To you all this may not make most sense but tell me which one do you rather that it do make sense and 100% of the human race is eliminated...Remember there is no life anywhere else in the universe so far, or you rather that it don't make sense and you save 100% of the human race...

The Catholic Church and Telescope Observatories:   I just heard that the Mont Palomar Observatory cost to construct like 100 million dollars in today's term...It costed 6 million back in 1920 i think but back then 6 million was like 100 million dollars....
How many billions does the catholic church make? like 50 billion worldwide right? Each damn year....And you are going to tell me that they can't take 3 billion dollars, ONLY FREAGGING 3 BILLION from the 50 billions that they are going to make this year, the other 50 billion they are going to make next year and 50 billions more the year after that, and 49 not 50 but 49 billion the year after that...And then 49 billion with 3 cents [pennies] the year after that...And they can't take 3 billion dollars and send to construct 30 of this observatories....Because i tell you, that if 1 asteroid hits the earth it will eliminate 99.9% if not 100% of life in the planet earth, WHETHER YOU BELIEVE IN GOD OR DON'T....Even if you was in church and was very religious, you have a MORAL obligation towards all your fellow humans as a citizen of this world, to take 3 billion and send to construct 30 Observatories strategically placed around the world...Remember only 2% of the sky is monitored/observed, what happens to the next 98%....And i can't believe that SETI, ARRAY of search for extraterrestial intelligence rather looks for alien life beyond this galaxy instead of having 100% of the sky observed at any given time in case an asteroid was to hit....I tell you "humans"....And i know they are saying that they are scanning all the big asteroids in the belt between mars and jupiter....And my thing is that a small asteroid will eliminate an entire continent and what happens to that belt beyond the planet pluto that has asteroids too....And what happens with the fact that beyond our solar system there is an area that house the comets....And remember there is hundreds of billions of comets or i think is trillions of comets for scientist are not certain...What about all that fact...So world war 3, world war 28, world war 206, world war 661, they all happen in 1 single moment without a single bullet been fire...Well yeah a bullet from the heavens traveling faster than the fastest bullet....Not even triple the speed of a bullet...
And 100 million dollars cost A BIG OBSERVATORY, but a medium compact observatory one that can see only on our solar system to spot asteroids, should cost less than 100 million dollars, maybe half, 50 million dollars....And still they can't create them...I am talking medium compact observatories with computers and everything...

Wouldn't it be nice: TV Translator: Wouldn't it be nice if you could watch any TV show from across the world on your TV with cable with a translation as caption...Like if the TV came with a built in huge encyclopedia translation, where you can watch any show from many countries with translation caption including the comercials...Wouldn't that be nice...This will be a great advancement...And if they have to sell this tv more expensive then so be it, i know i'll pay for it if it was me....And this TV's are more important than HDTV and plasma and all those stuff....And you are going to tell me that Sony and Panasonic and JVC and all those companies that make billions of dollars each year, can take 200 million dollars [they can even pool for it], and take the 200 million dollars and place it in the bank and the 10 million each year go to pay translators to translate the entire world languages......I think TVs only translate into the 4 major languages but i don't know....Like if TV's came with a chip...I don't understand this people can create plane engines that are more complicated than a global translator and yet they can't create a global translator...And wouldn't it be nice if with that same TV you could watch any channel from any country in the world or if you could watch all the channels from all the countries in the world....

Language Translator: Wouldnt' it be nice:  Also wouldn't it be nice if language translator were like the blackberry but where you have like a pencil where you can write the word on the screen that you like translated, instead of having to punch the keystrokes which is very slow.....

Senate & Congress TV Channel News: Why don't they have a TV channel  News dedicated only to explaining what the Senate & Congress and the laws passed and about to pass...Or one TV Channel News for the Senate and one TV Channel News for what Congress do....Where they talk the entire day about what Congress or what the Senate do, 24 hours a day....

I think is better if they create one TV Channel News for the Congress and one TV News Channel for the Senate....

