Online Lottery Ticket Sales
I know this has been discussed ad nauseum, but has anyone found a reputable online lottery ticket source for MegaMillions? I would like to play but do not live in a MegaMillions state nor do I live close to one that I could drive. I do not know anyone whom I can trust to buy tickets for me in the MegaMillion states. I have read Todd's thoughts on , and have done some research into other online vendors.Any suggestions?

New Florida lottery law increases prizes
Florida lottery players soon will rake in more dough when they win games such as Lotto, Mega Money and Fantasy 5, thanks to a bill signed into law Thursday by Gov. Jeb Bush. Bush, an outspoken critic of gambling, and state lottery officials are betting that the higher payouts will boost ticket sales for the games, similar to a measure passed three years ago that doubled the sales of scratch-off games.Higher sales should mean more money for education, which is the stated purpose of the new law. Anyone know where you can play lottery online thats safe?
A lot of the state lottos have regulations against selling the tickets Online. If you were to win, and it was found out that you bought your ticket from an Internet dealer it might nullify your ticket. I know Louisiana is one of the states that forbids any ticket sales online at all. Some states like California only allow online sales through their official website, and the TOS says you have to be within California's state lines to legally purchase a ticket online.

powerball changes
North Dakota has no online games that compete with it's Powerball games so it's obvious higher PB jackpots created in other states will impact ND ticket sales. All the states where Powerball games are their only online games are probably asking for three drawings a week to help boost the jackpots and of course ticket sales.

IL Senator again pushes for online lottery ticket sales
When Illinois lottery jackpots swell into the hundreds of millions, so do the lines for tickets. What if you could simply purchase lottery tickets online, at home or work? That's been the vision of Illinois State Senator John Cullerton since February of this year, when Lottery Post reported that the Senator was pushing for lottery ticket sales over the Internet (www.lotterypost.com/news/189242).
