Man charged with forging lottery ticket claims it was a joke
That is the way that it is in Ohio we have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for the money because they do have to collect the money from the other states as well but hell now a days just telling people and vendors and stuff like that you won is just as good as the check .. if I win I will straight live on the credit of the title the Lottery Winner lol but yeah it is bad but we do have to wait

Does anyone know mike44usa?
Considering that you have to deal with spammers and other miscreants this isn't a surprise. Even paypal can have problems for vendors that use it. I wish I could give advise on how to prevent people from stiffing you but I've seen it done to almost every business.

My place was in Matthew's outside Charlotte called Township Grille they had good beer, chicken wings, and best of all great beef on a weck sandwiches!!!

N.M. Lottery Director Resigns; Could Become N.C. Lottery Chief
At least he hasn't been on GTECH's or SciGame's payroll - neither of them is likely to complain too much about him or feel like they've got it made - they've both been vendors for him during his time in NM

MI-OH Game
Oh, ok. Well I can almost guarantee that they will give you the same excuse they give me, and that's the We Only Listen To Our Vendors excuse. It's total BS, I know, god forbid they create a good game. And they should eat this game up, for it establishes the coveted $2 price point on on-line games. And one other thing, let's hope Ohio draws this game. Because we all know what Michigan will do.

New Kidcon Triple 6 Has Changed
I have. But all I get is some BS policy about how they only listen to their hotshot vendors. God forbid they actually put out a good game for once.

N.C. Lottery's image takes hit
definitely a PR faux pas...whose side is this guy on? Both vendors certainly did their best to educate (influence) the powers that be and SGMS got caught being more blatant than usual. Nothing more, nothing less - business as usual except it is very rare for Commissioners to have to excuse themselves from voting on much of anything - particularly the biggest contract their agency will ever award. Better for them to step down IMO.
