Note: The only problem with Nbey6 now is that Nbey tends to predict with a lot of combinations, she/he has slacked a little, i don't know if she/he had always done this, but this requires to play less combinations...Even though you have to note and admit that for the type of game that she did it which is pick4, which is much harder than pick3 she is did a great job..We have to note that pick4 after all has 10,000 combinations....Anyways i could not do what any of this guys/girls did....

I too was asleep at this fact, until i heard one of my uncle place his mother (my aunt) in a senior citizen Asylum, and she only is allowed visits on sundays...For Christ out loud, you are basically comparing a senior citizen Asylum with a prison, where they only get visits once a week...How cruel...And you know what makes me mad...That is this kind of people that you let win millions in the lotto...Is this people that you let win 40 and 60 million in the lotto...This is why i feel they should have cameras on every retailers in the country and that the lotto be RNG or Computer Generated and not ball generated and that they Lottery Games, at least the lotto6 & Powerball, be fixed/rigged...Ohh yes, i am in favor of that...

The least they can do (remember this is the least), the least they can do is build or create this 3 or 4 story buildings/apartments with elevators and create a community maybe a gated community and allow regular rental apartments so that other young people can move in, and have 1 or 2 cafeterias building where everybody at a certain time eats (kind of like Andrew College in Georgia) and that way you will mingle elderly with the youth, but you must make the apartments really cheap so that others young people may want to move there...AGAIN IS THE LEAST YOU CAN DO...

I am not an expert in math or algorithms, in fact i don't know anything about them...And over the years i've seen websites talk about neural network & Artificial Intelligence but i've heard them talk about these 2 saying that in those 2 areas are the keys to teaching computers how to win the lottery...

Well i don't think that's true...I think the solution is in "Data Minning"....i was reading about it and the tiny i understood led me to believe that data minning algorithms is going to be the best to teach a computer to sort out the lottery combinations and get the right ones...Now i don't know if data minning mainly involves ONLY retrieving and if that's the case then an organization or someone will have to take data minning and modified/mold it a little to the lottery/random field by adding probability & statistics components maybe combinatorics, among others...

Now California Super Lotto Plus has like 60 million combinations...If these data minning algorithms can search almost 5 times the amount of combinations CA Super Lotto Plus lotto have, and get meaningful information, then they can do it for the lotto, knowin/noting that Florida Lotto6/54 has 25 million combinations....

Also if you read the link i showed you above you will read about Apriori algorithm...I don't know what that algorithm is but something i was able to note, is that this algorithm and many other algorithms of data minning can notice "FREQUENT PATTERNS"....And i am thinking if they can detect frequent or frequency patterns, i am sure people can mold those algorithm into detecting "Frequency" in the Lotto numbers or among 2 number combination of the lotto....And if they add to that as a component, TnTea's EOEEOE combos types & combinatorics you will be making progress...

The problem with data minning is that it has been molded towards bussiness and computer application and not towards the lotto....I haven't heard no one on the internet saying they are using data minning for the lotto.....

And that's where the key in analyzing the lotto is, is in Data minning and not in Artificial Intelligence or in Neural Network...Artificial Intelligence is more like computer recognition and Neural Network is more of accomplishing hard tasks/problems that requires math....I could be wrong....Again i don't know anything about neural network or artificial intelligence nor about data mining...

I got this idea...I was looking at the discovery channel and i saw that they say that millions or if not hundreds of millions of trees are cut everday to make books...And you know i thought, why don't they make Digital books..First i'll like for you all to look at this page:

Well i thought why not create something like that thin digital screen but bigger the size of a computer screen where you insert a chip (which is the book) and you get to read the digital words of the book and then it can have a button to present the other digital page (basically to go to the other page)...I call this the digital book...YOu can carry this thin digital screen anywhere with you...This thin digital screen can carry a very thin battery...So that whenever you go to the bookstore all you see is books/ front page but inside they are empty, inside they will contain the chip, that you will buy and plug it in, your thin digital screen and begin to read the book....

