I know that's a lot of money to win at once but I asked the people at the lottery headquarters here about winning a lot on different tickets and what about taxes if it went over the limit and was told that each ticket was a seperate payout and you did not have to pay taxes on it unless it's one large win on one ticket.....BUT.....like you I still would go to different stores to cash them. I go by the headquarters here a lot to buy my lottery tickets and scratch cards and when I am uncertain

Anybody Play Bestslips?
Worksuxxx was talking about Pick 3 and Pick 4. Betslips.com does not purchase those tickets and since they are not in the United States taxes are not withheld or reported to anyone. The other jackpot type games are different. They actually purchase those tickets in the United States, so taxes are then a concern.

It is truly a matter of getting your money back into the country without being noticed. If you are noticed, and you acount for that income from gambling, you aren't gonna pay taxes on anything, because you are going to lose anything you brought in, and possibly spend some time in the klink. The other place is probably a bad idea. Even if you are
