Pick 3 is Rigged in Ohio

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
I signed as well, and I believe we all should. As RickG pointed out, randomness is not the issue. RNG's have a much higher potential for abuse than do mechanical draw machines using ping-pong balls. The way it works is, first, the lottery introduces a new game, usually a Pick-3 midday game. If they announce it at all, they tell us it will be drawn with an RNG, but they don't bother to give us any details, such as the manufacturer, or how they determine the odds of winning (in a Pick-3 game drawn

45 jackpot-winning tickets in one California Lottery Fantasy 5 drawing
Unusually high number of top prize winners in Pick 5-style game
By Kate Northrop
A whopping 45 winning tickets won the California Lottery's Fantasy 5 jackpot worth $344,700 on Sat., Apr. 30, with each ticket getting an equal share of the prize.
The California Lottery's Fantasy 5 game had an astonishing number of winners after an interesting combination of winning numbers were drawn on Saturday.
On Saturday night, the game produced the winning numbers 3, 6, 9, 36, and 39. With 4

Test Drawings
Thanks yoho and all who responded to the question.
I was unaware that pre-draws were even conducted to the extent that they are.
This was already mentioned, but when I did a search for pre-draw
results information, Texas was the only state I found that makes
the information available to the public. I'm not sure whether they use a computerized
system, or the good-ole-air-ball system. ;-)
It does put a different light on the drawings
though, in my opinion; in that whatev

Vermont adds multi-state Hot Lotto game
The Vermont lottery is 31 years old this year. Lottery revenues after expenses have grown substantially since its early days. But right now the recession is cutting into those revenues.
Back in 1978 the Vermont lottery generated just $1.7 million. That number had grown to $102 million as of last year. But like everything else, lottery revenues are down this year.
At The Middle Road Market in Milton, the customers are well familiar with the lottery games. The owners, state representative Ro

Lottery 'glitch' leaves players suspicious
Another little malfunction seems to be shaping up repeat digits. Whatever software they got is definitely whacked.
It appears as there might be another glitch with the drawings as now they are continuously drawing the same digits over the last several draws.
While this sometimes happens in ball drawings it doesn't happen a lot with RNG drawings.

Tenn. Lottery says duplicate numbers drawn were legit; can we be sure?
Strange drawing results come right after revelation of weeks of flawed drawings
The Tennessee Lottery's Cash 3 game had the exact same winning number in both the midday and evening drawings Thursday.
Kym Gerlock, vice president of communications for the Tennessee Lottery, said the reappearance of number 940 was random chance.
It was not an error. It's rare, but it does happen, Gerlock said. Each drawing is a totally separate instance and one is not related to another.

strike the lotto
Yup, you're right, here it is: https://www.lotterypost.com/news/100094.htm
However, check out the date I created the petition: https://www.lotterypost.com/news/94616.htm
It was August 29, 2004 -- two and a half months before Wisconsin announced the transition to fake drawings.
So technically you're right, Wisconsin did switch after the petition was started.
However, one does not switch to fake drawings in two and a half months, and the petition would not have been able to stop the sw
