Xbox & Computer Lotteries...Xbox for Everyone..

Xbox & Computer Lotteries...Xbox/Playstation for Everyone..

This is a comment i made on a previous blog titled: Female Pamplona Bull run, with cows....I am quoting this comment to talk about an idea i had (i girl from here in myspace gave me the idea, but i've thought about the idea years ago just didn't apply it presently)...You first have to read this comment to understand what i am going to talk about...Actually let me give you a summary...I thought Females should have a lottery similar to the one in Virginia that has up to 2 million dollars in aggreggate amount for the 1st prize winner but instead of giving cash they should give out (the jackpot of the lottery should be) 10,000 dollars in the form of a 4 year college scholarship paid in a decent university...I quoted the comment and put it in italics...

"Quoted COMMENT 2 Another Option: It doesn't necessarily has to be a Brand New House, even thought i personally think that a house will have been excellent...On the other hand you could make the main jackpot give a 4 year college scholarship paid in a decent university...Both ideas are wonderful ideas...Or you can have 2 Cash5/Pick5 lotteries, one that gives out a BRAND NEW HOUSE, and another one that gives out a 4 year college scholarship paid, each lottery (pick5/Cash5) costing 25 cents, And if you like you could have a third lottery (remember each of this lotteries/cash5/pick5 are for WOMEN ONLY, it is not counting men been part of the equation) (by the way you have to give thanks to the people of Yahoo.com, they gave me the idea) and like how i was saying, you could have a third lottery only for woman that is for woman that are involved in illicit bussiness, example are woman hackers that want to strick it big, except that the jackpot for that particular lottery is going to be 100 dollars and yes it will cost 25 cents and it will follow the same scenario that the other lotteries followed...And can it be possible? Yes it can be possible...But going back to the 4 years scholarships paid...I don't know about you but i went for 2 years to my town university and they charge around 2,000 dollars a year, and this is the U.S, i am sure a decent universities in Argentina, Indonesia, Vietnam, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, the Phillipines, Mexico CAN NOT cost more than 2,000 a year and i am sure they are not better than Columbus State University, the university i went...But will like to stress i am sure there are universities in these countries that are more expensive than that, all i am saying is a decent university...A decent university here in Panama cost less than 2,000 dollars a year (not including room & board)..(And will like to stress again, this lottery/Pick5/Cash5 is ONLY FOR WOMEN ALL KINDS OF WOMEN it is not considering MEN)...I am sure there would be women in these countries who would want to go to a more expensive/prestigious universities, and that's fine but i am not concern with that right now i am concern with getting every woman in every country a college degree or opportunity to get a college degree...Like how i was saying the Pick5/Cash5 of the state of Virginia has been working fine, and the most amazing thing about all of it is that I bet less than 15% of the 7 million population of the State of Virginia PLAY THE LOTTERY and it cost 25 cents (they got other price options too) and they can give themselve the luxury of having an aggregate amount of total winner not exceed 2 million dollars PER DRAW and it plays TWICE A DAY (meaning there are 2 draws in 1 day), everyday...If you want to read about aggregate amount read this link (where it says "How to win"): http://www.valottery.com/cash5/howtoplay.asp

So if the state of Virginia of the USA has 7 million people, IMAGINE a country with 40 MILLION PEOPLE like Argentina, or how about a country like the PHILLIPINES with 93 MILLION PEOPLE...Or how about a country with 25 million people where the people that play exceed 15% of 7 million people i mentioned earlier...JUST IMAGINE...All for 25 cents...AGAIN, JUST IMAGINE...If you calculate 2,000 a year multiplied by the average time it takes to graduate which is 4 years, it should take a person 10,000 dollars...And if for some reason a person can't finishes in 4 years i am sure, he/she can pay the 5th year...Now let us do some math...The state of Virginia, USA has an aggreggate amount of 2 million dollars per draw and it plays twice a day and its population is 7million people and i bet less than 15% of those 7million people play the lottery and it cost 25 cents...A country with 40 MILLION PEOPLE SHOULD have an aggreggate amount BIGGER than the state of Virginia, i say something like 40 divided by 7 equals 5 and 5 times 2 million dollars of aggreggate amount equals 10 million dollars of aggreggate amount PER DRAW and if more than 15% of those 7 million people play the lottery, it should be more...But to be on the safe side we are going to say 6 million people...With 40 million people you can give yourself the luxury of having that Pick5/CAsh5/lottery played 3 times a day, each draw with an aggreggate amount of 6 million dollars...Again this is not counting the factor that if more than 15% of only 7 million people play the lottery you will have more money as an aggreggate amount and is played more times a day too...If you divide 6 million dollars between 10,000 dollars for the 4 year college scholarship paid, that's 600 maximum amount of winners there can be for that 1 draw and remember there is 3 draws a day, so in 1 day there can be or there should be 1,800 winners of the 4 year college scholarships...In 30 days there will be 54,000 winners, or theoretically speaking that should be the maximum amount of winners each receiving a 4 year college scholarship paid..In 1 year there will be 648,000 winners...This number is only females...Now round up all the college students of a country with 40 million people and tell me if it will exceed that number of 648,000?And theoretically speaking this should be for FEMALES ONLY THAT CAN NOT AFFORD IT...Also, if 30% of that only 7 million people play the lottery, that number 648,000 should double...All this is theoretically speaking...All of this for the price of ONE SINGLE QUARTER (25 cents)...And even if the 648,000 doesnt' cover everyone it is still a big number and what if i had projected the 10 million dollars aggreggate per draw, that number 648,000 will have almost double and if 30% of those only those 7 million people play the lottery that number 1,296,000 (the double) would have doubled to 2,592,000, those would have been the number of student with a 4 year college scholarship paid per year...I know you are going to say well what percentage of the population are women, what percentage are not kids, what percentage are adults in those 40 million people...My answer is the same question i ask about the state of Virginia...What percentage are adults, what percentage are women, what percentage are kids, etc...Right now the State of Virginia is fluorishing...But in reality ask yourself the question...What percentage of the Population play the lottery on a consistent basis...They can do this in countries besides the ones i mentioned above: they could do this in India, Bangladesh, Mexico, Egypt, Turkey, Thailand, DR Congo, Myammar, South Africa, Nigeria (despite that i didn't want to mentioned no African country), South Korea, Ukraine, Spain, Tanzania, Sudan (if they can afford it), Poland, Kenya, Peru, Algeria, etc, etc, etc....Didn't mentioned Pakistan because i don't know what's going on over there...And if you are going to make it give out as a jackpot 10,000 dollars as College Scholarships Paid you should make a pick5 from 1 to 22...This kind of lottery has: 26,334 total combinations...Or a Pick4 from 1 to 20 + Pick1 from 1 to 5...This hybrid lottery has 24,225 total combinations...Again, JUST FOR FEMALES/WOMEN...And you are going to tell me that some retarded cows chasing some chicks that only happens for 1 week of the year is better than this? And what i am talking about happens 3 or 4 times a day? I thought so..."

