If I'm going to criticize the additional midday drawing, then I should offer what I think would be an improvement to the game. Before I do that, I have one more criticism that I'd like to share. Ticket sales of FF5 are not what they once were (prior to adding the midday draw) so adding the midday was The Florida Lottery's response to try to attract more player interest in the game. Mass-Cash Like Game Coming to Pa ...
I've often wondered what it is that influences decisions the most on what games (both online and scratch off) lottery officials decide to offer. IMHO, Mass Cash would work in PA. If it's the population of the state they use, then PA could definitely support a game such as Mass Cash. PA is 6th in population with 12.7 million. Mass is 14th with 6.5 million. Ever wonder (as I have) how many T5 jackpots are split among multiple winners?
