to deal with the scratch offs. Let's say for a scratch off game they print 20 million tickets. Their are over 17 thousand retailers throughout NYS that are authorized sellers. Every business orders games. The have books of scratch offs opened to sell and some behind the counter waiting for them to open them. When a book is opened for sale from that day until 45 day

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
There is a slight challenge now that we are close to year-end. It is possible that if a financially savvy person hit a $1M or greater jackpot in any of the games, that they may hold out claiming the prize (which means it still shows up as available on the lotto website) to see what the final Federal tax legislation looks like. Depending on the new tax law, there could be a substantial tax savings by claiming the top prize on January 2, 2018 vs. December 2017. If I won the $10M prize, I'd certain

I started a crusade back in 2015 about scratch off's being destroyed from retailers who changed ownership, went out of business, was temp. suspended etc. These tickets would get destroyed and we never had the chance to buy them. I sent out over 1000 letters through the mail to ALL legislators state city and government. I am happy to announce that someone listened and investigated and found out I was right. Assemblyman Mike Miller from the 38 district responded and acted swiftly

Ironically, I saw a few Publix stores having a roll of the $10 Holiday Gifts when I requested a report for all the rolls in the Jacksonville and Gainesville area. There's a good number of $10 Holiday Gift rolls out there, many of which are in the lower distribution number 60k . Are you still focusing on Super Millions? I hope you hit a $100k+ prize bud. I sent an email to the lottery asking them to clarify what happens when rolls are deactivated/destroyed, and asked for information they

Finally after 3 years someone hit the 1 million dollars a year for life scratch off.
Thanks for responding. I sent NY lottery a FOIL request and under the NYS lottery laws they are allowed to destroy all tickets that are not sold but the books are already opened when a business goes out of businees or the business changes hands. This is by law and the only way to change it is through the NYS legislation. simple as that no other way. Even if the business changes hands the owners are required to get a new lottery permit to sell the lottery tickets so all opened books that are unso
