If I has billions, I would set-up a Medical Aid Endowment. I would put one billion into the endowment, and any interest earned would be used to assist people waiting for medical care. The general public would be encouraged to donate to the endowment.

There are general random rules to go by and then there are particular rules to also go by.To anybody who might have an interest, I will post some about some of these things on monday, here at the Lottery Systems Forum.They are mostly common sense rules for the use of filters, what I myself use of would use. Nothing esoteric maybe.

Machines are tested regularly, but since the general public never gets to know the test results we just have to factor them out of any predictions. Analyses can only ever be based on what's knowable so test results are irrelevant.I look at it this way: the two sets of numbers form separate 'trajectories'. The one that is made public is the only one that is of interest anyway, being the one all those millions of dollars/pounds/whatever are riding on.

i realize that lottery officials probably aren't allowed to play the jackpot games to avoid the appearance of conflict of interest...but hypothetically, if he won...would he take cash or annuity? just wondering what his thought are about how lottery issued annuities are really set up and handled. after all, 25 or 30 years is a long time. it would be nice to know his general views and if he would ever consider the annuity route. thanks.
