OK. I'll try to explain my method(s) for Scratch Off tickets (knowing if you have a winner or just how many until a winner in the Packet for that game). I had a question, and replied with this, so hopefully this helps, or explains, the ways you can detect just from the info on the card. I am not surprised at all. This is going on in every State, or almost all. Why? No one is watching the 'watchers'. Rigged Lotto means no one will play.
