The Montana Lottery sent out its first news release Friday listing major lottery prizes won this week without including the names of the winners, following a new law allowing prize winners to remain anonymous. A Montana woman said a $50,000 winning lottery ticket she intended to throw away was rescued by her brother. Jack Barisich, an 86-year-old retired snow plow driver with the Montana Department of Transportation living in Winnett, Montana, has claimed the grand prize in the Montana Millionaire lottery drawing.
