I would have sent her $500 in a check form as an anonymous donor That's just a bit problematic if the $500 was supposed to be a loan and not a gift. If that or any gift revealing who you are isn't a problem you can just mail modest amounts in the form of a postal money order (in that US, at least; I don't know about other countries' options). If you win enough you can also hire a lawyer to handle the donation. That can also be a good idea for charitable donations, so the charity can't keep

Should I ever be so lucky,,,, I want to remain anonymous for a longer period of time than what Florida's statutes temporarily allow for. I can't think of any reason why I couldn't.
