I got this idea from reading one of lantern's blog...

This is titled Maybe this is better than Playing the lottery even though is not better than playing megamillions but is better than playing Pick3, Pick4 and Pick5...Or so it looks theoretically...

What if you create a pool of 25 players and each plays 10 dollars a month....Now suppose you play pick4 and you track pick4 and play just 1 number "Straight" option...25 members x $10 = $250...[like if you play triples or 1 double]...Now $250 x $ 5,000 straight option for pick4 = 1 Million 250,000 dollars...Divided by 25 members = 50,000 dollars EACH MEMBER....

This will require that you spend the $250 dollars in 1 number...That is playing 10 dollars a month from each member...In 5 years you will have spent 650 dollars....And what can 10 dollars a month hurt...Suppose you spend 20 dollars a month and win then each member will win 100,000 dollars...But instead you are not going after 400,000 combinations but only 10,000....

LET'S TAKE PICK3 FOR EXAMPLE which is easier to get straight than pick4...suppose you spend 20 dollars a month on pick3...

25 members x $20 = $500....$500 x $500 pick3 straight option = $ 250,000...Divided by 25 members = $10,000 EACH MEMBER...and as you can see it pays better than Pick4 almost double than pick4 but instead of going at 10,000 combinations you are only going at 1,000 of pick3....

i don't know if is possible with 1 combination but i've seen some LP member predict with like 3 combinations and get Pick3 "STRAIGHT", i've also seen LP member predict like 13 combination for all state and get 8 or 9 state correct not all straight but still, that's almost like 1.2 combinations per each of the 8 or 9 states...

well i dont know if they can get pick4 straight with 1 combination but the smallest number of combinations predicted for Pick4 that i've seen is 10 for pick4 and they got it correct...

That's what the power of numbers do...

again trying to help, always figuring out ways to crack pick3 and pick4...It was just an opinion trying to help...I came up with the idea but i thought about it by looking at one of Lantern's blog...

i'll like your opinions on it and thanks a lot..Maybe is a good idea maybe not...

Another way to approach it is to get the predictions of a very good predictor and let's say is 5 combinations, then we get teams of 25 member each team pool playing different numbers and if correct 1 of them is bound to get it correct...you may not win but your next door member team maybe will win...

COMMENT BY PUMPI76:  another idea is this, suppose you spend $20 per month on pick4...then 25 members x $20 = $500......$500 playing 5 combination $100 each per combination will be $100 x $ 5,000= $500,000 divided by 25 members = $20,000 per member, still better than pick4 jackpot...but the question is can they predict pick4 "Straight" with 5 combinations....

if we had 20 teams of 25 members each; each team playing $20 dollars a month and each team playing 5 pick4 combinations "Straight" then that will be 100 combinations that predictors got to get pick4 "STRAIGHT", can you imagine if all 20 teams of 25 members each played 40 dollars a month? Each one playing 10 Pick4 combinations "Straight" then that will be 200 combinations that predictors got to get pick4 "Straight"...This will mean than 1 of those 20 teams of 25 members will win once a month if they get it correct 1 of those 20 teams of 25 members will get it correct and win 20,000...And suppose that all 20 teams alternate and they get it correct each month? Then each team will win $20,000....With some teams winning 20,000 dollars more than others...

let's take the example of Pick3...Suppose for pick3 you have 20 teams of 25 member each...Each team playing $ 40 a month and each team playing $250 "Straight" for Pick3 then they will have 80 combinations to play to get Pick3 "Straight"....Each combination played 250 times...This will mean that 1 team will win $5,000 each month...The others will not, but what if they alternate after 1 team wins it continues to play, then 1 team will win 5,000 a month...Again they got up to 80 combinations to get PIck3 "Straight"...that particular day....

it occurred to me this why not use 9 numbers [i am debating whether to use the 10 numbers but 9 will do it  for now...]

Now tell me, how easy it is to predict 3 numbers from 1 to 3 taken 4 at a time with 99% of the time at least 1 number repeating at least twice....