Comment 3, Xbox/Playstation/Computer option: Another thing you could do is create a long with a lottery that gives out a house and one that gives out 4 year college scholarship paid, is to create a pick5 for 25 cents whose jackpot is a playstation or Xbox or a decent computer (actually there is a problem with the computer bussiness but i shall later explain that in another blog)...Like how i was saying, why not create a 3rd or 4th lottery that gives out Playstation/Xbox/Computers...We are going to take the Xbox as a model...An Xbox cost 400 dollars...Suppose instead of giving those 10,000 dollars you was to give out 25 Xbox (10,000 dollars divided by 400 dollars is 25)...Because the Virginia Pick5 lottery can have an aggreggate amount of 2 million dollars for the 1st prize winner and it cost 25 cents for 1 ticket and the population of the state of Virginia is 7 million and i bet that less than 15% of the entire population of that state play the lottery in a consistent basis, this means that a lottery that cost 25 cents like how i was saying, and whose jackpot is a brand new Xbox in a country like Argentina with 40 million people, such a lottery would have more money as aggreggate amount (more than 2 million dollars) and can cost 25 cents, and it will be so because it is played by EVERYONE, different than the comment i mentioned earlier because that one was just for females only...In a country with 40 million people a lottery just like the Virginia Pick5/Cash5 can fluorish and give itself the luxury to be played 3 or 4 times a day, and each draw having an aggreggate amount exceeding 2 million dollars...Remember, in the state of Virginia the Cash5/Pick5 has an aggreggate amount of 2 million dollars PER DRAW, and it has 2 draws a day and the state of Virginia, U.S.A has only 7 million people and i beg less than 15% of those 7 million people play the lottery at a consistent basis...Like how i was saying...A country with 40 million people where people play that pick5/Cash5 for 25 cents, they can give themselves the luxury of making EACH draw have an aggreggate amount exceeding the 2 million dollars of the state of Virginia....Let's make some math...A country with 40 MILLION PEOPLE SHOULD have an aggreggate amount BIGGER than the state of Virginia, i say something like 40 divided by 7 equals 5 and 5 times 2 million dollars of aggreggate amount equals 10 million dollars of aggreggate amount PER DRAW and if more than 15% of those 7 million people play the lottery, it should be more....But to be on the safe side we are going to say 6 million people...With 40 million people you can give yourself the luxury of having that Pick5/CAsh5/lottery played 3 times a day, each draw with an aggreggate amount of 6 million dollars...Again this is not counting the factor that if more than 15% of only 7 million people play the lottery you will have more money as an aggreggate amount and is played more times a day too....If you divide 6 million dollars between 400 dollars of the prize of the Xbox that is going to be 15,000 maximum amount of Xbox winners there can be for that 1 draw and remember there can be 3 or 4 draws a day but we are going to use 3 draws a day to be on the safe side, so in 1 day there can be or there should be 45,000 Xbox winners...In 30 days there will be 1,350,000 winners, or theoretically speaking that should be the maximum amount of Xbox winners there can be..In 1 year there will be 16,200,000 winners...So in a country with 40 million people, 16,200,000 will win or theoretically speaking would have Xbox's/Xboxes....And the creepy thing is that those 16,200,000 is going to be in 1 year, the FOLLOWING YEAR, there will be another 16,200,000 winners of Xbox's/Xboxes...LOL...Just for the single cost of 25 cents/One quarter? And remember this is not taking into account the factor that i believe less than 15% of the 7 million (not 40 million) people of the state of Virginia play the lottery....If more than 15% of those 7 million people play the lottery in a consistent basis, then those digits/numbers (16,200,000) will increase...For example if 30% of those 7 million people play the lottery in a consistent basis in the state of Virginia then that digit/number (16,200,000) WILL DOUBLE...In 2 YEARS close to 70% of the population of 40 million people theoretically speaking should/would have an Xbox...JUST FOR THE PRICE OF 25 CENTS/ONE QUARTER...LOL...Is not just Xboxes you can do this with but anything that doesn't cost more than 1,000 dollar, you could/can do this with TV's, Computer, which a decent computer should cost you less than 750 dollars, DVD players, etc, etc, etc, etc....Can you imagine in 3 years the ENTIRE POPULATION OF Argentina having a FLAT SCREEN TV, OR A DVD player...Is creepy i know...But that number (16,200,000) should doubled because what i said earlier about Pamplona female Bull run with cows was for females only, it wasn't including the male population, only the female population...So that number 16,200,000 should be 32,400,000 people in 1 YEAR if you take into account "Males & Females"...So it will be 32,400,000 people with Xboxes....So if we maximizes the variables, thoretically speaking in 1 year 48,600,000 people will have an Xbox and if you give out computers instead of Xboxes, that number 48,600,000 will be halfed, so it will be 24,300,000 people in the FIRST YEAR WITH A COMPUTER...And in two years there will be 48,600,000 people that will have won a COMPUTER....And if you was giving out a 20,000 dollar green/electric cars there will be 1,215,000 green/electric cars giving out in 1 year (24,300,000 divided by 20, remember is not 1,000 dollar computer but 20 times that or 20,000 dollar new cars)...At that rate, in 5 years there will be 6,075,000 brand new electric/green cars given out as jackpots...Remember that's in a country with population of 40 million...Ask yourself the question, in a country with population of 40 million like Colombia, HOW MANY DRIVING CARS THEY ARE...Again this is taking into account that 30% of 7 million people of those 40 million people play the lottery...If 45% of 7 million people of 40 million people play the lottery then in 5 years there will be 12,150,000 brand new electric/green cars given out as jackpots...So in a country with the population of 40 million people in 5 years 12,150,000 cars will be green/electric cars...NOW THAT'S A GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT...All for the price of 25 cents..It will be better if the electric/green cars can cost 10,000 dollars, so they can give out 10,000 dollar green/electric cars as jackpots...And this way there will be 12 million people with BRAND NEW GREEN CARS OR ELECTRIC CARS in 5 YEAR...And i think this is a better option...Is better to sacrifice quantity for quality in this case...Is better to have 12 million Hybrid or Electric cars than to have 24 million atmospheric toxic cars...And even if it was 12 million cars, ask yourself the question...In a country with population of 40 million like Colombia, how many driving cars they are? I bet is not more than 12 million...It is still a GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT...All for the price of 25 CENTS...LOL...The only problem with this is the gas stations, the governments of the world need to implement electric & green gas stations...I hope they make an electric/green car out of the Kia Rio because i like that car....That's not all, if 30% of the doulble of the population of 7 million, in this case 14 million people is the same thing as 45% of 7 million...So if 30 percent of 14 million out of the 40 million people play the lottery in a consistent basis then that amount 12,150,000 will double to 24,300,000 brand new green/electric cars..LOL...So in a country with the population of 40 million like Colombia, in 5 years there will be 24 million ELECTRIC/GREEN CARS....When i say green cars i don't mean hybrid cars...And if 30% of 21 million people of that 40 million people play the lottery, then that digit (24,300,000) will increase the 36 million people (to be on the safe side), so in 5 years, 90% (THAT'S 90 PERCENT) of the population of A country with 40 million people like Colombia & Argentina will have/posses (or have theoretically the potential to possess) a BRAND NEW ELECTRIC/GREEN CAR...LOL...ALL FOR 25 CENTS, ONE QUARTER OF A DOLLAR...

Such a lottery for an Xbox will have to be/should be a pick4 from 1 to 18 (not regular Pick4/Cash4)...For the decent computer that would run you about 750-800 dollars as a jackpot i say it will/should be a pick4 from 1 to 20 (not regular Pick4/Cash4)...A Pick4 from 1 to 20 (Pick4/20 with 4,845 total combinations) is easier than a regular permutation pick4 that's from 0-7, 0-7, 0-7, 0-7 which has almost the same amount of combinations (4,096 total combinations)...To check how many total combinations a particular game has visit: http://www.**don't post links**.com/lottery_odds_calculator.php....

