You don't need to get 1099G for a $1,250 payout on a .25c / $6.00 combo. bet. (Unless you want to). What you do is, play a $1.00 box 6 times. You win $200 per ticket. Total $1,200. No taxes because each ticket is under $600.

I don't know how I'd feel about betting $2500 and winning only $5k. I would not want to wait for a check, would not want to pay taxes and not sure I'd want to fill all the slips out either. Filling out 24,440 spots was really nerve racking. same here but i know how I'd feel about betting $2500.00 and winning nothing!

Well the SUM of 33 is now out 1,381 dwgs will tie a 30 plus yr record in 13 more drawings, it is a great and small group of numbers to play and the payouts are worth chasing them. It used to be 9% but I don't know what it is right now and I've never won that much on any lotto game so, I haven't gone to the Lottery Center to find out. Hello: Sorry to hear that you have to wait for your money, ^5 on hitting the pick 4, what were the numbers? lol In Missouri, I hit the pick 4, several times last year, str/box, for, $3,250.00 and for, $3, 500. Here, anything over, $600.01 is taxable , 25%. I won $3250.00 on the pick 4, had to pay, $895.00 in Federal Tax, and $140 in State. Look at that, that's $1,000 in taxes, so, to me, I really only won, $2250.00. So, my theory with playing pick 4, is focus on 1 number, and

Congratulations on your win. If you itemize your deductions hold onto your loosing tickets for the rest of the year you can use them to get back some of the money they will take out of your winnings for taxes.
