Iowa: 7/1 - 7/31/2017
I'm Using Indiana/Iowa Pairs And Combinations From July 1st Onwards For Iowa. I'm Combining With The Older Iowa Data For Now. I Can't Just Not Use Any Past Iowa History Before This Week. What If It Were A Case Of Past Computerized Draws Moving To Ball Drawn Games In Iowa Only? Would You Forget All Past Computerized Draws? Since They Are Boxed It Shouldn't Take That Long For The Pairs To Catch Up. The Boxed Combos Would Take A Bit Longer. In Indiana Traditional lottery b

New Pick2 and Pick5 coming to Florida
I noticed on the FL Lottery promo video announcement that they accurately state that Pick 3 and Pick 4 play the same way as Cash 3 and Cash 4, but it failed to mention that the numbers are NOT DRAWN THE SAME WAY AS BEFORE. If you watch the drawings, Pick 3 is now drawn along with Pick 2 and the numbers are not drawn in consecutive order according to position like they were in Cash 3/Play 4 before August 1st, 2016. Pick 2 and Pick 3 are now drawn together as a set of 5 numbers in random ord

Why Do Mathematicians Consider The Lottery Random
Boney526, You deserve a medal for your last two posts! CARBOB, joker17, LottoAce, lotterybraker, When you think about all the uncertainties surrounding the drawings, things like fraud potential, possible RNG weaknesses, etc., etc., you really need to pull back and observe the situation from a more global perspective. You need to reflect on one simple fact that most of us are aware of. Namely, the overall percentage of PEOPLE BUYING QUICKPICK TICKETS very closely approximates the percent

An Arkansas lottery player claimed a $10,000 Powerball prize at Arkansas Lottery headquarters Thursday for the second time. William J. Newberry purchased both winning tickets at Powell's One Stop on Highway 62 East. He said he was going to spend some of his winnings buying more Powerball tickets. The lucky lottery player won the prize by matchin

South Carolina Question Pick 3
Has anyone noticed that the following boxed combinations have NOT hit in the last 1000 draws (combined draws): Might be my error. All Even Combos 048 (048,084,408,480,804,840) 026 (026,062,206,260,602,620) 046 (046,064,406,460,604,640) The other combination is 269. So a total of 5 boxed combinations (30 no match combinations) have not hit in 1000 plus drawings. No other state using combined draws has 2 or more out 1000 draws or more. Georgia (179), Kentucky (129), New

4th biggest Powerball jackpot over the last 2 years Mega Millions also in rarified territory The multi-state Powerball lottery drawing happened last night once again without any jackpot winners, causing the new jackpot for Saturday's drawing to grow to an estimated $213 million, with a cash option of $104.7 million. There is no Math when it come to winning.
O.k., first just let me say that I don't mean to offend anyone, even though I know I will. Everyone has their own opinion and their right to it. In Wisconsin Pick 3, 000, 001, and 002 (totals 0, 1, and 2) have won. Whether or not anyone actually had those tickets, I don't know and don't care since I didn't. I do find all the number systems and mathematics on this site quite interesting and have spent some time trying to crack the lottery code. Yes you can see patterns in past draws, times of the

How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
Hi, 1- How about first proving the Null Hypothesis: that they are not fixed? Can you sooner prove (mathematically) that they are not fixed? If you cannot, then you have proven that they are indeed fixed . 2- I can give you a non-mathematical way: find an ethical way to examine the software packages of states who purchase these. I believe you would probably discover that states with computerized lotteries use super computers to run software that can run a set of pre-determined combinations

Lottery Post member subject of new motion picture
Jim, This is why I'm so happy that your story is being made into a motion picture. Not only for the personal injustice that was done to you, but because this same exact thing can happen to someone else. People want to focus on the gun, but it's not really about the gun. (Especially since you handled yourself so well in each situation.) It could be about anything -- coincidentally being at the scene of a crime, being falsely accused of something, getting wrongly picked out of a lineup -- an