All this for the price of 25 cents/One quarter...It stills continue to be creepy..And then you are going to tell me that a female pamplona bull run with cows is better thant this? i thought so..Another thing you must do before setting up the games/Pick4 is that you must learn how many lines/combinations does a wheel produce...You must check with wheels first before you set up the prize tier payout...Also like how i've been saying for years, you must "experiment" and make "SIMULATIONS" with the game/pick4/pick5 to see it it will "WITHSTAND/PERSEVERE" and to see it it will "Withstand" attacks/combinationsTorpedos...(this is where a 1 million dollar supercomputer that can do 20 Billion calculations per second comes in handy...For 1 million dollars you should get more than 20 Billion calculations per second but i am just to being on the safe side...Theoretically speaking you should get like 600 Billion calculations per second for 1 million dollars)....And all this tiime i've been talking about government lotteries not private lotteries...And i know you may say, "Oh well that aggreggate amount of 2 million dollars for the state of Virginia entails/implies a mixture of 1 dollars, 50 cents & 25 cents"...And my answer to you is "I know" and you can always set the price of each lottery ticket to 1 dollar, it doesn't limit to 25 cents, you can raise it to 50 cents or 1 dollar...If you raise the ticket of this lottery from 25 cents to 50 cents if you was to take the same conditions/variables as the state of Virginia with its 7 million people you should get the same amount of aggreggate money of 2 million dollars (more people will buy it because is cheaper than 1 dollar)...If you raise the ticket of this lottery from 25 cents to 1 dollar and if you was to take the same conditions/variables as the state of Virginia with its 7 million people you should get MORE amount of aggreggate money of 2 million dollars...(and this is only taking into account 7 million people)...It also means that if you was to keep the price of each ticket at 1 dollar a country with less population than the State of Virginia could raise the same amount of aggreggate money (2 million dollars) as the State of Virginia's Cash5/Pick5 and this is not taking into account what percent of the Population of that country plays the lottery or more specific the Pick5/Cash5...And even it the ticket of 25 cents gets raise to 50 cents or 1 dollar, the answer to that is: You can get yourself an Xbox, or a Computer, or a House, or a 4 year college scholarship paid for, for 1 dollar or 50 cents or 25 cents...I go with 25 cents because is better, more cool and funny/ironic, because for the price of an insignificant 25 cents you can get yourself an Xbox or computer...

NOTE: All this time i always mention the State of Virginia, but what i actually mean is the State of Virginia's Cash5/Pick5....

And something that makes the game even better...You probably didn't know this..But you could also make the lottery be letters only or a mixture of letters and numbers..And if you have letters only you should know that it doesnt' carry the same weight as a lottery with the same amount of range and numbers only..For example if you have a pick4/18 numbers only is not the same as having a pick4/18 with letters only or for that matter letters with numbers mixed...A lottery with letters only is harder to win than a lottery with numbers only..And a lottery with letters mixed with numbers is harder than a lottery with numbers only...So a pick4/18 with numbers carry the same weight as a pick4/13 with letters mixed with numbers despite that a pick4/18 has 3,060 total combinations and a pick4/13 has 715 total combinations....

And you could take it a step further...You could have a  permutation pick3 game but where the game pays you for matching 1 &/Or 2 numbers....Or you could lower the range of the game and make it be instead of from it been from 0 to 9 it can be from 0 to 6 or from 0 to 5, etc, etc, etc, etc....But again in order to start a game like that you have to make simulations & experiments and see if the game will withstand strategic attacks of (combinations) and see if it will withstand for a long time...

to be continued...

Women demand female Pamplona bull run, with cows

Women demand female Pamplona bull run, with cows

taken from Yahoo.com: http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070709/od_nm/pamplona_women1_dc

MADRID (Reuters) - Women in the northern Spanish city of Pamplona, world-famous for its ferocious bull-running festival, are demanding their own version complete with cows instead of bulls.

A student website,www.studiln.net, set the ball rolling with its campaign "Cows want to run" which asks for a separate encierro, as the bull-runs are known, where only women are allowed to take part.

Women have been allowed to take part in the San Fermin bull-running for some years but they still represent a tiny minority of the thousands of runners who attempt to dodge 600-kilo bulls along an 800-metre course through the streets of Pamplona.

The students say it's only logical that women should have their own bull-run. "Cows, as well as bulls, have four legs and a natural instinct to run," says their manifesto. "An encierro for cows, would put Pamplona at the vanguard of traditional fiestas with equality for men and women."

Organizers of the festival, which runs from July 7-14, have not responded to the suggestion. And just what the late Ernest Hemingway, who made the bull-run in Pamplona internationally famous, would have thought will never be known.