I don't know i notice that "0" played several times so you may want to do a

Now here is the trick, for this system you need to be able to deduce in 3 lines...Most of my deducing is in 2 lines, meaning that 1 number represents 2 numbers...I'll show you an example of deducing in 2 lines but i am not trying to throw you off...Again i am not trying to throw you off here this is just to show you what it is deducing in 2 lines...

suppose 1,6=1 and 2,7=2, and 3, 8 = 3 and 4,9=4 and 5,0=5 and lets say that you had the number 1-1-3-5 and you was sure it was going to play...You will then deduce the following way:

This deduction came out to 12 tickets...that is deducing in 2 lines because each number has a double twin....Now how would you deduce if each number had a 3 triple twin, i don't know i am still working on it...But something tells me it will not exceed 40 tickets or 50 tickets....

Going back to the 3's system, it doesn't matter if you get the numbers box or straight because once you deduce you will get it box is up to you to arrange them in the straight option....Now tell me isn't this closer to a 5,000 dollar straight option.....Let me try and attempt to see if i can deduce in 3 lines....

supposed i got 3's numbers of 1-3-3-3 and i want to deduce in 3 lines...

this deducing with 3 lines came out to 20 tickets...But you got something on your favor 3 numbers repeating 3 times is so rare to play in pick4 so you can filter it, i bet you filter the numbers that repeat 3 times and it leaves  you with 10 tickets...Same thing with the 3's numbers, you can filter them for Even/odd....if you want to add more filtering to the tickets after you deduce in 3 lines is up to you you can if you like...

The only problem is the 0 when it shows up....

guys correct me where i need correction and opinions welcomed....

the deducing that i did with 3 lines came out to 20 tickets because 3 of the digits repeated, but if only 2 digits repeat for example if you have: 1-2-3-2 i did it and it comes out to 29 tickets...[the spaces because i had some repetions]

you can always filter for even/odd, high low or digits that repeat or don't repeat...I think i if i added zero to the 3's it will have come out to 40 tickets...but even so i miss the digit 8.....

COMMENT BY PUMPI76: Some may say why when i deduce/wheel the numbers the 9 numbers they don't come out to be 126 or something around that since that's the number of tickets a 9 wheel for pick4 will run about...The answer is because i am not wheeling 1 with 4 and 7, i am not wheeling 2 with 5 and 8 i am also not wheeling 3 with 6 and 9...

you know you can apply this system to pick3...

i think they are 6 of them [and remember it doesn't matter if they are boxed] and once you get it all you have to do is arrange the number into straight...

The thing is that i don't know anything about wheeling....

maybe we could mix this horizontal wheeling only with deducing for Pick5 or use the ending digits...

or maybe we could apply horizontal wheeling to the ending digits and then deduce....

It looks like for a '123' combo you're using (1,4,7) with (2,5,8) with (3,6,9) and creating 27 straight combinations. I think I understand what you're doing, but I just never heard it called "horizontal wheeling" before.

Germany you know what you need? What kind of vision do mosquitoes have that alows them to see in the dark? .e.g, infrarred, etc....Supposedly the lower you go in the intelligence tier of animals the less color they can see...I just wonder which kind of vision mosquitoes have....Do they see infrared? I say they got to see infrared to be able to see at night...

question#3: They say that in Mars there is no oxygen...So if you was to send a human/man mission to mars, how will they take off from the Red Planet if you need oxygen for combustion...

question#4:  I was looking at the discovery channel or national geographic one of those 2...And they were talking about the evolution of the Earth, and how it came to be and they explain everything, something to do with the clock...Well believe it or not they said in that program that the water that exist in the planet, all of it, came to this planet by lots of meteor/asteroids containing water from different parts of the solar system and this meteors collided with the earth releasing water...Well i don't know because that's got to be a hell of a vast number of meteors to release the AMOUNT OF WATER THAT THERE IS IN THE OCEANS...So this can't be possible....yet that's what they said...

