163 M Powerball Drawing
at those odds i don't play when the cash value is less than 600 million. total waste of money.
right now texas lotto jackpot cash value is 32 million and odds are like 1 in 25 million. you could buy 2 lotto texas tickets for the same price as one dumb powerball ticket and get way better odds of winning a similar sized cash jackpot. it's a no brainer.

Probability of winning with multiple tickets
There is only one set of winning numbers drawn and each set played is an attempt to match that set.
Suppose you only bought one ticket but they drew two sets of numbers? What would that do to the odds?
I didn't say each additional ticket cuts the odds in half.
That's another part of his inability to understand 3rd grade fractions. He seems to think that we're saying that 2/100ths is twice as much as 1/100th (and might even understand that much) but also thinks that we're saying 2 x

Comparing the games MM, PB and some others/what to buy?
The new Mega Millions game will have multipliers that can win up to $10 million but what are the odds?
According to the flyer on the Michigan website these are the odds for the various Megapliers
10 x 32:1
5 x 16:1
4 x 8:1
3 x 3.2:1
The odds of winning second prize are 12,629,232:1
Thus the odds for these prizes are
$10,000,000 12629232*32= 404,135,424:1
$5,000,000 202,067,712:!
$4,000,000 101,033,856:1
$3,000,000 40,413,542:1
The Price of the new

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
I can spend more, but Im now 72. A 2 Step win would be plenty for my remaining years. I do play TX Lotto, still only a buck for ticket. But the odds on that game is pretty bad. Not MM or PB bad, but....
2 Step would take care of me for the rest of my life along with a couple IRA's I have.
I used to spend 2k a year or more. Yeah, I won more, but nothing really noteworthy.
One game I played a lot back then was All or Nothing. $2 a ticket. I would play 5 tickets of the same numbers,

The Florida Millionaire Raffle is back!
I know Lotto Motto can appreciate what I'm about to write because he/she is located in Miami.
I mostly play Florida Fantasy5 due to it's 376,992 to 1 odds. Fantasy5's jackpots aren't exactly life changing. Midday draws pay out roughly $45,000 before taxes to a single winner. The Evening Fantasy5 draw pays approximately $100,000 to a single jackpot winner. (Again, before taxes)
If all Raffle tickets in their respective range are sold, the odds of winning are 1 in 100,000. If fewer Raffle

New Jersey Lottery lowers odds of winning Fast Play Progressive jackpot
Lottery intends to provide larger jackpots by reducing chances of winning
By Kate Northrop
The New Jersey Lottery announced last week that the odds of winning the Fast Play Progressive jackpot will decrease to allow for larger advertised jackpots.
Fast Play Progressive jackpots will be harder to win in New Jersey, but Lottery officials say that the change will enhance the playing experience.
As of Tuesday, July 1, the odds of winning the Fast Play Progressive jackpot lowered fro

Florida Fantasy-5 Players
I hear you loud and clear, but I have a little food for thought for you.
The Florida Lottery says that if you match 6 numbers on any one line of a JPT ticket the odds of doing that are 3,122,273 to 1. That's technically correct because they sell you three lines for one dollar on one ticket. But the reality is a 6/46 matrix like JPT's produces 9,366,819 different possible combinations of six numbers making JPT's true odds 9,366,819 to 1. And the biggest jackpot you can ever win in JPT is two

will you play the new $5 mega millions?
I stopped playing Powerball and Mega Millions when I realized this:
Mega Millions 3+1: Play $2, odds 1:14,547, prize $200.
I consider this a ripoff because
3-ball: Play $1, odds 1:1000, prize $500 in most states. Higher prize, much better odds, and lower investment.
4-ball: Play $1, odds 1:10,000, prize $5000 in most states. Much higher prize, better, odds, and lower investment.
I will not play Mega Millions unless, for example, the 3+1 prize goes up to $14,500 on a $2 ticket

New play methodology
I can see that you developed an obsession about my WOM (Wheels Only Methodology) results.
So, in order to alleviate your anxiety I provide you with the latest results for July.
I do not intend to put winning wheels in public domain so, instead of winning tickets, I will present only the actual payouts.
