Statement:    If i was good at predicting, like how i see predictors do on the prediction page, it i was good at predicting, specially pick4, i would had won Florida Mega Money already, and a couple of times a year...And how much will it had cost me to bet on Florida Mega Money? Around 8 dollars....

How? By deducing...What do i mean by deducing? You have to read one of my previous blog called: "One way to win Lotto6/55, Lotto6/42, Lotto6/44, etc Constantly....Sketch...."

You read that blog and you will know what i mean by deducing....But the difference is that you view "Florida Mega MOney" as a permutation Pick4 game by its ending digits....Example if: 7-8-24-40 MB: 2...And you correctly predicted 7-8-4-10 (considering you treat 0 (zero), as ten), then all you had to do with the 7-8-4-10 is deduce...Example of deducing:

you could use the following round which starts with: 17+, but

combinations that start with 17+ are so rare, you can eliminate them...

This example came up to 7 dollars..you then take 7 dollars multiply it by the mega balls you choose...If you choose 3 mega balls it will be 7x 3 = 21 dollars...But knowing me, i am going to pick 10 or 11 mega balls, basically half the mega balls (like all the evens or all the odds)....But 70 dollars is kind of expensive so get me a pool of 4 people (since i am going to get it a couple of times in 1 year) and we end up paying 18 dollars....Now ask yourself how many times in 1 year can you get Pick4 straight?, Remember if you get it straight, you will get the 4 numbers of Florida Mega Ball correct, all you have to huddle/paddle now is the Mega Ball...

The thing is that i am not good at predicting the way you all folks are...

SPANISH SOAP POPERAS: You know is VERY SAD how women are so caught up in Spanish Soap Poreras...In the States not many women watch soap poperas, but in Panama, and it will not surpise me if in central America is the same case.....Is very sad, and this is what they teach them...Now ii'l like to know how many millions do Spanish Soap Poperas make....I feel they ought to get a couple of millions (please beliee me, i am saying this for the benefit of Soap Poperas), so they ought to get a couple of millions of dollars place it in the bank (it will not surprise me if soap poperas can collect like 3 millions) because if you think about it 98% of Soap Poperas viewers here in Panama and else where in Central America are women, so why don't they get a couple of millions of dollars place them in the bank and the earned interest which can be like, let's say is 3 million from 1 Soap Porera, then the 150,000 dollars from earned interest go to buying cars, 12,000 dollar brand new cars...NOw this is what they can do, and i just thought of this....What if you place 3 million in the bank for 20 years at 5% earned interest, then each year you are going to get 150,000 dollar until the 20 years are up....But what if you could work out a way and tell the bank that you want all the accumulated from the 20 years now in a lump sum and you don't want to have to wait 20 years to receive the last payment of 150,000 dollars....And what if the bank calculates all the 150,000 dollars that you will get in a lump sum now which should be 150,000 X 20 = 3 million dollars...And then after the 20 years are up then you receive your 3 million dollars that you originally placed in the bank...

YOu then take those 3 million dollars and buy brand new 12,000 or if you buy that much you will get them for 10,000 dollars, which 3 million divided by 12,000 is 250 cars...You then take that lump sum of money buy 250 cars and give them away like at the end of the soap popera, like in a sweepstake...I don't know you can ask questions too to the participants, questions about the Spanish soap popera....And believe it or not this is a form of publicity....And the good thing is that after those 20 years have passed you will get your 3 million dollars back...And remember those 3 million dollars or 250 brand new cars were only for 1 Spanish soap popera, now think of the countless soap poperas that are given each year...For each Spanish soap Popera there is 250 brand new cars...And you can keep this entertaining....Because i don't believe is fair for females to spend countless hours of the day watching spanish soap poperas (and they give it at the most important time of the day), while the cast of the Spanish Soap Poperas makes millions...And do you see the irony of the Spanish Soap Poperas...That in each of the Spanish soap Poperas they display a life of glamour, and cache, and yet they can't do this simple thing..They can't lend because basically that's what it is) they can't lend 3 million dollars for 20 years....Because after 20 years they will get their money back...And if they really wanted to waste 3 million dollars they could extend the time from 20 years to 40 years and this way they will be able to give away in an instant 500 brand new cars....Also something to note, if each car costed 10,000 dollars because of lots of quantity bought, then it will be 600 cars for 40 years and not 500...LOL...

And do you see the irony, that they try so hard (and they take it seriously and believe that's how it is in real life), yet they try so hard to display a life of glamour yet they are not willing to give away (and it not actually giving away, is lending) so they are not willing to lend 3 million dollars for 20 years...LOL...20 years, time that after those 20 years are up they will receive their 3 milion dollars back from the bank....Again you have to see the irony....

