That would be a non-pari-mutuel Lottery where they have to Payout a fixed amount no matter what.

In a pari-mutuel Lottery they make the Payouts lower. (NJ 03/15/2006 Evening 315 payout $144.00 on a $1 bet instead of $500)

    Right...aren't most Pick-3 lotteries non-pari-mutuel?

          Whatttt

          Tn is computerized I understand.

If Tn lottery has the code by which the numbers are drawn they would know.

There are suppose to be pre draws to have random numbers drawn.

Computerized??? Tennessee (100% true lottery drawings)
True Drawings: Cash 3, Cash 4, Lotto 5, Midday Cash 3, Midday Cash 4, Powerball
          Computerized: none

All I know is,  the owner of store reported that they film the drawing at midday.  They run three and choose which will be broadcast at 6:28 pm.  This was before midday draws were added.  When they do midday is beyond me...

The fact that it happens is dispicable enough, but the fact that someone would leak that out is downright disgusting.

Yes, pumpi, that's EXACTLY what it stands for...COPS. I am just a dumb hillbilly redneck from NC that forgot how to spell.

And actually, I believe someone died this year in GA or somewhere South and people played her birthyear. Ticket sales for that Pick-4 number were halted because of it. And the sucker hit.

How in haedies can they do that?

They would know how many tickets are sold on each of those three filmed draws. Unhappy

I thought most were pari-mutuel??? I guess time for some research.