COMMENTS: Women want a Bull run, YET, they don't claim for easy lotteries...Those cows are not going to run and if they run it wouldn't be for very long...Do you know what easy lotteries would do for women, specially women living below the poverty line...Something like online easy lotteries...Something like pick5 from 1 to 24 or 23...But i think that instead of giving 25,000 dollars it should give as a jackpot BRAND NEW HOUSE...Well in Spain the houses may be more expensive, but i've been told that houses in Colombia and i know for a fact in Panama are not that expensive...No i am not talking about the houses that you see on the internet talking about Such and such country's real estate: those houses are expensive as hell...So a lottery whose jackpot is a brand new house for females only or how about a lottery for females that live under the poverty line, to me that's better than seen a bunch of women (which is only a group) running from some retarded cows that wouldn't even move...And if you say that a lottery like that is just like giving to charity..Well you have to earn it, you have to win it first...And not to mention the revenue the state will get from it that will go into education...Of course an easy cash3/pick3 lottery will be way better too...I believe there needs to be one for Africans but Africans don't even have where to go and look for money (may get some cows or chickens to pay for the ticket)....This lottery for females ONLY that promises a brand new house should be played 3 times a day and it should cost 25 cents...It should play at 11:30 am, 5:30pm and at 11:30 pm...I've said this before going to 2 years now...And you can take it to the next level...You see how in the state of Virginia there is a lottery similar that's a Cash5/Pick5 that plays twice a day and has an aggregate amount of winner of up to 2 millions per draw? Well there could take the lottery to a next level and make several draws in 1 draw...I call them indraws...For example Instead of playing 1 draw? you have multiple draws 3 times a day giving players more chances to win..For example at 11:30 am you play 10 draws giving players 10 chances to win and this way they can be 10 winners, at 5:30pm you have 10 draws giving players 10 chances to win and this way they can be 10 more winners, and you do the same thing at 11:30? Remember that this lottery will have an aggregate of winners of 25,000 dollars of up to 2 million dollars PER DRAW...But remember you are giving a BRAND NEW HOUSE...But for this to work the lottery has to be very popular, and very popular among women...And remember you have to pay for air time, or you can make them appear in the daily newspaper...And you are going to tell me that some COWS running chasing woman is going to be better or fun?...And because is 25 cents it wouldnt' surprise me if it raises the double of what is expected...If you think about it the state of Virginia, U.S.A has 7 million people and i know those 7 million people don't play the lottery...Pleople that play the lottery are but a few...Spain has 40 million people...Colombia has 40 million people...Argentina has 40 million people..Venezuela has 25 million people...Indonesia has 240 million people, Vietnam has 84 million people...The Philipines has 93 million people...What i am saying is all this countries topple the state of Virginia's population...And do these lotteries exist in this countries, just for women....And what i am saying is because Argentina has 40 million people they can give themselves the luxury of creating a cash5/pick5 lottery that can play 4 times a day and with more aggregate money than Virginia's Cash5/Pick5 per draw...So instead of 2 million dollars aggregate amount per draw they can raise that amount to 5 or 8 million, why? Because they have way more population...And all for females...And i think it will be good because ask yourself, do these countries have a Stock Market? I bet they don't...And if they do how productive are they? They probably are not 1% as productive as the U.S Stock Market is...And put yourself in the shoes of this countries...If you are a woman trying to make money, become well off or have a house, you are expected to work for 40 years (the average for a man is 25/30 years but women get paid less than men almost everywhere in the world) or worse marry someone with money and have kids with them this way burdening woman and not letting woman fully developed or become full fledge individuals...But what if you could pay a woman's house? She will them have more money to buy herself a car and everything else she wishes...(i could go on and on but i am going to stop).... I didn't mention Nigeria because i believe they are too poor over there despite that they say they are not...Can it be feasible? ABSOLUTELY YES...But no one wants to listen to me...Talking about some cows chasing after women...Again only a few people will be involved..And the cow pamplona run is only for 1 week (the festival), and the run is 1 time only, once a year...Yet for the price of 25 cents you can have a chance of getting a house or if you are smart enough and bet smartly you can win that house and is not to mention this is for the entire day, 365 days...You see you have to set the lottery configuration not too easy, but hard-easy or easy-medium..And think about something once a woman has a her, when she gets older that house, like it sometimes happen, can host their kids and grandkids, and if she gets more money, which she will she can enlarge the house, i seen those cases happen in Panama...And what women need to do next is find a way to manufacture birth-control pills into costing 1 dollar EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD... COMMENT 2 Another Option: It doesn't necessarily has to be a Brand New House, even thought i personally think that a house will have been excellent...On the other hand you could make the main jackpot give a 4 year college scholarship paid in a decent university...Both ideas are wonderful ideas...Or you can have 2 Cash5/Pick5 lotteries, one that gives out a BRAND NEW HOUSE, and another one that gives out a 4 year college scholarship paid, each lottery (pick5/Cash5) costing 25 cents, And if you like you could have a third lottery (remember each of this lotteries/cash5/pick5 are for WOMEN ONLY, it is not counting men been part of the equation) (by the way you have to give thanks to the people of Yahoo.com, they gave me the idea) and like how i was saying, you could have a third lottery only for woman that is for woman that are involved in illicit bussiness, example are woman hackers that want to strick it big, except that the jackpot for that particular lottery is going to be 100 dollars and yes it will cost 25 cents and it will follow the same scenario that the other lotteries followed...And can it be possible? Yes it can be possible...But going back to the 4 years scholarships paid...I don't know about you but i went for 2 years to my town university and they charge around 2,000 dollars a year, and this is the U.S, i am sure a decent universities in Argentina, Indonesia, Vietnam, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, the Phillipines, Mexico CAN NOT cost more than 2,000 a year and i am sure they are not better than Columbus State University, the university i went...But will like to stress i am sure there are universities in these countries that are more expensive than that, all i am saying is a decent university...A decent university here in Panama cost less than 2,000 dollars a year (not including room & board)..(And will like to stress again, this lottery/Pick5/Cash5 is ONLY FOR WOMEN ALL KINDS OF WOMEN it is not considering MEN)...I am sure there would be women in these countries who would want to go to a more expensive/prestigious universities, and that's fine but i am not concern with that right now i am concern with getting every woman in every country a college degree or opportunity to get a college degree...Like how i was saying the Pick5/Cash5 of the state of Virginia has been working fine, and the most amazing thing about all of it is that I bet less than 15% of the 7 million population of the State of Virginia PLAY THE LOTTERY and it cost 25 cents (they got other price options too) and they can give themselve the luxury of having an aggregate amount of total winner not exceed 2 million dollars PER DRAW and it plays TWICE A DAY (meaning there are 2 draws in 1 day), everyday...If you want to read about aggregate amount read this link (where it says "How to win"): http://www.valottery.com/cash5/howtoplay.asp So if the state of Virginia of the USA has 7 million people, IMAGINE a country with 40 MILLION PEOPLE like Argentina, or how about a country like the PHILLIPINES with 93 MILLION PEOPLE...Or how about a country with 25 million people where the people that play exceed 15% of 7 million people i mentioned earlier...JUST IMAGINE...All for 25 cents...AGAIN, JUST IMAGINE...If you calculate 2,000 a year multiplied by the average time it takes to graduate which is 4 years, it should take a person 10,000 dollars...And if for some reason a person can't finishes in 4 years i am sure, he/she can pay the 5th year...Now let us do some math...The state of Virginia, USA has an aggreggate amount of 2 million dollars per draw and it plays twice a day and its population is 7million people and i bet less than 15% of those 7million people play the lottery and it cost 25 cents...A country with 40 MILLION PEOPLE SHOULD have an aggreggate amount BIGGER than the state of Virginia, i say something like 40 divided by 7 equals 5 and 5 times 2 million dollars of aggreggate amount equals 10 million dollars of aggreggate amount PER DRAW and if more than 15% of those 7 million people play the lottery, it should be more...But to be on the safe side we are going to say 6 million people...With 40 million people you can give yourself the luxury of having that Pick5/CAsh5/lottery played 3 times a day, each draw with an aggreggate amount of 6 million dollars...Again this is not counting the factor that if more than 15% of only 7 million people play the lottery you will have more money as an aggreggate amount and played more times a day...If you divide 6 million dollars between 10,000 dollars for the 4 year college scholarship paid, that's 600 maximum amount of winners there can be for that 1 draw and remember there is 3 draws a day, so in 1 day there can be or there should be 1,800 winners of the 4 year college scholarships...In 30 days there will be 54,000 winners, or theoretically speaking that should be the maximum amount of winners each receiving a 4 year college scholarship paid..In 1 year there will be 648,000 winners...This number is only females...Now round up all the college students of a country with 40 million people and tell me if it will exceed that number of 648,000?And theoretically speaking this should be for FEMALES ONLY THAT CAN NOT AFFORD IT...Also, if 30% of that only 7 million people play the lottery, that number 648,000 should double...All this is theoretically speaking...All of this for the price of ONE SINGLE QUARTER (25 cents)...And even if the 648,000 doesnt' cover everyone it is still a big number and what if i had projected the 10 million dollars aggreggate per draw, that number 648,000 will have almost double and if 30% of those only those 7 million people play the lottery that number 1,296,000 (the double) would have doubled to 2,592,000, those would have been the number of student with a 4 year college scholarship paid per year...I know you are going to say well what percentage of the population are women, what percentage are not kids, what percentage are adults in those 40 million people...My answer is the same question i ask about the state of Virginia...What percentage are adults, what percentage are women, what percentage are kids, etc...Right now the State of Virginia is fluorishing...But in reality ask yourself the question...What percentage of the Population play the lottery on a consistent basis...They can do this in countries besides the ones i mentioned above: they could do this in India, Bangladesh, Mexico, Egypt, Turkey, Thailand, DR Congo, Myammar, South Africa, Nigeria (despite that i didn't want to mentioned no African country), South Korea, Ukraine, Spain, Tanzania, Sudan (if they can afford it), Poland, Kenya, Peru, Algeria, etc, etc, etc....Didn't mentioned Pakistan because i don't know what's going on over there...And if you are going to make it give out as a jackpot 10,000 dollars as College Scholarships Paid you should make a pick5 from 1 to 22...This kind of lottery has: 26,334 total combinations...Or a Pick4 from 1 to 20 + Pick1 from 1 to 5...This hybrid lottery has 24,225 total combinations...Again, JUST FOR FEMALES/WOMEN...And you are going to tell me that some retarded cows chasing some chicks that only happens for 1 week of the year is better than this? And what i am talking about happens 3 or 4 times a day? I thought so... to be continued.....

Mexican volcano is test bed for trees on Mars...

By Catherine Bremer...

Taken from Yahoo.com: http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070716/sc_nm/mexico_mars_dc

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Scientists are using the pine-forested slopes of a Mexican volcano as a test bed to see if trees could grow on a heated-up Mars, part of a vision of making the chilly and barren red planet habitable for humans one day.

Planetary scientists at NASA and Mexican universities believe if they can warm Mars using heat-trapping gases, raise the air pressure and start photosynthesis, they could create an atmosphere that would support oxygen-breathing life forms.

Getting trees growing would be a crucial step. The scientists' quest has taken them to the snow-capped Pico de Orizaba -- a dormant volcano and Mexico's tallest mountain -- to examine trees growing at a higher altitude than anywhere else on Earth.

"It sounds like science fiction, but we think it's feasible," said research professor Rafael Navarro-Gonzalez, who has spent nine years examining Pico de Orizaba's pine forests.

"We have experienced warming our planet with greenhouse gases, but on Mars we could do it faster with more powerful gases," he said in his lab at Mexico City's UNAM university.