But the problem is the chips, the chips i don't know how much they are going to cost if they are going to be affordable...But if i have to pay 10 dollars for a book and not the usual 6.99 for the paper back, then so be it, i'll be happy to do it, to save trees...Plus i believe this is the future of book reading...This is the future...

basically a "Blackberry"...But it will be better if they can fit/display on the screen, 1 paperback book page (the ones that cost 6.99)....This will be soo cool...

if we could get something like the blackberry but but that will be thinner and will have 2 or 3 buttons only...The "Next" page button, or the "Light" button to see, and the "Up-down page" button, and the "download/insert/extract button" we don't need all those buttons...And all you do is go to a bookstore and buy the chip which is the book and insert it...LOL...I don't think they have this yet in the world...They don't have a "Digital Book"....And you know something...You will be doing a favor to the environment, you will be saving a hundreds of millions if not billions of trees a year...

There is a Pick4 Pattern that i think can work and it could help people...Basically is taking the difference between each draw and its preceeding draw...The result between those difference you take it and along with the draws that are not the current (history draws), you go eliminating them from your full box wheel of 10 numbers of pick4, leaving you with the numbers that are more likely to come up for the following draw...But you must treat 0 as ten when taking the difference...Example suppose 3535 played today and 7039 played yesterday, you would do this:

= 4504

 would yield = 4504...You take 7039 and 4504 and those are 2 numbers that you can go filtering from a full box wheel of 10 numbers or whatever size full box wheel of your choice....Remember that a pick4 full box wheel has 210 numbers to play and it doesn't take into account when 2 numbers repeat...

So if you take the last 100 draws that played for pick4 and you take the difference between each of those 100 draws and the preceeding draw, you will have 200 combinations to eliminate from the 210 full box Pick4 wheel, leaving you with 10 numbers to play for the next day drawing....And something that i've learned don't know if it will work....When you take the difference you are taking the difference straight from the top draw to the bottom draw straight also...

But if you can take the difference of the 24 ways box or 12 ways box of the top combination/draw can play to the straight way the bottom draw and then you take the difference of the top straight draw against the 24 or 12 ways box the bottom draw has, you will have weed out a lot of draws leaving you with few draws from the next day drawing....This could also help you in getting closer to Powerball/MegaMillions if you view it as a pick4/0-9 + pick1/0-9 and you then beging to deduce if you read my previous blogs...

I would continue to elaborate but i am kind of busy...This past 2 weeks i've been busy....I am helping an old sunday school teacher, with a thesis, i've translated and written how the 1,000 most common words in English are pronounced in Spanish and i am passing them from handwritting to the computer so i can have it in my myspace page and been able to print them out to give copies to my friends here in Panama...They are actually 1,100 words...I am going by number 600th...Everyday from 2pm to 9pm i've been working with this person on his thesis...And i am kind of lucky because my aunt wanted me to help her with 2 research papers but she found her brother to help her...Is this 1,100 words that got me crazy...Whenever i finish them, i'll be stress free...And i got another theory for Powerball i want to post it here in my blog but been bussy...I check LP in my spare time...Whenever i am clear i'll post it....

How can you teach a supercomputer to read the minds of traders/investors....One good way to do this is to feed the supercomputer TV News data from every part of the world and let the supercomputer filter 1 specific keyword...

But this are not any TV news data, this are news data with synonyms and let the supercomputer translate every data news from different parts of the world into synonyms and if one synonims matches the list of synonims that the supercomputer has in its memory or core, then the supercomputer can know that is bad or good, that is a bad news or good news or ranges from the different emotions...But you see the news data coming from each country in the world has to be translated by a program into synonyms and summarized the synonyms...The news data must be comming in English but still it has to be stripped away from adjective or it can be summarized but you must tell the program to add 1 word and 1 word together and find out if is a good emotion or a bad emotion and then feed it to the supercomputer....You then teach the supercomputer the weight of emotions, wether certain emotions carry a more heavy weight than others and you can rank the emotions....This is just the first step...I know it an be done....Yes it can be done....Years ago i heard of a supercomputer that could read any passage from any book and tell which author it was....How it did it? Because different authors had different style of writing...So if that can be done, i know teaching a supercomputer the difference between emotions from a news data can be achieved...Not only that but you can let the supercomputer, once you thaught it to differentiate the different emotions based on what i read/analyzed from the program feeding it, you can let the supercomputer look at past history of stocks and compare them with the emotion of the day and the stock responses and analyze the reaction of traders/investors and anylize if the reaction was a reaction of fear, caution or of a green light...