I am not talking about English Soap poperas because not many women watch English soap poperas..But the Spanish soap poperas is like an infection...And is not because spanish soap poperas are good, is because of the culture, that what they teach women they must watch...How sad...

By the way i am giving them an idea where they can elaborate and take it a step further...And you know it will give them so much publicity and help women...And it will be better than a lottery...

At 1 o'clock they give 1 Spanish Novela/soap popera (that's 1), at 2pm to 3pm they give another (that's 2), at 7pm to 8pm they give another (that's 3), at 8pm to 9pm they give another (that's 4)...Some channels continue giving them at 9pm and 10 pm....So that will be 4 novelas that last 3 months...And there is 12 months in the year, so that's 4 times 3 = 12 months...So total in 1 year is around 12 new novelas...And that's not counting the country because some countries give some spanish soap poperas not shown on other spanish countries....So multiply 3 million times 12 spanish soap poperas, it will equaled 36 million...Multiply 150,000 times 36 million will equaled 5,400,000 and if you divide that quantity by 12,000 dollar brand new car? equals 450 brand new cars, multiplied by 20 years equals 9,000 brand new cars, all to women given as sweepstakes and if they were to make it for 40 years it will be 18,000 brand new cars given each year...But do they care about women...LOL...

 And how about instead of a car, a 5-year college scholarship...Estan fallando abuebao...

This is the least they can do...

5 CENTS or 1 CENT FOR FILLING OUT SURVEYS OR VOICING YOUR OPINION: There ought to be a website that all Americans can log on to, and they pay you like 5 cents or 1 cent for voicing your opinion...I am not talking about real voting i am talking about giving your opinion kind of voting...It could be like what store do you find more interesting...I think that's the best option instead of calling people randomly 4 times a day like the do in the U.S, and asking them question...That's as bad as sending unsolicited emails to people's email...Right now you write an email and you send it to 100 people that you don't know, even though the message might be important, and you will see how they try to prevent you from do in it because is consider spam or sending unsolicited emails...Yet everday, millions of calls are made to Americans phone asking you retarded question...I say there should be a system placed on everybody's computer, and they should pay you 1 cent for each opinion you make or voting on a survey (basically for filling up a survey)...I don't say there should be DIFFERENT websites where you can fill up surveys...NOpe i say there should be ONE websites that all it does is ask survey questions...An website that belongs to an organization that has encyclopedias of surveys...Not only that but they should install a system on phones like a button where if someone calls you and you think is spam or unsolicited call, i don't care if is survey, you press that button and that button reports that number and blocks that number from calling you again or simply it reports it to the authorities, which is better...

This had me thinking....1 submarine to build cost like 2 billion dollars (i am assuming decomissioned cost less), to make and i am thinking, that's a lot of iron to waste knowing that submarines are becoming each decade more and more obsolete...

And i thought? Why not create something like a Tank (you know tank are bullet proof), but create or build a Modified tank, a tank that will allow several people to fit comfortably sitting or standing down but large vertically and with enough horse power to move...And let it move with the same mechanics that regular tanks move...And somehow allow in this modified huge tanks (the tank should be large to to allow several people to sit on each side confortably, kind of like the old ship that allow people to row, well the same scenario here but that it will allow soldier to sit down and it will have a small opening, the small orifice will be enough to fit the barrel of riffles or you can have a slit so that whenever they want to stick the riffle barrel out they can, but only that it can be open from the inside...

And everytime you see like in Irak an area where you are getting heavy artillery by insurgence, you just drive this modified tank in there and beging firing...Then can fire at that tank all they want they will never hit nobody or make the bullet get in...You can then place small orifices on top with LAYERS of bullet proof glass so that soldiers can see...Perhaps this is not the perfect description but i am giving you an idea where you can elaborate and take it a step further....This will reduce the amount of casualties...Build yourself 100 of those and go into the most dangerous areas and wage war...Or everytime war breaks out in an area surrounded by buildings in a callejon, just call those Tanks...

Tell me how is a bullet going to penetrate something, when this something has 20 layers of bulletproof glass...

The inventors that you got, should be thinking in ways to modify this tank and make it work...Is there any? And you can build heavy metal around the wheel or tracks or the tank to cover it from a bomb...But again are they smart? Because Submarines and most ships that get decomisioned are a bunh of fortified metal gone to waste....

Can someone tell the Army this...

