I am not surprised at all. This is going on in every State, or almost all. Why? No one is watching the 'watchers'. Rigged Lotto means no one will play. SkyLine69, when people tell you to eliminate a quick pick number, is because you all ready have that, if it one of your picks to play for that day, then you invest a little more on that quick pick number.