I know it can be done...And this is an idea where scientist can elaborate and take it a step further...These are the first step....At first the supercomputer will not be sharp but after the first couple of years it will be on autopilot....

You teach the supercomputer to have this as a back up, as a constraint and to exercise it after it has analyzed what stocks are next for the following day, weeks or months wheather this analyzation is by some formula or previous stock history analyzation..And each day the supercomputer will be fed processed News from the program, from around the world or from America, all sorts of news, bussiness news, technology news, etc....

I can't remember where on yahoo i read it, but i read on yahoo that Oil companies made together 87 billion dollars...I am sure they can chip in and collect 3 billion and the 180 to 210 million dollars from earned interest can go into a free lotto working like an ATM working as an Emergency Fund...

I am sure they got like 20 BILLION (together) in the bank...Those 3 billion they are not going to lose it is only going to be on hold for 1 decade until the oil situation gets better...After those 10 years they will get their 3 billion dollars back...After all, the next year they are going to make 88 billions more and the following year they are going to make 85 (or whatever) billions more and then the following year after that they are going to make 30 billion (or whatever) again, and this is going to repeat over and over each year to who knows eternity....What will it cost them to take some lousy 3 billion out of the 600 BILLION they are going to make in a 10 year period and set it up as an Discretionary Emergency Fund Free Lotto ATM....

they state that we should have in mind that different states will be different...But what's so good that it gave me an idea, is that you can create your own unique chart to your particular state, if you are good in probability and statistics...I think i've seen a couple of them here at LP...

This can be super usuful when viewing Lotto6/44, LOtto6/55, Lotto6/42 as two united pick3's...YOu can view those particular lottos from your particular state and view the history and create your own chart with the tiers but again you will have to be knowleagable in probabiltiy/statistics...You then select one number from 1 tier and mix it up with a number of a another tier, after or before you had wheel the numbers from the faucet wheel....Remember that if tier A mixes up with tier B, then the following drawing tier A is going to mix up with a different tier or tier B is going to mix up with a different tier when uniting both pick3 to get the Pick6 combination....YOu can always look at the history of draws of course viewing pick6 as 2 united pick3...And specially if you look at the sum of each of the 2 united pick3 and compare them together....Now imagine if a supercomputer work on this...

If you read the story, a building is costing the California State Lottery, 60 million dollars to build...I don't know what class of building is that, are they building the Pentagon...And i thought...You know how certain companies give permission to other foreign employees to come and work in the U.S for lower wages?Yet they pay them i think is 6,000 dollars a year, so i heard on the radio, plus "gastos" pagos, or cost of staying/foods and other stuff paid...And i thought...If they are going to do that, why not hire CONSTRUCTION WORKERS ONLY, to come to the U.S.A and build condos...They are only building condos nothing else..That way 45 floor condos buildings cost 10-14 million dollars to build and NOT 60 MILLION DOLLARS...60 MILLION DOLLAR BUILDING IS OUTRAGEOUS...IS WORSE THAN THE PRICE OF OIL..Do you know the amount of condos buildings that will be erected...You have to understand, in major cities people don't fit anymore...So why not do it...So that with 60 million you can build 4, 45-floor condos buildings and not just 1...But i am not suggesting getting mexicans, i am suggesting getting workers from foreign countries so that after the term has pass they can go back to their respective countries...I mean don't they do this with agriculture/farms...Americans will build the houses and the people from different countries will build the condos buildings....

But i am in favor of constructing 8-10 story condos buildings...So why don't we clutter the cities and populate the cities with 8-10 stories condos buildings...Believe it or not but condos are the future of the world...

And think how much will it cost to demolish a building, to then later construct a new one where the old one was standing...Do you have all that in mind, before you jump to say that we should continue to have the 60 million dollars buildings....

And if you are so adamant about it, you can with 10 million construct a 45 story building and with the 50 millions left back (from those 60 millions) you can ornate or decorate the building (the inside of it), making it really state of the art and make each condo REALLY LUXURIOUS, AND NOT THAT STuff you call luxurious...Again, If you like...
