Woman almost gave away her $1.3M lottery ticket
Ligia Dennis got the type of surprise most of us can only dream about: she won the lottery. Dennis purchased the ticket from a coffee shop while doing her laundry. She bought three $6 California Lucky Life Scratchers. However, this lucky moment might not have ever come for her. She decided to give two of the lottery tickets to her mother and brother, and she nearly gave her winning ticket away to a homeless man looking for change. Dennis was overjoyed we she found out that she had won the

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
I fall in the same boat, lost thousands of dollars over the last few years for a shot at the big second chance prize. Nothing much to show for it after buying 10,000+ tickets. I pretty much cut back to ten tickets a month and I have called 1-800-GAMBLER in the past. Casino does provide some good alternatives to what the CA Lottery offers, at least you get something back for your play if you use a casino club card. After trying out IGT Caveman Keno or even Cleopatra Keno video keno this yea

Thats real good. You made $60. I just picked up a $5 lucky life at a food market and nothing. I wish they had Top Prizes tickets per county. Theres only a few top prizes per scratcher distributed in over 20k lottery retailers across the golden state. A big $5million ticket winner can be in the most rural area in a lonely food market in a deserted highway lol.. It's all about faith though.

California Gold and Black have been quiet. One of them must have a top prize to be claimed soon. Just read on Facebook someone just claimed a $2.00 California Lucky Life Ticket

Hey Bob The venerable Chinese fortune cookie would choose a Lucky Life over a Good Life, as for me. I favor a Blessed Life

Hard to answer exactly without Jon's spreadsheet calculations, but I am not trying to be nitty gritty about the ROI per $100 purchase, it is more of a concept of volatility. Generally, the more your play, the more chances you have in winning the top prize. Bankroll is a limiting factor to a person's ability to play quantity wise so you have to hit the lower wins more frequent to keep you in the game, high volatility games (like Set for Life [before Lucky for Life or Lucky Life] or the $20 game)

Much appreciated for posting up the odds for Wheel of Fortune $10 game and it is a different payout structure than the CA Gold. It is essentially 1/2 of the top prize jackpot taken and distributing over the more common TICKET to $200 prizes. I will play this game since you'll get more of your money back while playing over the lifetime of the game. Not sure for the reason of dislike. 1 in 1.2 million is improbable odds, what difference does 1 in 2.4 million (this game) or 1 in 3.6 million (Luc