One thing is to sit and watch what the Senate does all day and the other is to explain what the Senate or Congress does all day and the bills...And i believe that that channel is congress and senate together, i am proposing one for the senate and one for Congress...News and debate about it the laws/bills...That crap channel they got about the Senate you can only see what congress people vote yes or no, that's it, i am talking about a channel that explains each law and all the existing laws, think about it as a politics channel....I think CNN talks about the laws more than that Senate and congress channel that they got on cable....I am talking explain the bill, say who is in favor and who is against, make congress representatives interviews, etc, etc, etc....That's what i am talking about....

And again i am talking something that is 24 hours/ 7 days a week not that crap they show on TV....

WHAT IF YOU WAS TO LOOK AT CONSECUTIVES NUMBERS...Combinations that have CONSECUTIVES numbers are not that many....

Consecutives numbers are numbers like: 2,5,6,18,22,25,32....Consecutives numbers are the 5 and 6...Numbers that are close together basically numbers and the subsequent numbers...Another example is: 6,17,23,24, 36,39....The consecutives numbers are 23 and 24...

Thanks edge, you also gave me an idea about deducing...Don't worry what deducing is..

Not only could it be consecutives, but it could be 2 numbers difference, like instead of being: 8-9-22-29-36-39.. it could be 8-10-22-29-36-39....I wonder how many combinations that have 2 number difference exist? I know there are a few just like consecutives...

for like in Powerball from november of las year to present i noticed that there was like 2 consecutives but there were more 2 number differences...

another idea is that one could look at the ending digits for this consecutives...

Like if you knew that the numbers 8-9 were coming on the next drawings..You could ask how many combination are there that have 8-9 consecutives...

i am starting to notice that your system/observation can be lethal...but more experiments/research/observations are needed....Not research from the internet but research from LP members, that's what i mean...

plus the "even/odd" filters, plus high/low filters, plus high ending digits/low ending digts filter, plus spread filters....That's if you like, but i think you would have to do it because Powerball has some staggering odds/amount of combinations...Also hot/cold numbers....

I also wanted to point out that if you use the Ending digits: it will be 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8, 8-9, 9-0...Basically 5 consecutives to choose from, then if you pick 1 of them for instance let's say if you pick: 2-3, then it will be 2-3, 12-13, 22-23, 32-33, 42-43, in total 5....Just let's pray that those 5 combined have less combinations...

And not only that but consecutives in the same ending digit don't repeat from the previous drawings so that's 4 consecutives that you have to choose from....

example: if 2-3 plays the next time a consecutives plays it will not be 2-3 but something else...This occurs most of the time...

This system works better for Pick5/39..I might work on Pick6/42...But for Powerball which has staggering odds, is a challenge...

Something the developing world needs to work on, is on Car TIRES, to research the tires and create the most beefed up tires and at the same time take some weight out of regular cars [talking about gas/petro/diesel cars...Specially the developing world needs to work on this...I am talking on tires that last years and are specially good for in the country where there is no umpaved roads....That's what they need to research...And how to recycle them...

Anyways i always felt that cars are to low, they sit to low, they need to go up some more...

the more modern they are the more they sit on the ground...

You see i am glad kids are getting an extra boost in education from the lottery revenue, but i feel, if you was to eliminate the revenue from the lottery, kids will not feel the difference...Kids get revenue from the government that goes into education and is kind of big...However health care is a more big threat...I don't know anything about health care or medicare nor i know how big they are....But what i am saying, don't you think they should let the lottery revenue from all the states go into Health Care or medicare...

Almost every week i hear on CNN the comment about Health Care or Medicare....All the time...You don't hear no comment about education on the news...So if this is so should lottery revenue from all the states go to "health Care or Medicare"....

