I JUST WON $500 on a $1 doller scratch ticket!!
Nah, I'm a simple life kind of gal. I want at least a 4 bedroom house with 2-3 full baths. I want it to be like the Waltons home lol. Comfy and homey...with a big ol' tire swing out front haha. Nothing too fancy where your too afraid to touch anything. I have never had a up to date functional kitchen, so its gonna be a beauty. I want everything to work (unlike my current home). A 2 car garage for my mini-van (soccer mom) and my hubbies new truck. Also a parking space for my decent sized motor ho

Strategies: I'm new to the game in more ways than one
I lived in Hawaii for three long, boring decades. There was always talk of a lottery there, but the big powerful politicians did a good job of keeping it out of the state. Last I heard, Utah and Hawaii are the only two states that are lotteryless (is that a word)? Anyway, I recently moved to Florida (not because it's a lottery state)! Since moving to FL, I purchased a few groupers (mixed bag of: One pick 3 straight Cash Three, pick 4 straight Play Four, two of the 5/36 Fantasy Fives, One Mega

No Lottery State Roundup
Nevada doesn't want a lottery, never has, and that's ridiculous. The Mega Millions progressive slots, in fact, were put in as an answer to lotteries. When the casino industry started spreading beyond Nevada and Atlantic City, it was thought the holdouts against any gambling at all would be Hawaii (those running illegal gambling don't want the compition, and Hawaii in fact is the lifeblood of a couple of joints in Vegas), Utah- (Mormons), and Tennessee (Baptists). Well, Tennessee, like Mi

Good days and bad days
It says a lot about the parents of the young man, trying to cash in on the death of their son to win their own lottery. Those people know full well the rich man had nothing to do with what the youth did to himself. They know, must know, that if anyone's culpable in the death, it's as much themselves as anyone else, because they did have considerable influence in helping him become what he chose to be.Reminds me of a joke from the 1970s. A guy had a great insurance policy that included a 2 wee

The Press Event
Here in California there have been a few who claimed their prize without the required publicity. Marvin Mae Costa who won 1/3 of the largest prize so far, the Power Ball worth $1.6 billion. All we know about them are their names. There was the couple who did not do the press interview. He wanted take out Hawaii style food and she wanted KFC. They decided on the Hawaii food and he bought a lucky winning ticket. The wife was a NBC employee in Los Angeles. They are noted in YouTube.

Where will we find you after you claim the Power Ball prize?
My model is the couple in SoCal who drove to NorCal to claim their winnings then drove to SF and flew out to Hawaii where they stayed a month. While there they reviewed properties via the internet and returned to buy a new home and pick up their check.
