N.C. Powerball winner's fiancé jailed for third time this year

Lamarr Andre McDow, also known as Hot Sauce, was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. Security footage caught a Twin Stop Chevron employee scratching Idaho lottery tickets on the job and putting the losing ones back for customers to buy, police said.
