Perhaps, pickone4me, folks haven't been placing their ever decreasing lottery ticket monies into a savings or checking account because those haven't earned any significant interest these past 12 years. Low rates results in folks coming to a relization that their is little incentive to save money (or at least not to put much money into checking or savings accounts in this country).

I agree that I think the lottery does the best to maintain transparency. I will play the RNG games once in a while, and I do believe that they have the exact same patterns to recognize as ball drawn games.
As for the obessesion with pre-tests, I think its silly and a waste of time and energy. You cant really prove they have any effect at all in my opinion. As gail howard says in her book, You cant bet on a pre-test so why be preoccupied with them?

5 greatest movies featuring a lottery win
I haven't seen all six of these movies, but Ned Devine is my favorite of those I have seen. I found several places to watch it online and think I'll do just that in a day or two.