Maybe it will not work in the USA because of the size of the USA in population...But let's put the example of Germany who has around 82 million people....States in the USA generate 1 billion dollars from revenue from the lottery and they have a population like 4 million....I am saying, a country like Germany with around 85 million people should generate like 10 billion dollars from revenue from the lottery if in fact they tax 50% of every dollar....Ask how much does it cost to construct one Hospital and equip it with equipment...Maybe to construct the hospital will cost you around 25-30 million dollars and to equip it will cost you another 25 million dollars...That's a total of 50 million dollars...10 billion divided by 50 million dollars = 200 HOSPITALS...you hear that 200 Hospital in Germany each DAMN YEAR...in 3 years Germany which is perhaps the size of Texas, will have 600 Hospitals...in 5 years it will have 1,000 Hospitals in 10 years that will be 2,000 hospitals in a region the size of Texas...LOL....In 20 years that will be 4,000 HUGE HOSPITALS in Germany...And because the equipment is bought already and construction is done we only have to charge people for the service of a doctor/nurse WHICH WILL BRING THE PRICE OF HEALTH CARE VERY LOW...

and these are not private hospitals these are hospitals that belong to the government FOR THE PEOPLE...

My question is If we can do that in Germany why can't we do that in the USA and take care of the "Health CAre System" once and for all or of the Medicare....Or whatever care....

And tell me what will happen if kids didn't get lottery revenue for education are they going to die, people die becaus they don't have health care...The problem in the USA is that it COST TOO MUCH THE SALARY OF MANY PROFESSIONS....

And remember Germany will get 10 billion by charging 1 dollar per ticket, what if you was to charge 2 dollars per ticket....LOL...

Another System, the most powerful system yet: Remember the system i used to crack Powerball well there is another system more powerful than that but in theory....YOu see the blueprints of the system says it should work in theory but in actually don't know if it will work for don't know if it will be possible...The system that i crack powerball requires to bet like 1,600 dollars and it doesn't go after the bonus ball, but this theoreticall system can go after the bonus ball in Powerball right away and it is cheaper, something like 300 dollars...But i have yet to see if i can make it to work....Another system that could be very very powerfull is the 3's method, if i could only make it to work on Powerball.... Here is the system...Remember the system i titled: "I cracked Powerball, you just have to read carefully"....Remember how you are able to play the box combinations anyway they play?", well something like that but using bigatoo's difference number system but letting it have a difference of 1-5...Let me put it another way....Remember Bigatoo's difference number system? Well imagine that bigatoo's difference number system was from 1-5, that way you could play all the ways it plays box, and this way you will not have to deduce and win Powerball "STRAIGHT"...The only problem is that when using bigatoo's difference number the range is more than 1-5 is more like 1-13 or 1-14....but if you could make it to work, it will be the most powerful system yet, along with the 3's Method...I got this idea after i dreamed about it last night....

About the software titled: "Crack the Powerball"....

This remaind me of something...The crack the powerball software story about the mathematicians that use the formula, well i think he is using the law of averages but this is only if he is using the law of averages...I seen snipets of it and i think it works but it will not work no 60% of the time, nor 75% of the time...If you use the laws of averages you might win Powerball but it will be once in 1 year and a half or Once in 2 years....If the game plays everyday you might win it once in 1 year...But the law of averages that this people use i would not call it the law of averages i will call it more like the law of eventually showing up or the laws of due numbers eventually showing up, i think that description best describes that law that they are using if infact they are using that law...

However BobP comment reminded me of something....This one is the vertical averages pattern or vertical averages system...This particular averages pattern you could win the lottery more often than the law of due numbers eventually showing up, HOWEVER it is still will not win Powerball 60% or 75% of the time like how "Crack the Powerball claims"...Winning Powerball or any game 60% or 75% of the time entails/means that you CRACK the game in this case Powerball, and i am not saying there couldn't be a system that can crack powerball but it is very doubful it is very unlikely, almost impossible, there could be system that can win powerball like a 1% up to 4% at most 5% but 60% is almost impossible, however there could be system that can win smaller matrices games like Pick5 at a 8% up to 13% AT MOST but again 60% is almost impossible...Even a supercomputer which is the most powerful thing ever against the lottery CAN NOT  win Powerball at 60%....

Well going back to the comment that BopP made about Gail Howard...Even though Gail howard did not tell people to play this way, she set the precedence for it she set the base for it...again i call it the averages pattern, but the term that fits best this pattern/system is the "VERTICAL AVERAGES PATTERN/SYSTEM"....

