  JJ, please explain your meaning of at will.  Do you know anybody that won at will?  Also, are you a retired person?

  Does anyone know where this story comes from? I've seen it a hundred times using a hundred different names and buildings and i have no idea what the original is or  where it comes from.

  If you really believe winners win at will, and do so to screw over other players, then you seriously need to just stop playing the lottery.

  Do I feel as frustrated? No. In my opinion, 1 ticket is all that's needed. Once the ticket is bought it's either a winner or loser.

  You need to lose your delusions. Why are you saying that? Because a few winners have won two or three times? It's all down to luck, even for them.

  Not frustrated yet, So far I have a pretty good "non jackpot" win back rate of over 50%, so for now thats a good chance of trying to land the jackpot.

  I think you will be much happier if you stop playing the lottery, at least for awhile.  Sometimes if frustration grows it taints everything in your life.