The first human mission to Mars is seen 10 to 15 years away, and the warming-up process could start 50 years later, NASA scientist Chris McKay said. There will also be ethical issues to overcome.

"It's playing gardener more than playing God, but the ethical questions are important," McKay said.

By pumping in highly insulating gases like methane or nitrous oxide, the scientists think they could heat Mars to 41 degrees Fahrenheit (5 degrees Celsius) from minus 67 F (minus 55 C) now. That would match temperatures where trees grow at 13,780 feet on Pico de Orizaba.

Having trees on Mars, as opposed to only simple plant forms like algae or lichens, would open the possibility of humans one day being able to breathe Martian air.

The scientists are studying what makes trees refuse to grow above a certain point, where temperatures drop and the air becomes thinner, to see how easily they could grow on Mars.

"Things don't really start cooking from a biological point of view until trees start growing. Trees are the engines of the biosphere," McKay said.

"It's possible Mars could have trees in 100 years. (But first) we need to understand what sets the tree line on Earth," McKay said by telephone from NASA's Ames center in California.

NO CALLS TO EARTHLINGS

Despite Mars' lifeless rocky surface, burning ultra-violet radiation and its extremely thin, carbon dioxide-loaded air, humans have for long been obsessed with finding life there.

Scientists believe Mars has ice at its polar caps that could melt into seas and that its subsoil contains the key elements needed for life.

Even though none will live to see the fruit of their work, the scientists on the Pico de Orizaba project believe it would be fairly straightforward to pump greenhouse gases into Mars' atmosphere, introduce bacteria to start photosynthesis and finally send up tree seeds with a human mission.

"Nothing that we know rules it out. There's still a lot of uncertainty, but nothing that's a showstopper," McKay said.

The project would be called off if life was found to already exist on Mars.

"The idea is to explore the possibility of colonizing Mars. If there is life, we have no right to destroy it. But if Mars is barren we could take life from Earth to Mars," said Navarro-Gonzalez, spinning a Mars globe that shows ravines 6 miles deep and dizzying 10 mile high mountains.

His "before" and "after" images show the arid planet transformed into a new world of lush green plains, lakes and mineral-rich mountains that could one day supply earth.

Still, that vision is centuries away. For now, anyone braving the six-month flight to Mars would have to live in a pressurized dome, suffer violent dust storms and be cut off from earthlings too far away to easily speak to.

In the long term, Mars's low gravity could also have odd effects on would-be settlers, causing people to grow alarmingly tall, and cosmic radiation could cause cancers and mutations.

McKay ruled out anything more permanent than short-term research bases for the next century. "I don't have this vision of people moving to Mars the way people settled the New World, setting up homes and bringing their families."

COMMENTS: YUPPPPIIIIII!!!!!.....If you learn how life got to earth and how at one point....You see  you have to go to the beggining when the atmosphere on earth was not breathable and how after that began life evolution...One thing i never did learn is how plants/trees got here on Earth...I think you will have to do some genetically ingeenered trees, trees that can breathe whatever gas they got over there in mars (i forgot what kind of gas it is) and convert it to Oxygen, they will have to do some serious biochemistry genetically engineer research & experimentation to accomplish that.. ....You see years of evolution can't be easily design and i think it is easier than trying to change the atmosphere of mars...Unless they invent like some wheather balloons (like how i saw on Discovery/TLC channel) that will go up in the air stay in the air and convert That particular gas into oxygen..I believe they can do it...I saw it on the discovery channel but the problem was that the machine could only manufacture very little CO2 (i think it was) into oxygen...But before they do this THEY GOT to find the FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH...Something that will make us live to be 300 YEARS OLD and find the cure for CANCER...You have to believe me..

Police chase man driving a stolen tank through the streets of suburban Sydney, Australia.

The tank chased by Australian police. (BBC)

SYDNEY (AFP) - An Australian man allegedly used a restored army tank to destroy mobile phone towers on a rampage through Sydney early Saturday, police said.

Police said officers patrolling the western suburbs of Australian's largest city came across the privately-owned tank being used to destroy an electricity sub-station in the early hours of Saturday morning.

They followed the vehicle through several suburbs for 90 minutes as it smashed into mobile phone towers.

The low-speed pursuit, which police said averaged 30 kilometres (19 miles) an hour, finally arresting the driver after it stalled.

"The tank left a path of destruction in its wake, bringing down a number of mobile phone towers and relay sheds," New South Wales police said in a statement.

The 45-year-old driver was charged with a number of offices, including predatory driving, possessing a prohibited drug and using a weapon to avoid apprehension.

He will face a bail hearing later Saturday.

Police gave no reason why the man targeted mobile phone towers.

Birth of world's biggest financial exchange...

Birth of world's biggest financial exchange

Chicago
July 11, 2007

THE world's biggest financial exchange is born after shareholders of the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Mercantile Exchange voted to merge.

The friendly CME bid — worth an estimated $US11 billion ($A12.8 billion) — was accepted by an overwhelming majority of CBOT shareholders, preliminary results showed.

"It's the biggest trade in the history of Chicago and it's one of the few trades where both sides win," CBOT chairman Charles Carey said.

CBOT shareholders had been hit with a fierce takeover campaign by IntercontinentalExchange (ICE), which operates the New York Board of Trade and the London-based International Petroleum Exchange.

ICE failed to boost its offer after CME sweetened its bid for the third time last week, allowing CBOT shareholders to own some 36 per cent of the combined company, up from 35 per cent in the prior agreement. That extra boost was enough.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the coming days, but it will be 12 to 18 months before the two exchanges are fully integrated.

The combined company will be called CME Group Inc, a CME/Chicago Board of Trade Company. Its market value will be some $US30 billion, about 50 per cent bigger than its closest rival, NYSE Euronext, formed by the merger of the New York Stock Exchange and the pan-European bourse.

The Chicago market will be "the world's largest and most diverse exchange, providing products in all major benchmark asset classes", the companies said.

"This is the biggest transaction in the history of the exchange business," CME chairman Terry Duffy said.

The hard-fought battle came amid a growing role for futures and derivatives in global financial markets.

COMMENTS: This sounds like good news..I think anything that they invent or re-invent BIGGER is good news...Example, a bigger plane, a bigger bus, a bigger stadium, a bigger bank, etc...My question is, how productive to subscribers/investors/traders it will be..Will it be easier or harder than before or just more spacious..I don't know nothing about stock market/exchange but i look at it as betting on Pick3 from 0 to 9..If they merge normally it will mean increasing the field of betting or the range from 0 to 9 to 0 to 13, etc...That's how i view it, and that's why i wonder if is going to be like that, because if is going to be like that they shouldn't have merged..I honestly don't know what this all mean...I hope is good for the U.S economy and for its subscribers/investors/traders..By investors i mean people that bet/trade on the Stock market...I just hope that whenever they merge into making the biggest exchange in the world, that it will make the whole U.S.A be trading/betting/investing even the homeless...

Three Winning Tickets In The Same Drawing and second win...

Three Winning Tickets In The Same Drawing AND It`s The Second Time He`s Won The Top Prize!

July 5, 2007

MacArthur Manuel of Virginia Beach was in a hurry. He wanted to buy some tickets for the June 24 night drawing of the Virginia Lottery’s Cash 5 game. But it was getting close to the 10:45 pm cutoff time to purchase tickets for that drawing. So he ended up doing something he had not intended: he accidentally repeated the same set of numbers three times when he filled out his playslip. That mistake won him a total of $300,000!

The numbers that he put on the playslip, 4-9-14-25-28, just happened to be the winning numbers in the June 24 night drawing. Each ticket won $100,000. He bought them at the 7-Eleven located at 600 North Birdneck Road in Virginia Beach.

