WHere were you raised? But you still fail to provide any credible foundation for your position. Guess you don't have one.Bet smart, f

Lottery winners share money advice
It's one way you could do it. On the charter document (the paperwork that actually forms the LLC with the Secretary of State), there are only three required pieces of information:
1) The name of the LLC
2) The name and address of its registered agent (a person or company with a physical location in Delaware that can be served with any legal business by the state). You can be your own agent, but if you are doing this for privacy, you will want to pay a fee to a service.

Florida LLC revealed to have claimed $1.6 billion Mega Millions lottery jackpot
I wish I could remember where I very recently read this, but unfortunately I cant.
What I read was a news report that stated the winner used an LLC registered in Delaware, not Florida. The reason given for registering in Delaware was stated as Delaware will not release the names of members of an LLC registered in Delaware, but Florida will release the names. ....

I do recall that it was a Florida TV station's website where the abo

Pa. couple claimed $121.6 million Powerball jackpot on ticket purchased in Delaware

Idaho Lottery raffle made a millionaire tonight
Yeah Delaware is the most chicken**it of them all in offering only 250,000.00 dollars for 10 bucks for it's raffle! I don't like the fact that Delaware is only going to give the one top prize of 250K from all the money it's going to collect! The first state is the most money grubbing state I have seen in the raffle and lottery game industry out there! I don't play raffles in any state period!