How come they don’t do this? Computer cameras in each house: Computer Cameras to stop house break in: Do you notice they got something like Youtube.com that stores a lot of videos right? Well why not have several computer cameras in each of the house rooms and they all feed to the computer...All you have to do is leave the computer "ON" when you leave the house (by the way i am giving you an idea where you can elaborate and take it a step further), well all the camers (this computer cameras cost like 10 dollars lol), you then have all the computer cameras feed to the computer with a password/encryption and in turn the file or program records what the computer camera saw or continues to record it but feeds it to a building that in turn stores what the computer saw for that day...And each day passed it deletes the computer cameras storage (because 2 past week storage is no use), you are only trying to catch house thieves red handed, so even if they steal the computer it will still feed to a building....I thought about this for a long time but i totally forgot...And this i think is cheaper than buying a watching camera for your house which can cost you like 20,000 dollars....I don’t know where is the computer nerd who hasn’t invented this...And the building resembles youtube.com...And how can this building work? Well how much money does it go into preventing house break in across America? 5 billion? Well you can take 1 billion or 500 million and create this building or youtube.com building....Remember they are only storing for the moments you "LEAVE YOUR HOUSE" not the rest of the time when you are at home....But again where is the computer nerd/programmer/? I know is not a great idea, but there are more retarded ideas out there i heard, like using your skateboard and the wind to propel you...

Or the cameras can be put outside the house to watch your perimeter....

After all what's better, having ONLY 1 camera worth 20,000 dollars in your house, or having 30 computer cameras all around your house each costing 20 bucks (comes down to 600 dollars) on different hidden locations all hooked up to one central nervous system computer that's feeds to a building and that building stores the imagines for the night...And if you buy the cameras that cost 10 dollars instead that will be 60 (SIXTY) cameras around and in your house...Some people call the computer cameras webcams or webcameras...

And have you notice that the 15,000 dollas and 20,000 dollar cameras that bussiness got they usually show up blurry when they come out in the News...

Is an idea that you can take it a step further and elaborate...

I say California and Florida need a lotto5/34 (cash5) like the way Virginia has it with the option of 25 cents....So is Washington State (not D.C) and Oregon...

and i have to say, if such a website was for real, and assuming what they say is also true, they will ruin the state lottery...The lottery will go bankcrupt...Specially with that 21 dollar annual fee to join....It will be like a Lotto TV channel...

All they have to do is get like 300,000 combinations that are winners (for lotto6/55) or 600,000 for Powerball and reject any lotto that's outside those limits, and they will break the lottery...

I think such website should be kept in check, because if let lose it could break the State lottery...

Is good intentions....What they should do...AGAIN assuming it is true everything they say, is reserve that option for Powerball, MegaMillions and California Superlotto plus...If they were smart they will know all this things...

Yeah it might be a great thing, but you are going to kill us all..That option should be reserve for any lotto that has more than 25 million combinations...

And if Florida Lotto6/55 decides to charge 3 dollars per each ticket to everybody (right now is an option), but if they decide to charge everybody 3 dollars per ticket, then that option should be employ, because if you notice Florida Lotto6/55 has 25 million combination but if you start charging 3 dollars per each tiket, then it really ends up been 3 times 25 million combinations or 75 million odds...But again if they were smart they will know all this things...

And that's what they should do specially more with Powerball & Mega millions because of the fact that even though there is 150 million combinations in Powerball, the states has the posibility of raking more than 150 million combinatinos if the combinations are selected ramdomly by quick picks...

And if you notice California SuperLotto Plus is actually a: Lotto6/54 + a Lotto6/49...when it comes to odds...

This may not be related, but i feel California was very good with California Superlotto plus, they should have never added Megamillions/Powerball...One game is killing the other...

Also if they were smart they will know that they should offer this option in California SuperLotto Plus, Mega Millions and Powerball because of the simple fact that when you have a game that is a Pick something + pick1 out of something, they have more 4/5 + 0, and 5/5 + 0....Leaving chances for other

second prize winners....This is why they should offer that option in those games...

I am going to critize Foxnews & CNN the only two channels that give news all day...I don't watch TV anymore, why? because i am tire of the same scenario over and over on movies...Every movie is another previous movies with the same theme in disguised...So i don't watch TV, what do i watch? i watch News...But news is starting to get worse...

In the day the news is O.K i didn't say it was good, i said it was O.K...But at night? I can't watch news because is the same thing over and over and is not even news is opinion....You know news is like books in the libraries, there are so many of them that they are overwhelming; you could never cover all the news, maybe news in the U.S but not the news that occurs every day in the world...But there is a great monopoly in the news...Foxnews And CNN...There is no variety...At night both Agencies do not report news, they report opinions and they repeat it over and over...So is not enought that i pay my tax sort of speak of 65 dollars for cable, but i have to put up with such a thing...

