However with all that's going on surrounding internet gambling and existing legislation regarding gambling. I feel that it is a valid question. The news story on the home page is really what peaked my interest. Thank you four4me. It is not a mute point to question the legallity of internet gambling. Just because no new legislation has passed to say further that it is ille

Internet Lotteries.
Still no Online poker in KY and while West Virginia created Online poker legislation, there are no poker sites there. From what I've read, most state lotteries won't be running Online poker games and that could be why only six states offer it.

Internet Lotteries.
The Kentucky Legislation finally noticed most of the states surrounding KY have sports betting and Online poker and are debating whether they should follow suit or continue watching the KY gaming money leave the state. Most of the race tracks already have slot machines so adding other forms of gambling should be easy and create more state revenue.

Lottery Keno Games
Our legislation in KY is debating adding sports betting to the Online games. I'd settle for Internet poker. I play Keno to win something more often so the only time I play anything more than a 5-spot is when I play two 3-spots or a 3-spot and a 4-spot. There are plenty of large jackpot games and no reason to make an fun game complicated.

Why dont they sell Lottery tickets or horse racing tickets in every bar in the USA

If and when Congress decides to pass reasonable onling gaming regulations, it may be possible to purchase lottery tickets online. State legislation allows players to now wager on horse races online even though there is a Federal ban on internet casinos and poker sites. i am not talking about the USA only... Before asking what you don't think is being done, had you done some research, you'd find buying lottery ticket