In this pattern/system you look at previous drawings and you look at each column position of the numbers...Example, 3,4,16,17,22,29 and you have the next drawing been: 2,7,25,35,37,39...You will look at 3 and 2 as the first vertical column, then 4 and 7 as the second vertical column, then 16 and 25 as the third vertical column, then 17 and 35 as the fourth vertical colum, then 22 and 37 as the fifth vetical column and 29 and 39 as the 6th vertical column and so on you go with more drawings and you look for the averages,  and you look at the most common numbers with this method you MIGHT win Powerball like once a year BUT AGAIN YOU MIGHT....But something i just learn but realize weeks ago without noticing it, was that you DON'T necessarily have to look at the averages, you can simply look at 3 or 4 or 6 drawings or maybe more but not too much and look at their column vertical positions and choose the numbers that have not played OR PLAYED THE LEAST....With this method you might win Powerball in once every 8 months.....But again notice that i use the word "MIGHT"....I call this the Least Averages Vertical System/Pattern....

What's so great about these systems/patterns is that is playable amounts, really cheap compared to 98% of systems...And you can play like 15-20 dollars...and if you play 100 dollars you will build an arsenal...But these system particularly the last one called the Least Averages Vertical System is better than pooling and is better than playing all hot numbers, but i wonder what will happened if you mixed it up with hot/cold ratios system...If you mix it up it will be very powerful and cheap, i'll be playable amounts...The Vertical averages pattern is like the "least Averages Vertical system but the only difference is that in the vertical averages you look at the averages or most common numbers and select the most common number....

These systems work on Pick4/XX+Pick1/XX, Pick5, Pick6, & Pick7, Powerball/MegaMillions and Keno....They do not work on Pick3...I don't think it will work on Pick4 either but who knows....

What is Indonesia, Laos, Phillipines, and South Korea & Cambodia...You need to construct Lots of tall buildings as housing....You can't go building houses, you all have very small space....You need to find like a East Asian Lotto Stock Exchange or some kind of stock exchange that will pay lots of money and tax it 65%, then the revenue you use it to create projects in each of the East Asian Countries, maybe this is far into the future but stuff like a bridge that will connect you all by sea if the sea is not to rough but i was thinking of a bridge that is covered with a caparazon/shell like the turtle...You need to do that...You know they were planing to build a bridge that will unite Europe and Africa...Well i am in favor of it but i still don't know how they are going to do it, however a system of bridges connecting some of East asia island i think is more down to earth than a bridge connecting Europe and Africa for it is a long distance...however it is just an idea for i don't know that sea of yours...I know it rains a lot by you all...

And Indonesia, Laos, Phillipines and South Korea, & Cambodia you need to speak English or speak the same language...And have the dollar as your currency or the Euro, very important this one...And keep the price of stuff low...Also the countries i mentioned you need to have like in Italy you need to have very small compact cars, like the peugeot and the tata nano...Please listen to me you need to focus on constructing tall buildings...At least Africa, China & India got plenty of space but you East Asia, you don't...

That's my best advice to you all.....

And this may be too much for you all but you need to research ways to take down a mountain totally level it off and clear off the jungle or forrest...You need to be working on that...

Your revenue should be lottery and tourism and other stuff...A good way to increase dramatically tourism towards you is by speaking english and having the same currency as the USA and/or Euro....You should have the currency from whoever country you get the most tourist but i'll advice to go for the Euro or the Dollar....

And you need to find a way to treat the sewer and making it into clean water like they are planning to do in the USA....clean water that can be later released to the ocean.....And a way to treat garbage, you should be researching this....And find a way to recycle very old cars...

What i mention is the Area the following countries need to work on...

What did the Irak war teach the USA? That the USA could not fight 5 wars in different countries simultaneously alone...But the Irak war was a miniscule war...World WAr 3 and World War 4, and the other World Wars if they ever break out, will be fought in multiple levels, there will be many countries involve, there will be a mass loss of life, and it will be more savage and smarter....

SO WHAT THE UNITED STATES SHOULD DO TO IS PREPARE FOR WORLD WAR 3 AND THE OTHER WORLD WARS IF IN CASE THEY WAS TO BREAK OUT...

The United States should have a FUND or reserve or EMERGENCY FUND where the USA saves money every year or every month stacking up money for if in case World War 3 was to break out...

