Clearing Your Cache May Fix Page Problems
Clearing your cache to try and fix page errors
Every time you visit a Web page, your browser saves the contents of the page, as well as all the images and other files that are necessary to make it work. Then, when you re-visit the same page, it uses the saved files for that page, because it's quicker than having to download them again.
That's why the second time you visit a Web page is almost always quicker than the first time you visit it.

Why can't I post messages?
Some common reasons for not being able to post messages include:
You are not registered . In order to post messages on Lottery Post you are required to register . You have not confirmed your e-mail address . After you register, we send you an e-mail that contains a special link that you must click. This is our assurance that you have registered a valid e-mail address. If you change your e-mail address in the future, you will be again required to click the link

Changing your profile
Your Profile contains information about yourself, and controls how Lottery Post works for you and how your messages are posted. The only information in your profile that you are unable to change is your Username.
You can edit your profile by clicking Edit Profile in the Options menu near the top of most pages. If you are satisfied with whatever changes you have made to your profile, click the Update Profile button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Your Private Inbox / Private Messages
Your Private Inbox acts much like an e-mail account in that you can send and receive messages to and from other Lottery Post members, and you can store up to 40 messages.
To enter your Private Inbox, click Private Inbox directly on the blue menu bar at the top of any page. (You do not need to select an option from the drop-down menu you can click the main Private Inbox graphic directly.)
When you click Private Inbox, you will see a listing of any messages that are currently in your Inbox.

What's new since your last visit?
There are a couple of simple ways you can quickly see what new messages have been posted since your last visit.
Forum Icons
The small pictures next to each forum indicate which forums contain new messages since your last visit. You can find a description of what each icon represents at the bottom of the page, but the 2 key icons are:
- There are new messages in the forum since your last visit
- No new messages since your last visit

Searching Topics and Posts
The search feature is designed to allow you to quickly find topics and posts that contain the keywords or phrases you enter.
To access the search feature, click the Search button near the top of most pages. To indicate what you're searching for, enter information as follows.
Search For Box
Enter the text you wish to search for. You can indicate that you wish to search for messages that contain all words that you enter, any of the words you enter, or the exact phrase that you enter

Registration with Lottery Post
To be able to use all of the available features on Lottery Post, you are required to register for a membership. Registration is free and only takes a moment to complete.
During registration, you are required to supply a valid e-mail address. This is important because if you do not supply a valid e-mail address, you will not receive our confirmation, your account will remain in Guest mode, and you will not be able to post messages.