Even more amazingly, this is not the first time Mr. Manuel has won $100,000 in the Cash 5 game. In the January 14, 2002 night drawing, he matched all five numbers to win the top prize.

However neither of those prizes can match what he won on December 6, 2006 when he married his wife.

Cash 5 drawings are held twice a day at 1:59 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The odds of winning the $100,000 top prize are 1 in 278,256.

All profits from the Virginia Lottery go to K-12 public school education in the Commonwealth. In fiscal year 2006, the Lottery turned over more than $454 million for Virginia’s public schools, representing about 10 percent of state funding for K-12 public education in Virginia.

Telephone Invention..They ought to..

Telephone Invention....They ought to...

They ought to invents a telephone system so that when the line is bussy, for example if you are calling a supermarket (you know supermarket's line will always be bussy) a system where the automated computer in your phone will ask you, will you like us to keep ringing this line until someone picks up...When someone picks up, then the phone in your house will ring and the computer will tell you that the supermarket person is on the line....When the supermarket supervisor or whoever picks up, he/she would hear an automated system saying please be on the line that such and such person will like to talk to him and please wait 5 seconds while the computer rings your house phone so you can pick up and start talking with that person...I don't know if they have such a system...I think they do but i think you must remain on the line ( you must remain on the phone)...What i am talking about is that you must not remain on the phone...The computer for a fee will ring the phone of such bussy please for you and you must not remain on the phone...I don't know if they have this....Also, only a few people should have access to this technology (it should cost a lot) or an automated computer system where you dial i don't know 102 and they will do it for you and deduct it out of your phone bill...I think they should come up with a technology like that....I think it will be such a cool technology...I don't know if they got something like this already....

But the computer should only be able to call the line that is busy for no more than 10 minutes (or less), and then the computer can try again....

HOt & Cold Numbers Ratio Pattern....

This is a pattern i constantly find in RNg's, maybe they could apply lotto machines....Is for a 35 ball lottery...
In 35 ball lotteries, you look at the history of the game from the beginning, you record how many times each number has played. You are going to find that the hot numbers is going to be something like 8 numbers no more than 12 for a 35 ball lottery ( i call them cold numbers and hot numbers, there is no warm numbers). Now as you progress every day, the lottery will tend to select 3 hot numbers and 2 cold numbers, Or it could be 3 cold numbers and 2 hot numbers, or 1 hot number and 4 cold numbers.
It rarely selects 4 hot numbers and 1 cold numbers, 5 hot numbers, or 5 cold numbers ... That rarely happens. So if you have your numbers selected in your wheel, all you have to do is arranged them according to those 3 ratios (2hot numbers and 3 cold numbers, or 3 hot numbers and 2 cold numbers or 1 hot number and 4 cold numbers)...It will save your money. I don't know if there is a software that can wheel your number into a specify hot over cold ratio...Remember is only 3 ratios...
The only problem with this is that it applies to the history of 1 machine, so if your lottery changes lotto machines, you will have to record the numbers from the beginning of that new machine...
I forgot to mention...8 to 12 numbers you consider them hot numbers and the rest you consider them cold numbers...
It would appear to me that what you have done is divide the number set into two parts.  You are using something to define the parameters of a hot number.  What are you using?
To be more specific...A little bit of a correction...I said that it will select 3 hot numbers and 2 cold numbers, well that particular ratio is very rare too, is not going to be 3 hot numbers and 2 cold numbers...If i were you i will not se my wheel with the 3 over 2 ratio, only the 2 hot numbers and 3 cold numbers and the 1 hot number and 4 cold numbers...Also i will like to make the correction that is not the lottery following this pattern but RnG's..
How you keep track of the hot numbers and cold numbers...YOu take a piece of paper of a notebook and you list the numbers from 1 to 35...Everytimie the combinations come out you record them on that piece of paper...if the combinations 01-14-16-25-32 comes out, you put a 1 on the corresponding 01, you then put a 1 on the 14, a 1 on the 16, a 1 on the 25 and a 1 on the 32...If the second combinations comes out to be 01-13-25-27-30 you put a 2 on the 1 (since it already got 1), you mark 1 on the 13 (since it appear 1 time), you mark 2 on the 25 (since it appear twice), you mark 1 on the 27 and mark 1 on the 30...If the third combination is let's say 01-11-14-28-33 you do the following, you mark 3 on the 01 (since it appeared 3 times), you mark 1 on the 11, you mark 2 on the 14 (since it appeared twice), you mark 1 on the 28, and you mark 1 on the 33..And so on you go..This way is an easy way to keep track of the numbers..That's better than marking an "X" on each number because that way you will lose track, but if you do it the way i say it it will be easy to keep track...YOu will then noticed that some numbers appear more than others, they should range from 8 to 12 numbers. These will be your hot numbers and the rest of the numbers will be your cold numbers...If you mark an "X" on each number you will lose track of them, but if you mark them with a number you easily can keep track of them"
pumpi76 said:  "YOu take a piece of paper of a notebook and you list the numbers from 1 to 35...Everytimie the combinations come out you record them on that piece of paper.''
Chart #4 in the Advantage Plus software will do that for you without having to record the numbers on paper. Maybe a little easier to use.
I don't know but i think you should follow it with pen and paper because if you have a software or company give you What's hot or what's cold you need to be aware of the following...As you progress recording the numbers you would notice that a small portion of the hot numbers will change. I"ll say 4 to 5 (out of the 8-12)numbers would change from hot to cold and then vice-versa...The number of hot numbers will not remain permanent over a small period of time, unless you have done like a 700 RnG outputs sample and the number of hot numbers is definate..But if you've done a smaller sample than 200 you would notice that some of the hot numbers will change to cold and then revert back again to beign hot numbers...
Right now i am working on PIck6, I am using 300 draws sample of RnG...Sometimes i think you need more draws, something like 500 to see results for pick 6...
I will also like to stress that for live drawing you need to go with the most common ratio...
My hunch is that for pick6 it will only select most of the time all 6 numbers been cold numbers or maybe 1 hot number and 5 cold numbers but i have yet to see and study it...
Theoretically speaking if it selects most of the time 6 cold numbers then the portion of hot numbers for pick6 must be larger than pick5, I speculate something like 12 to 18 hot numbers must be hot...If this is true (i have yet to experiment and study them), then you have a range between 1 to 31-37 total numbers and not 1 to 49 since most of the time the cold numbers are likely to come up...If is 1 hot number and 5 cold numbers, then you make your particular wheel be that way and you would greatly reduce your wheel too..But all this is theoretical speculation, i have yet to study the 300 Rng draws..Also, is RNG is not Actual live draws that i am studying...Who knows the rules may be different in Live Draws but i doubt it in this case...
I have yet to see, and once i finish with it, i'll post it here...
I would have to present my results for pick6 with another post because it is taking me 30 minutes to go through 10 RnG draws and by the time i am finish this post would have already been deleted or saved up with no chance of been retrieve...But i will title the same way: hot & cold ratio pattern # 2...
I said:

I wasn't able to try all 300 draws but i was able to analyze 200 draws, 197 to be exact because of a mistake i made and having to start over would really kill me...Out of the 197 draws, 84% (165 draws) of the time, the RnG would select 4 hot numbers and 2 cold numbers, also 2 hot numbers and 4 cold numbers and 3 hot numbers and 3 cold numbers...Very seldom did it select 5 hot numbers and 1 cold number, or 5 cold numbers and 1 hot numbers, or 6 hot numbers or 6 cold numbers...To my amaze i didn't find the 12 to 18 numbers that should have been hot numbers, instead i found 29 numbers that were hot numbers and the rest (21) were cold numbers (Actually it will alternate and be between 26 to 31 hot numbers)As you went along it will go from 26 to 31 numbers been hot and then it will go back to 26 numbers been hot and up to 31...As the number of hot numbers will change sometimes...So this mean you can wheel your wheel to be a specific way....
on the above thread/paragraph, correction, the rest were not 21 numbers but 20 since is a 6/49 game and not a 6/50 game....
I just realized today that i had made a copy starting from draw 102, so luckily i don't have to start back over from now...Soon i am going to try and find out if a RnG keeps tabs on the numbers is selects because that's my hunch that it does..I am not going to try and starts back over with the hot & cold number ratio, because is time consuming but instead i am going to try with the hot and cold numbers to see if the RnG keeps tabs on the numbers it selects...
Also This is RnG, i also believe that Real life lottery 6/49 & 9/42 would a little bit differently (e.g we may not have 26-31 hot numbers maybe less or more, and the types of hot and colds maybe a bit different, yet to see)...On my spare time i am going to browse states lotteries with 6/49 or 6/44 games and see if i can download or acquire 200 to 300 draws (if they have that much)...However it will not be for a very while that i will post the results here because it is time consuming recording the hot and cold ratio...In a 300 sample you have to record on a graph how many times each numbers appear until you can deem or differentiate what's hot and what's cold..The secret word is "differentiation"....And that may take lots of draws...For example on my 300 sample draw i was able to differentiate starting from draw 102....You then record each results of hot & cold of each combination and on a separate paper record how many cold numbers and how many hot numbers you have gone through so far...This will take me a couple of months, because i am bussy right now with total sums trying to figure out a way to correctly point out which total sum is due next withing 5-10 sum totals selected...
COMMENTS:  TO BE ADDED.....Meanwhile i'll like to add that i think this is another place the key lies to winning Powerball, Pick6/Lotto6 & Pick5/Lotto5 Constantly....I have yet to make this kind of test for PIck4/Lotto4 & Pick3/Lotto3....
To be continued....
"More important than winning the states' lotteries is the movie "Red Planet"......"

I got this idea like 10 months ago and i think it will be cool if they pursue it...I tried to get a patent for it but they told me you can't get a patent for something that is not tangible...Well here it goes...An email account if the perfect blog website, except that it requires a password for you to see it, and is not DISPLAYED on the internet...I used to keep like a dairy on my yahoo email account except that i didn't write my everyday account, but i wrote stuff i think were unfair or stuff that matter to me...On this entire blog i am going to use the Yahoo email accounts as an example...Let's look at the Yahoo email account...On the inbox you can have like 100 emails saved on the first display page, you can have more on the other pages that follow...I think you can have like 2,000 emails saved on the inbox i am not sure it could be more...Now Each of those emails (i call them blog because each of those emails could be a blog) can be like of an undefinate lenght (as long as all emails put together do not exceed i think is 1GB or something like that)....If you take a document of 25 pages in microsoft word and copied it all and them paste it on 1 email/blog saved on your inbox it will fit...And that's just 1 email, remember i say there could be like 2,000 or more emails/blog saved on your inbox as long as it doesn't exceed i think is 2 or 1 GB (or something like that)...Now that's just the inbox, is not including the draft folder, sent folder (that can also be used as a folder for something else), and the regular folders you can create..I am guessing by looking at the Yahoo email accounts that you can have like 10 folders...And think of each folder as a inbox (basically the inbox is a folder but it is viewed as a presentation page)....And in each of those 10 folders you can have like 700 emails saved or as i call them blogs or a very lenghty lenght...Now IMAGINE if each of those emails that you can have saved become blogs...(you can view them as blogs because they have the potential to be blogs and people view them more as "emails" as opposed to blogs)...And this is counting the text document it is not counting the pictures....You can have a folder or repertua of pictures you can also have on your email account almost indefinate as long as it doesn't exceed 2 GB (the funny thing is that there are emails account of search engines that will give you 10 GB for an extra charge, like 10 a month e.g Hotmail, Yahoo, etc)...And it gets better...You don't have to necessarily save the pictures to the Yahoo email account, all you can do is when you see a picture you can copy it by dragging the mouse, then righ click with your middle finger, the hit "copy" and then take it to one of your emails in any of the folders or inbox of the Yahoo email account and hit "paste" (in this case you are composing an email) and you send the email to "YOURSELF" and when you open that email on your Yahoo email account you will see it...The good thing about this method is that you email account (any email account you got) will display the image/picture...This way you can save a TON (and i really mean a ton) of pictures/photos on 1 single email...And the good thing is that the Yahoo email account will display the pictures...The good thing about this method is that it DRASTICALLY saves space on your Yahoo Email Account....Now What i am saying is that they could make the Yahoo email account or any email account and make them a BLOG WEBSITE and make them be displayed on the internet....But they will have to make it where the blogs/emails will only be displayed and there could not be tampered with unless you was the owner...I guess you will have to punch in your secret password to be able to modify or add to your blog...Now imagine that each of the emails on the Yahoo email account was a blog...I know they can do it...And think for a minute, there are lots of Search engines offering you free email account....And each of them has UNLIMITED number of Email account users and they are practically free...Now imagine if this was a Blog Website instead...I call this invention "Electronic Email Blog Websites"....I don't make a lot of money so i can not be the leader in this invention...In a way i'll be sort of like a follower not a leader...If they can have an unlimited amount of email account users, then they can make an unlimited amount of Electronic Email blog Websites Accounts" and the same way email accounts can be free with 1GB of space, Electronic Email Blog Websites Accounts can be free...I think is a great idea...I don't know where search engines get the space of host the unlimited amount of email accounts...

And tell me if any Blog Company on the market right now rivals what i just said...You know blog companies (i've called them) right now if you want to get a blog account what you are going to place in the blog (the text document) can't exceed 6 Microsoft word pages, while on a Yahoo account an email/blog (just 1 out of the Thousands) normally doesn't exceed like 25 or 30 microsoft word pages....And i bet you that with the blog company you can't exceed 70 blogs at a time without having to buy a new blog account, while the the email account you can have like 2,000 blogs ( in this case they would be the emails you can have saved on they email account) on the inbox...Just the inbox, not counting the 10 maximun "my folders" you can add, and the "sent", "bulk" and "draft" folders....What i am saying is that with the same "TECHNOLOGY" they built/designed email accounts they can design/built blogs websites....And you know how can 1 person have multiple email accounts, they can do the same thing with blogs, i mean there is email accounts to throw away, not to mention the ones that are closed and you can use the ID name because the search engine will tell you that that email account has been used...There is email accounts to throw away but there is no blogs company accounts to throw away...

No New Refinery has been built since 1976...

I got this from MSN...Here is the link: http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/SavingandDebt/SaveonaCar/10ThingsYouShouldKnowAboutGasPrices.aspx

 Here is an Excerpt:

4. Why don't oil companies just build more refineries?

It takes 10 to 15 years for a company to site, permit and build a new refinery. With relatively flat profit margins prior to 2002 and calls to reduce the use of fossil fuels, analysts say the payoff has been too uncertain to risk a long-term, multibillion-dollar investment.

"As a result, no new refineries have been built since 1976." When operating capacity drops from 95% to 89%, as it did to accommodate maintenance shutdowns and other problems this spring, producers are forced to buy refined product at world auction.

COMMENTS: As you already read: "No new refinery has been built since 1976....You are going to tell me they can't build a refineries because it takes 10 to 15 years? That's a big lie...And what's been going on since 1976? More than 32 years have passed since 1976...I believe there is a big conspiracy to suck money off of the American people and keep the price up...What kind of lame excuse is that of "No new refineries since 1976..."The problem is that big oil companies do not want to spend a lot of money on new refineries and they profit more, their profits are more maximized this way without refineries been built....

You say there is no conspiracy!!!: Well i heard about a guy on CNN that invented a way to modify Hybrid/Electric cars so that the car could give you 500 MILES PER GALON!!!!...But the guy had like 18 electric batteries built on his car...I think he was from California....Why i haven't heard more of that guy? What became of that guy? This happened like 8 months ago...EXACTLY...They want him shut up...The car wasn't completely electric...