Here it is...since most of the time 1 or 2 digit repeat from the previous drawing on pick3 or pick4, why not create a 1 key number wheel for PIck3 or Pick4 using 1 of the 4 or 1 of the 3 digits from the previous drawing from Pick3 or Pick4 since most of the time 1 or 2 digits from the previous drawing repeat, or a 2 key number wheel for Pick3 or Pick4 but mostly pick4...

However more important than this is the WeeklyGrand game and scholarships from the weekly grand...Just imagine that lots of teens went to college thanks to the weeklygrand...That's more important than that...Just so you know...Can you imagine teens going to college getting a harvard degree in physics ingeneer or whatever and then becoming Einsteins?....Well that's more important, just so you know...Which one do you rather have all the money in the world or 4 Einsteins or make it better 2 Einsteins and 2 Isaac Newtons...Just so you know....How about a country where the price of things are low....

But more importantly, Tomas Alba Edison & Davinci, what will you give for both of them...The only problem was that Davinci lived in the wrong century...You know if you want to make humans expand in the universe, you would have to think in this dimensions, you will have to think like both of them [davinci and edison] but in a higher dimension...And also like Einstein & Isaac Newton...Just so you know...

you know why i want the lottery to change its games to better ones and more easier...Because suppose we have a Davinci-Scientist living among us...And suppose he/she needs money/funding for its research...Where else is he going to look if he can't find funding? I was also thinking of a system that works like a bank account, but where people money is slowly increasing or should i say the account of the person is slowly increasing money wise...I call this the Account Interest Stock Exchange...Maybe both can work together...

I was thinking that perhaps people can either play games on this kind of exchange and see their money grow little by little...But i'll like to warn you for this you will need a supercomputer...

Think about it this way, imagine a Pick2/6 and people bet on it and each time they get it correct it goes to their account increasing in money, instead of giving all to 1 person instantly...Little by little the money is accumulating...But i was thinking in something that will accumulate 5 dollars per day at the most one can accumulate 40 dollars per day...Something like a lottery but an easy easy, very easy lottery or game that people can play and they watch their money grow 5 dollars a day or 40 dollars a day...but a person can't touch it at the end of each month but instead at the end of each year or at the end of 5 years...

So USA you need this...I am not sure but this is better than online gambling...And now that i speak of it, now that online gambling looks like it might become a reality, you can add this to it and make this a reality also....I was thinking of a game where you have the option to change it if you see more winners than losers and twick it to the correct standard/measurement...I was thinking in something that will create 20 winners out of 240 losers...Each of those 240 losers spending 2 dollars per bet...It will be kind of like a bank account earning interest daily but except that this is a game...Plus you can only participate 1 time a day...That's the Account Interest Stock Exchange or Daily Interest Stock Exchange...And i was thinking of this exchange working 5 days a week...I was thinking more of a racing video game...

this is different than a lottery because on a lottery you win instantly...but in here you win rations, daily rations...

USA you need this...

These are tactics that women can use to take over the world...Well it doesn't guaranteed that women will take over the world 100%, it might be more like some 73% - 82%....It will surely give them a good holding in the world...What i am saying is that they will not take over the world entire but they will be close...Actually it could be more it could be like 88%...The only thing that will stop them from taking over the world entirely will be the part where they dont join the Army...NOt sure if is the army or the armed forces of the world...I think is army, the armies of the world...But again with an 82% you don't need to join no army.....with 82% you'll be fine the way you are...This are all tactics, theoreticals though, but still had it become a reality, you will like to see your neighboors face if this was a reality...

More often than not 4 numbers between 9 and 33 will be drawn with the 5th number being between 1 and 8 or 34 through 39.

Also nearly but not all other drawings 3 numbers will be drawn between 9 and 33 with the other 2 numbers being drawn 1 through 8 or 34 through 39 or both.

All other drawing numbers are spread through the group. All this can easily be tracked by making a chart and color coding the chart so you can see the information.

This info on pick 5 games can also be found in Gail Howard's books on pick 5 games.

She suggests playing 5 numbers between 9 and 33 in tracking these i have found they do occur but not as often as what i posted above. In fact it may only happen about 5 times a month or more give or take.

Wheeling these numbers 9-33 will require some filtering possibly using skips from the previous 3 games as the seed  numbers.

COMMENT BY PUMPI76: i wonder if that can be a constraint when deducing...And i wonder if the 1st number been from 1-8 and the 5th number been from 30-34 or from 34-39 can make up when ending digits deducing for the 3 numbers been from 9-34 or from 9-30...With of course the Even/odd ratio and the High ending digits/Low ending digits ratio as constraints...

If this is possible...MY gosh Game over and we found another system that can crack it....

it is that that they need to continue exploring and drilling...

COMMENT BY PUMPI76:  think about it as a key-number wheel the 2nd, 3rd and 4th digits are the key numbers and the 1st and 5th are the regular numbers....

And another constraint is TNTea's 2-1-1 types for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th digit...What a number ah? 234....

i am starting to see more and more, deeper...

And what about the fact that if you look at it as 1st number 1-8 or 1-10 and then 2nd, 3rd and 4th are from 10-30 then what about the fact of 5's if is the 3 numbers are from 10-30, then you have 4 types of 5's...from 11-15, from 16-20, from 21-25, from 26-30 and what about the fact that those 3 numbers sometimes play 2 numbers from 1 type of 5's and the other 1 from another type of 5's...And the fact of the even/odd types and high ending digits/low ending digits ratio, you look at it as a Pick3....And what about the fact that out of those 3 number, sometimes 1 number drops in 1 type of 5's and the 2nd on another type of 5's and the third on another type of 5's....

So the 3 numbers [2nd,3rd,4th] from 8-30 drop on different 5's...Plus there is usually 2 even/1 odd or 2odd/1 even...

then it will be 01-XXX-30, then 01-XXX-31, then 01-XXX-32, then 01-XXX-33, then 01-XXX-34, then 01-XXX-35, then 01-XXX-36, then 01-XXX-37, then 01-XXX-38, then 01-XXX-39..that comes out to 9 tickets [i calculated 10], then you start with 02 which will be 02-XXX-30, then 02-XXX-31 and so on until you get to 8 or 10...That in total will equaled 100...

About the XXX, think of it as ending digits from 10-30...Suppose you get the 3 ending digits number and they are 2-3-1 then all you have to calculate is:

12-13-21 or

12-23-31 or

22-23-31

but if you look at it 12-23-31 with 31 passes the number 30 so it can't be same thing with 22-23-31...so the only option is 12-13-21...And then you plug 12-13-21 into the XXX equation....

so if you look at it it comes out to 100 dollars/tickets and you get another chance to pick another 3 ending digits from 10-30 but it will cost you another 100 dollars....And for another chance after that to pick3 more ending digits from 10-30 it will cost you another 100 dollars...

if you look at it as 3 ending digits [the XXX], then you can also look at high numbers over low numbers 0-5 = low numbers and 6-0 equals high numbers...There is usually 2 high numbers and 1 low number or 2 low numbers and 1 high numbers [usually of pick3] so if you apply that rule to this one but ending digits and not regular numbers you might come up ahead...

not only that but if 1-5-XXX-35-39 if the 1st digit is from 1-5 been a low ending digit and the 5th number been 35-39, then 10-30 or XXX will have 2 low ending digits and 1 high ending digits...Sometimes you will have a 2 high ending digits and 1 low ending digits but it doesn't happen all the time...plus the 5's constraint...

Plus you can always add the even/odd ration where all 5 numbers will have 2 even numbers and 3 odd numbers or 2 odd numbers and 3 even numbers...

I also forgot to add the sum and the sum total patterns for the XXX ending digits...

and for the XXX you can always look at the entire history of the game and look at the ending digits combinations that have played throught the years and eliminate the ones that have played already and play only the ones that have not...

This is the closest thing to getting closer to Pick6 and the closest playable amounts so far for Pick6...This is different from the HML system...It just PROVES that with a SUPERCOMPUTER, you can crack pick6...

This is only a handful of draws, they are old drawings too...But that doesn't matter what matters is the tactic...I am using Win for Life in this case...You take the drawings and divide them in 2, like two Pick3's...

What does LH means? It means Higher or lower...Example: 412 it will be H-L-H meaning "high" [H] because 4 is higher than 1, then L for lower because 1 is lower than 4, then "H" higher because 2 is higher than 1...

Another example 143 is L-H-L meaning "Low" [L] because 1 is lower than 4, then Higher or "H" because 4 is higher than 1, then Lower because 3 is lower than 4...If you find an equal number just write "E" next to it for equal instead of H or L...

you then do the following you use the compressed numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5...

1 & 6 = 1

2 & 7 = 2

3 & 8 = 3

4 & 9 = 4

5 & 0 = 5

you then convert the ending digits to compressed numbers...Ending digits range from 1-10 or should i say from 0-9...But because you are converting them to compressed numbers they will range from 1 to 5...

Now all you have to do is try and find out which L or H comes for the first 3 ending digit and which L or H comes for the second 3 ending digits [or in this case compressed numbers]....actually guess which number comes, kind of like guessing constructing...

you have several patterns on your favor..first pattern is that there are most of the time there are either 2 HH and 1 L or 2LL and 1 H...All you have to guess is the Even/Odd ratio which are 1/2, 2/1 and 0/3 and 3/0...You can also note that previous exact numbers dont repeat [box wise they do but not exact]...Another big patter and this pattern is huge..That many times the e/o ratio of the top Pick3 combination doesn't repeat on the bottom combination e/o ratio, meaning that the first 3 digits e/o ratio does not repeat on the second 3 digits e/o ratio, if one is 1/2 the second one more than likely will not be 1/2 but a different one....Remember the top pick3 combination and the bottom pick3 combination make up 1 Pick6 combination...There are 7 drawings on the top example...Another big pattern is that if you combined them together as 1 Pick6 combination it will not have 5 even or 5 odd numbers compressed numbers and even worse it will not have 6 even or 6 odd compressed numbers....So this are constraints that you can use against guessing constructing each of the 2 Pick3's...

Not only that but because is compressed numbers many times the numbers will repeat box from previous combinations.... 

Once you get the first 3 compressed numbers right and the second 3 compressed numbers right you unite them and deduce...Though i don't know how many final combinations you will get but it should be a few...Like a handful if not 1 or 2...

example of guessing constructing: Suppose you got L-H-H for the next drawing and suppose the number is: 134 you are looking for and that you have for the Even/odd ratio you have 1/2..You begin

That's it you have only 5 combinations with that particular LHH...

And because this one is 1/2 and because the 1 ratio that play one 1 combination does not repeat on the next combination more than likely the other one will be 2/1 or 0/3...

And you can always look at the SUMS too....

something else you can do is the following: suppose you get: L-H-H for 1 Pick3 combination all you have to do is:

0-0-1                   and that is guess whether the next drawing is 0 or 1, whether is L or H....

Now suppose you get the combination: 1-4-5

and 3-1-3...YOu unite them and get: 1-4-5-3-1-3...And let's assume that the winning combination is 1-4-30-33-36-38....

you could continue but conbinations that start with 11 don't play that much...This comes out to like 45 combinations...Is the closest thing i can make to a playable combination...

NOTE: This is a lethal system but it goes straight for the 6/6, it doesn't go for the 5/6 which will have cause to come out to less combinations and make it even more lethal...5/6 + bonus ball in Win for Life pays the same for 1 year...Imagine if you had 30 5/6 + bonus ball?LOL....

Pick5 comes out to a playable amount, while Powerball does not no is not going to be 30 dollars for Powerball, another flaw thinking that many have...

Africa i don't know which countries have lottery but if you create a United African Lottery you need to tax that lottery 50% and then let the proceed go to Roads building...That's the mainly thing you need to work on...