The USA is stacking up piles of nuclear and bomb weapons and missiles yet it forget the most important part, and that is MONEY...it is not stacking up money....I am talking stacking up like 100 billion dollars each month...

Can someone tell the Pentagon or the White house this....

Please dont come with "OH the USA will only print more money" because it will not work....

just so you know....The USA should save two kinds of money or funds...ONE FUND, the largest one, should be for world war 3...The smallest fund should be for smaller scale wars....

NOW IMAGINE that the Sahara Desert belong to the USA and it was repleto/it was covered with combat planes belonging to the USA...Now tell me if there will not be world peace with that...and i am sorry to be the one saying this, but if the lottery revenue from all states went to buy this combat planes to stock up the USA will have been in the strongest shape ever....

A war ship only has so many missiles in their stock and it takes them time to reload from the time it fires the first missile to reload the next missile or just to reload a set of new missiles and it only has so much missiles....While if you was to have 100 combat planes going after 1 ship from different directions and they were to fire their all of their missiles simultaneously the war ship will not be able to take it...this is not the first time i said this...

I don't know if the USA owns the companies that make combat planes, but one thing the USA can do is use the lottery money to build factories/companies that manufacture fighter/combat planes....This just proves that each country approach is different...

I got a better idea...if 9 countries want to go after 9 countries we let them do it, after they are exhausted and since they didn't save for world war 3, and the U.N or whatever entity from the Sahara since is better funded and prepared for World War3, we go after all 19 countries when they are exhausted and bomb the crap out of them take them as SLAVES and let their economy be bad for 100 or 150 years, let them join the countries poorest nations for 100 years or 150 years...Compa you say you want to bring world piece right...Is that just a word or what...Uuuuuuaaaaaahhhhhh, uuuuuuaaaaahhhhhh....[mad scientist laughing]....Don't you notice that Germany and Japan dont go to war....Make countries think twice before going to war....

And when we are bombing all 19 countries, we first go after the 9 countries that won for they will be exhausted and then after the 9 countries that lost...And what we destroy first? AN END TO FLOODS...JUST TRYING TO HELP...

What we need now is to invent THE BIGGEST WATER PUMP as huge as possible, maybe the size of cars, the hugest one you can invent for flood and then connect the water pump into pipes that run to the desert but or to a forrest controlled by a valve ....That, and create the VOLUNTEERING STOCK EXCHANGE for when natural disasters strike...i don't understand oil companies have oil pipes running from Saudi Arabia all the way to the USA yet they can't create huge pumps connect them to pipe and let them empty out into the dessert or forrest...just think of the billions the government will save each year, billions that can go to more important cause...

AN END TO DESSERTS, AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM TO DESERT/FORREST....
I got another idea...Why not create a pump the side of a car and connect it to a huge river and then connect the pump to pipes that empty out in the desert all year long...The rivers are water that are wasted year long and empty out the pipes to the dessert or forrest with the help of a valve...But it will have to be a huge pump....So if in the desert water doesn't run, you run it through it...ask yourself the question, there are rivers that are massive where the water flows from the mountains to the ocean and is sweet water wasted, water that could go to watering a dessert...OR create a man-made river with SEVERAL EUROTUNEL MACHINES FROM THE OCEAN AND THEN BORROW THE WATER FROM THE MAN-MADE RIVER, SEND IT TO A PLANT THAT EXTRACTS THE SALT AND THEN USE SMALL PIPES TO RUN IT THROUGH THE DESSER AND LET SPRINKLE UP THE DESSERT...
THIS IS WHY THE USA SHOULD BUY THE SAHARA DESERT...IS A VERY CENTRICAL LOCATION TO ANYWHERE PLUS THEY CAN GROW/PLANT FOOD FOR THE COMMING CENTURIES WHEN THE WORLD POPULATION IS 90+ BILLIONS OR 200+ BILLION PEOPLE....WHAT THEY NEED TO CREATE NOW IS LIKE A HUGE FAN BUT THAT WILL SUCK UP AIR AND ABSORB THE SAND STORMS THAT HAPPEN THERE...