Your Daily Pick3 & Pick4 lottery games..

One advice about lottery systems that you find on the internet that claim they can make you win money...I don't know about all but this is what i think...If i had a money making system I probably wouldn't sell it to you...However, I michael Brown will do sell it you or making available to everyone, because i believe such act is Patriotic...I know is weird my way of thinking..But such act means that you wish people from your country, in this case the U.S make money and have a shot at the American Dream...I WILL sell such a system because i'll like to see Americans get wealthy and travel and not have to have 2 jobs with kids, barely making money to sustain themselves and their kids...I'll like to see Most Americans well off so that they can travel to other countries and show off their moneys in this countries...Do you think people that have the secret to the Pick3/Cash3 game care about other Americans? No they are not, they only care ABOUT THEMSELVES and they making money...I call this been PATRIOTIC....

Also is my believe that the majority of the pages that claim to have the secret to make you win your daily CASH3/PICK3 & PIck4/Cash4 (and only cash3 & Cash4 not the lotto) they have their page and if you look at their Presentation page on their website i believe they have in that page a sentence that it is true but you have to find it...The entire presentation page might/can be full of text but hidden in all that text is a sentence that it is true about wanting to win the lottery...It is sort of like encryption but in encryption you can't see nothing, while on this presentation pages there is 1 sentence or paragraph that it will be true...They really do not have the secret to CRACK your daily Cash3/PIck3 & Pick4/Cash4 but at least hidden on their presentation page of their website (the first page of their website) they will have a paragraph or a sentence that it is true or that it will help you understand how to crack the lottery...(I've seen this several times already)...I will also like to stress that you will only see this with websites that claim to have the secret to crack your daily Cash3/Pick3 & Pick4/Cash4 not with websites that claim to know the secret to win Pick5/Lotto5 & Cash6/Lotto6/Pick6....(definition: Pick6 refers to a game where 6 lottery balls are drawn, while pick5 refers to a game where 5 lottery balls are drawn, Pick3 refers to a game where 3 lottery balls are drawn, etc, etc)....And this people that claim to know the secret to win your daily pick3/Cash3 all they want to do is make money and more money they really don't care if their customers make money...I on the other hand all i'll like to make if i was to have a bussiness selling people the secret on how to win the pick3/cash3 is, 4,000 a month for the rest of my life...That will make me the most happiest person in the world...I really don't want to make more money than that...And so you know my favorite lottery game is: Win For Life...Why? because it pays you 4,000 a month for life what more could i ask for (of course it will be nice if i had Laura Simpson at my side but that's another subject)...Ok enough with the Chit-chat...

I am going to study pick3/Cash3 & Pick4/Cash4 in details, in a lot of details...I am going to persevere with them and learn every nook, every crany, every fisure, every possible thing there is to know about Pick3/cash3 & Pick4/Cash4...I am going to study pick3/cash3 & pick4/Cash4 in details for days, & weeks and see if i can find a way to beat that game...The problem right now is that I don't have a lottery software for pick3/cash3 & pick4/cash4...Why? Because i don't have a credit card...I have a debit card and i've been told it works just like a credit card, but i tried 1 lottery software with a debit card and they told me they don't accept debit cards, only credit cards and i don't know if is like that with every lottery software...All the lottery softwares i bought have been my money orders...Also the best software for pick5 or pick6 may not be the best for pick3/pick4...Right now i am busy with my money, but once i am clear off every spent i will put money on my debit card and I am going to try and buy me 2 lottery softwares (which should be next month in July '07 or August '07, i was going to do it this month but things got mixed up and expenses came up)...Right now i am eyeing a lottery software for pick3/Cash3 & pick4/Cash4 named: Versabet....I've always specialized on Pick5 & above, but now i think i am going to make a change and dedicate an entire 6 months to Pick3/Cash3 & pick4/Cash4 to see if there is really a way to Ace/Crack/Beat the game...And if things go well i'll start making Predictions/Forecast for pick3/Cash3 & Pick4/Cash4...This is my fourth attempt at trying to see if there is a secret on Acing/Beating Pick3 & pick4...My first attempt was done almost 8 years ago, and my second attempt was done almost 5 years ago & my third attempt was done like 3 years ago...My firsta attempt ended up in failure...My second attempt ended up in triumph but couldn't replicate the results & my third attempt ended up in failure...In all attempts i stuck for 1 month to a month and a half...On each time i used different methods..

RNG does keep track of the numbers it spits out...

This is a post i posted saying that i believe RNG's Keep track of the numbers it spit out....

Does a RnG keeps count of how many times each numbers comes up or does it not?
i was studying RnG draws (output, as an experiment) and i noticed that some numbers come just a little bit more than others over and over, no matter how big the sample i use...And i have been wanting to know if a RnG keeps count of how many times each number appears...I would think that a RnG keeps count of how many times a number appears so that it can make (or attempt to make) all numbers, to some extent, appear the same amount of time...I tried one time looking at the math involve that they use to make Rng operate (the math/rules by which a RnG abides) but the math is like advanced math raised to the third power (math that i don't even think they give in college)...Just the algorithms throw me off..

I always thought that a RnG resembles a clock, sometimes an alarm clock...but the mechanism that operates it, i am clueless about...

Example of stuff that involves in RnG's is the cumulative distribution function that they use to check RnG's to see if they are truly random. I've never heard of cumulative distribution function and i've looked in all the math books including calculus, statistics & trigonometry...
I sometimes think that the government keeps the math and the work of RnG operation obscure in an attempt to not let it fall in the hands of crooks & evil doers...
think about the RnG are used in encryptions, i think they use it to protect houses from robbers(alarms), it wouldn't surprise me where they had nukes had some kind of alarm system that uses RnG...
But going back to the same question: Does a Rng keeps counts of how many times each numbers appears or does it not? Anyone knows?

Pumpi, to answer your question simply, No, an honest RNG does not track itself for number occurrences. Otherwise it wouldn't be a RNG. Even a rigged RNG wouldn't do that because then people would be tracking the numbers that have played the least with the guaranteed assurance that they'll be played more often in the future.

i believe it does..for it will not be a hard task..I am looking at the RnG results and something tells me it's got to be tracking the numbers because other wise some numbers will appear way more (i didn't say more, i said "way more") than others unless is like a bar floating on top of the range of numbers picking some numbers going from one side of the spectrum to the next...I am looking at RnG results and the numbers that play the most, barely play more than the others...Example if it wasn't keeping tracks of the numbers, number 20 for example will come up 20 times and number 3 (least played number) will come up 3 times..But that's not what i see; what do i see? Instead, I see number 20 come up 20 times and number 3 the least number played come up 16 times which should not occur...Perhaps RNG's do not keep track of the numbers it spits out 100% accurate but with some sort of notion of what numbers come up more than others...And yes Rick G the numbers that play the least end up with guarantee assurance show up later on, perhaps not 20 times but 16 times or 14 times...The RnG does keep track of the numbers it spits out...

A random number generator does not keep track of the numbers it has selected. It might use those numbers as seeds in its algorithm for future number picks, but does not track what it has picked in the past and then compensate for it in the future. That is an oxymoron to the concept of a RNG.
We all know slot machines use a random number generator and can be programed how and when to payoff within a percentage required by the gaming commission.

Despite all this said: I do believe RNG's keep track of the numbers it spit out...I did some experiments and there is no way that was just a random phenomena...I HAVE A HUNCH THAT RNG'S KEEP TRACK OF THE NUMBERS IT SPIT OUT, SO THAT IT CAREFULL SELECT IN A RANDOM FASHION WHAT NUMBERS IS GOING TO SPIT OUT NEXT...

On a related subject but at the same time different subject: here is a blog by hypersoniq (this guy sounds like a genius) and i think he/she might be on to something:
