@cointoss well drugs is a problem everywhere. thats something that we cant stop. and many drug addicts look at drugs as something fun,healthy,natural, just like how many people are addicted to gambling. people are addicted. i guess since drugs is such a problem in hawaii, they dont want to add to the problems by making lottery/gamblinga big problem in hawaii.