Foxnews out of the 24 hours a day has they dedicate 23 hours and 55 minutes to news that happen in the U.S and 1 minute to news around the world...There is a section titled "News around the world in 80 seconds" i think...Do they call themselves newscasters...And when the elections comes a big chunk of of it goes to cover it...Why don't they have one national election day where everybody goes to vote (somebody said that in the news)....I am sick and tire of listening to election....i don't vote for a reason...

CNN gives news but when it comes to international news they think Irak and Pakistan is the world..And at night, they don't give news they give shows, Larry kind is one of them...When there are so many stuff that happens all around the world and in the U.S that they don't cover...And at night after certain overs they are not live...

CNN international it gives me the impression that they give news based on Race...What do they do? They give news from 1 country in Africa and they think they've have covered the continent...They give one news of Europ and they think they have covered the continent, same thing with asia, Latin America, they don't even cover Canada or Russia..So they give one news from Africa one From Europe, one from South America, one from Asia and they think they have covered the news, and they repeat the same thing all night even though is live...When clearly there are like 30 countries in AFRICA, (i don't know the exact number), 30 countries in EUROPE, 30 countries in Asia, 22 countries in LATIN AMERICA..

In Foxnews, they talk about lef-right so much and nobody cares about it...Such comments are very divisive they divide people in the population, like the U.S wasn't fragmented already...

They need to bring a different channel that talks about and allow competitions in the news..They need to bring a channel that talks about news all day and all night...AND REPORTS NEWS AND NOT OPINIONS/SHOWS...Fox news looks like Oprah instead of news....

And i know that there are millions of Americans who want to watch news, they don't care about someone elses opinion...And theare are millions of Americans who are basically paying their taxes when they pay for cable, which is 40 or 60 dollars a month...

Not only that but if i want to stop watching TV and read books i can't do it because books the majority of them are peppered with big words....

This people talk about Jeremiah Wrights all day every day, i don't care about jeremiah writghts nor will i care...Y al fin y al cabo, 2 years from now they will not be talking about him...But do they report news? Nope...Do they report how many murders are committed in the U.S NOPE only certain murders...

When there is so much news that go unreported/uncovered....

SYSTEM 2: Another system that might work but is a way of reasoning...If you can apply it to pick3, or pick4 or even Pick5 (not pick6 it may be too much), though i think pick5 maybe a stretch...Unfortunately you live in the States and you may not get the chance to see it because it comes on National Geography Channel but in Spanish....Is a commercial...I'll say what i can remember from it in Spanish and then i'll say the translation in English...

It goes something like si esto pasa, dos cosas pueden pasar y si esa dos cosas reaccionan dos cosas pueden pasar....Y se la pasa diciendo eso de que "Dos cosas pueden pasar" como consequencia....

English: the commercial is talking about two things that i can't remember what they were about, but they say in the commercial of the National Geography channel,  if this two things happen, two things can happen and if those two things happen and react together, two things can happen and so it goes continuing to repeat that: "Two things can happen as a consequence"...

Anyways is that kind of thinking reasoning that if you can apply it to the possible collisions that lottery ball go through and begin to deduct the result, if you can do that an theorize the possible results, if will not surprise me if you could know what's going to play in the lottery...But this works best for Pick3 and Pick4...It might not work for pick5 because there is too much numbers/combinations...And it definately will not work for Pick6...But if you can have some constraints (constraints like patterns)(constraints/patterns like E/O, EOEO combos, Sums, High/low) and then use this kind of reasoning having in mind the constraints you could make it work for Pick5 and definately pick4 and Pick3...But it will not work for Pick6 definately nor Powerball...Even though the idea is tempting..Maybe not Powerball but Lotto6/42 or Lotto6/49...But i believe if you use this kind of reasoning (which i believe they have their root in the fields of Mathematics), you might be able to get pick4: "STRAIGHT" every day...You do that and you take into account the previous drawings from history and know that they will not repeat or take them months to repeat, then you will be doing superb...

You could use the reasoning for lotto balls and say: If two balls A & B collide two things can happen..You can say if A collides with B and B collides with ball C; "two things can happen" and so you go...

Is that kind of logic/reasoning that i think will help scientist understand and get at the bottom of random phenomena...

