You don't need to be a resident of VA to participate in the contest, but it is being run regionally, one lottery region at a time. While one region is running the contest, the others are not. This is why you need to input your ZIP code on the web site, so that it will direct you to the proper site. This is not being used as a qualifier , just as a the contest is not being run in your area yet thing, because the idea is that they want to have 15 winners from each of the regions.To get around

Very strange but then all of the numbers lately have been strange. Cali super lotto 5-22-29 were three of the numbers drawn. On the same night someone won 5 out of 6 on Powerball and guess what the zip code was...???? 92225 .

Actually, some retailers (mostly gas stations don't like to cancel - so I tend not to play at gas stations)... I am strictly Publix and Walmart. Yes you can cancel the daily picks but some will tell you no, if you don't know that you can. Good Luck, I like your zip code for Pick 5....and I hope your Mom's birthday comes for her in PA, whereabouts? I went to college in Philly...Temple University. Good Luck.

the zip code here in Oklahoma is 73501. I played in in the Georgia Five when I lived in Georgia and all the numbers came out but I didn't win anything because it wasn't the exact order. If I remember correctly the 7 was after the 1.

I did post the pairs I would play 7X0 and 71X. The 419 was a lucky hunch when I got to the store. Play 5 was actually Rockledge's zip code. I like the 51x pair today.

I saw that too jojo.. and it also has the series 109 in it also.. that was the second time I saw a big payout on quinto which is rare at times.. where is that zip code at jojo..? they gave us last nites number and all they did was flip the 9 to a 6..really.. PA...
