After completing scratch-off EV analysis for some 10 states, the best out of those ten was CT and the worst was NJ. For CT, the expected value for the $20 tickets were over $16, whereas most other states was hard to find an EV of $15 or better. Illinois also has good tickets because their odds are lower than most states. This kind of data analysis for scratch-offs in AR, CA, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, NJ, and PA can be found on my site in my profile.

Saw a $30 scratcher in Illinois a few weeks ago. I considered for a second but thought better of it. That is just too high.

I am back after taking about a month off and a pretty decent day here Illinois $30.00 $3,000,000 Cash Jackpot $30.00 winner this was ticket 000 $20.00 $4,000,000 Gold Bullion bought 2 them 1 loser 2nd was a $100.00 winner 1st of the year for me .... $5.00 Illinois Lottery Platinum bought 2 them 2 winners 1 $5.00 winner 1 $10.00 winner So all in all not a bad day and good luck to everyone who plays Mega Millions tonight!!!!

Biggest winner I have found discarded is like $4.00 but I usally check all them because on crosswords and bingos people miss letters and numbers all the time...... As Illinois stop using the letter codes on tickets 13 years ago so a lot of winners get thrown out ......

I had to vote Florida because everytime I visit family and friends down there. I have pretty good luck on them... Illinois just plain sucks......

Bought 6 $1 $500/week/life Scratch offs here in Illinois. They were all winners of varying amounts. I decided to buy 50 of them.. gonna start scratching now. Will post results once I have them.

I read on here something similar happened in Illinois where a lotto official told his friends where a $1 Million winner was located. they bought every ticket in that gas station of that game and were later caught.

1st off MVT7 welcome to LP..... Glad to see more players from illinois on here..... Congrats on that $500 winner..... I have yet to fine a 10x symbol on that game . Gotten a lot of automatic symbols and 3 or 4 double symbols on it.......

Good luck with those 50X prize.... Here in Illinois we have 3 tickets that you can win 20X amount 2 of them are $20 dollar tickets then other one is on our $5.00 wheel of fortune and the couple times I have seen them on wheel of fortune the ticket usally turns out to be a $1,000 winner so good luck again with them.....

Update from Illinois..... Took yesterday off from Playing....... Today played a $3.00 Blue Line Bingo ticket 075 $10.00 winner.... Put $5.00 back in on Wheel Of Fortune ticket 014 loser. Then I quit for the day and may be done playing till Thursday......
