Mega millions for HawaiiReply
I've been to Hawaii 3 times, and it's nice to have a vacation from the lottery ads you see everywhere on the mainland. But if they did have a lottery, I think it would be very successful - there are a lot of poor people in Hawaii, it is a very expensive place to live, and all the tourists from Japan, Australia and elsewhere would buy them.

In my opinion, the following states will get a lottery: 1. Arkansas - In 2000, 65% of Arkansas voters declined to establish a state lottery and permit casinos. If Wyoming which has far less people than Alaska could adopt a lottery, then Alaska has no real excuse left. It'll be next. The last state will certainly be Hawaii, there's no way the Hawaii legislature will want to establish a lottery.

Wow, doesn't do much for credibility on your part. Puerto Rico is a US Territory and Hawaii has been a state since 1959.

Once all the kids are out of school, I'd head to Texas with a second home in either Hawaii or New Zealand.