SOMETHING TO CONSIDER: TIMING: Something that we must consider is that even though we see lots of patterns, there is something that shifts the course of those patterns and that is the "TIME/TIMMING" of the lotto machine...Not just be seconds but by mili-seconds..If the machine last 0.32 mili-seconds today and tomorrow last 0.32 mili-seconds then we might see a pattern...But if the machine last 0.32 mili-second today and tomorrow it last 0.56 mili-seconds then in a way it shifts the pattern...How much shifting does it do, i believe the shifting is small but how small to cause a real change in drawings i don't know...

THE INTERNET, WHAT'S BETTER: I THINK: i remember reading an article that the internet was millions and millions of computers connected together and that when you send an email it goes to every computer until it reaches its destination....Well that system is old...And not only that but is running out of space...And it gives me the impression for about 5 years now that everytime you send an email it got to go through streets wires and bundles of wires beneath the ocean..suppose the ligh goes off or the telephone system is down on a certain area, will they get the emails?...It also gives me the impression that when you send emails they reach to like an "airport" where in turn it sends by airplane carries (not actual airplanes but electronic carries)..Again i hope i am wrong and not right...This is what i say: "Keep the internet for bussiness" but for emails, create like a "Gigant Supercomputer" the biggest, baddest, meanest supercomputer or unite many supercomputers together that way when people log in to use their email, they are logging in to this supercomputer (or if is not a supercomputer it can be satellite)....So that the entire world the cables connect to this entire supercomputer, but again only for emails, not for the internet and bussiness, etc...That's what you should do...This way, people will be able to correspond better and if you have to send something across the atlantic, that it gets there...You can harness the power of connecting people or of the emails...What i am saying is you can make emails more efficient and let it be a separate entity from the internet...Or what you can do is make this supercomputer connected to the internet, that way when people want to use their emails they just go to a certain section of the internet and use their emails...And that's better....That way you will be able to track emails BETTER, because they went from one section of the supercomputer to another section of the same supercomputer, and when the emails are deleted the supercomputer or groups of supercomputers gets rids of the email trash...What i am saying is there are better ways to make the internet or world wide web more efficient and better...And not only that but you let the connected supercomputers sign their name which in turn is going to be check against the database population and you let one company handle the emails accounts this way there will not be no bureaucracy and it will be more efficient...You know what i was thinking? That because the internet when you send an email it goes to every computer until it reaches its destination (well actually not everycomputer but through computer routes), well suppose a master hackers builds a device (again a master superhacker, someone with wealth, not talking about your crapy people you call hackers) or goes through the phone lines and taps your internet connection through the phone lines maybe based on your ISP/IP adresss/number (have you seen that movie with Michael Douglas where he is working for the secret service (Sentinel the movie) How about the movie "Along Came a Spider, have you seen that movie? have you seen the part when he listens to the woman call someone, i known and suspected this for years before they ever made that movie) and reroutes every email you send to a desired destination, like a "intranet/ethernet/grid"with "exclusas/gates" allowing what he wants to go to his destination, just by the switch of a button? (this is more imminent than a hacker knowing your email passwords or your bank account information, i am not saying it can't happen just saying is more imminent)....Now supposes that happens? So is the internet efficient, and this can happened to anyone....Again this is what you should do...Again the company that handles this will confirm the information you put in to sign for an email account and then they send you a confirmation respond or they call you by phone...And if your information someone already has your account, you don't get an email account, you can call the company to check/clear with this incident....This is better than the current internet...I think this will reduce spam...Not only that but you will be able to better track email (i didn't say read them) than the current system...You know spam is a nuisance and IT IMPEDES INTERNET PROGRESS....

How come they don’t do this? Computer cameras in each house: Computer Cameras to stop house break in: Do you notice they got something like Youtube.com that stores a lot of videos right? Well why not have several computer cameras in each of the house rooms and they all feed to the computer...All you have to do is leave the computer "ON" when you leave the house (by the way i am giving you an idea where you can elaborate and take it a step further), well all the camers (this computer cameras cost like 10 dollars lol), you then have all the computer cameras feed to the computer with a password/encryption and in turn the file or program records what the computer camera saw or continues to record it but feeds it to a building that in turn stores what the computer saw for that day...And each day passed it deletes the computer cameras storage (because 2 past week storage is no use), you are only trying to catch house thieves red handed, so even if they steal the computer it will still feed to a building....I thought about this for a long time but i totally forgot...And this i think is cheaper than buying a watching camera for your house which can cost you like 20,000 dollars....I don’t know where is the computer nerd who hasn’t invented this...And the building resembles youtube.com...And how can this building work?
