LOL!!!PHALLUSSEESNaughty

Anyway,

Lottery Advice Is A Dime a Dozen.

I was curious from all you experienced players, what type of fallacies have you encountered in your daily playings?

I see all types of bets and winners on the Boards, but is there any one system that gives any advantage?  But this is not about systems, its about fallacies.

This question goes for both Pick 3, and Jackpot games, as I like to believe I have done extensive study in both arenas, but I chose Jackpot games as it was my first endeavor, and now where my allegience lies, and my charts are most advanced for those games. And I try to update my pick three charts whenever I have some free time, extra money or just plain old gumption and boredom from losing the Jackpot games every day.

I will start with the most talked about and favorite fallacy.

DONT PLAY 1 2 3 4 5 6

The other day, when there was a Jackpot frenzy, I went to go buy my Mega/Power Tickets. I must have spent countless hours that day crunching and aligning and measuring and adding and subtracting, multiplying by pi, etc.

(Just kidding I dont usually multiply anything, but I digress,)

There was a regular worker dude there. ( I will avoid the racial epitaph)

And he looked like a brilliant player.  (I could tell from his bloodshot eyes.) He played 1 2 3 4 5 with mega ball 6

"I thought to myself thats interesting and quite dumb."  As it turns out the guy won more money than me that draw.

But I dont really feel any regret.

If you have done your W/O, your due diligence and you "feel" its timed and it looks good, then play the combo 1 2 3 4 5!aaa$25 bucks is better than zero.

But I wouldn't play it as a normal convention. I would not play it as a "I am all out of fresh ideas" type of combo.

The general thinking is dont play those numbers because you have to "share".

Will sharing $10,000 of something is better than sharing $0.00 of nothing.

Player be warned, don't expect to get rich playing those numbers.

There are as many brilliant lottery players out there as my bloodshot eyed friend there.

So what are your experiences?

      Nice Tune SG-1!!!

      What an interesting lyric!!!

      "Pissing the night away."

I hope one day I will have the lottery gods favor and write a song where I can say "OnlyMonkey was intent on finding the secret of his steveplayer system and he crunched this system through the night, yes, pissing the night away once again and neglecting to answer his private messages at the same time."Razz

I was going to check who gave me one star, but I dont have to be a lottery expert to figure that one out.

I might just have to give Noise-Gate a reprieve, and sic my ninjas on only monkey exclusively, after all onlydonkey seems like the common enemy.  He wont be hard to find.  He is in his moms basement.

One fallacy is that numbers already drawn for jackpot games cannot be drawn again. It's not true. I don't have any evidence that they can be drawn again but logic says they can be drawn again, even back to back draws. Naughty

YES!!!  I agree with your statement.

Thank you for your contribution of wisdom!

Yes, from my drunken observations, it seems,  the quints can often indubitably and  undauntedly attempt to "randomly" express themselves above the TYRANNICAL odds.

I dont know if its absolutely true, but it feels so, perhaps I can argue the possiblity with someone!!!

              Another PM lie.

Think about it,  why would I PM a lower life form for anything?

You're a loser and you know it. Stop lying cause I would never PM a loser like you or anyone else like you.

BTW, when is your next thread going to be posted? I can't wait to see you whine, again.

Get over yourself, you're nowhere near worthy of contacting. It'd be like talking to a rock.

One of the biggest fallacies believed by many is "Don't play quick picks."

Most jackpots are won by quick picks and that's all there is to it.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

                Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

The only sure thing I can bet on is myself.  I dont put any faith into quickpicks.

I have had over twenty 4/5 wins, and I have never even gotten one 4/5 with a quickpick, when I play over 200 quickpicks per year for the last ten years.  So that 2000 quickpicks with no significant wins.

Do I need to calculate those losing statisitical odds for you now CoinToss?

Where are my stats people!! Coin Toss is betting against the human intelligence and divine spirit in favor of the ghost in the machine.Thud

                      LottoBoner,

From the Powerball website FAQ page:

WHICH HAS THE BETTER CHANCE OF WINNING: COMPUTER PICKS OR PLAYER PICKS?

About 70% to 80% of purchases are computer picks. About 70% to80% of winners are computer picks. Perhaps just one of those weird coincidences?

We could even say that not havinf any fairh in quick picks is itself a fallacy!

So now who gets the Dupe alert? Or is it more something like "Don't dare challenge my opinion with facts!"

Have a nice day and Good Luck to you.

Try to use toilet paper instead of your hands.

You're another dense brained moron. For the 79th time already, the reason there are more winners with QPs is because most people play QPs not because the computer picks better numbers, as if there are things as better numbers by a random generator. DUH

                          Duh Duh Duuuuuh!!!!!

                              "Where are my stats people!!"

They are busy doing something else because if there are QP statistics, they are not being published. Several years ago someone working for PB made the clever observation if "about 70% to 80% ticket purchases are QPs than about 70% to 80% of the winning tickets are QPs". They could have said ABOUT 65% to 85% and it would mean the same thing because apparently they are not keeping records on the actual number of QPs sales.

On Feb 19 when the PB jackpot was $425 million, 91,515,511 million tickets were sold and according to the "ABOUT" stats, about 64 or 73 million QPs were sold and nothing more than a wild guess.
